I went to pick up my car after being towed. I paid the very high fee but didnt complain it was my mistake. The girl in the office was nice.When I went to turn the van on it wouldnt start, I guess the battery shifted. I believe it was the owner who was there. I asked him nicely if he happened to have cables . He responded highly unpleasant to go inside and pay 10 dollars so we could borrow the jump start box . He made sure to tell me nothing was free. I wasnt expecting it to be free. After paying 452, 10 dollars wouldnt have made a big difference.His face was really upset like if the 452 dollars I had just paid were water. Luckily, and I guess a help from god the van turned on and didnt have to get their help. I will make sure I dont ever have to go there again. Just for your information Vitos Towing Company owner your business runs thanks to the people. Being a decent man, having manners and being nice isnt a big deal or cost you anything. You dont know if the people you are being a douche to are going thru a hard time.

They tow cars and its an impound yard for the city of Clifton so they can be a little difficult because they get people who are highly upset because their cars have been towed other than that they are nice people

I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I was given Vitos # by my dealership, my car caught a nasty pot hole and ended up with a flat. Needless to say, called Vitos up talked to the representative for a few short minutes and arranged the tow. When the tow truck came, the driver Enrique, came earlier than the given time. Upon meeting, Enrique took great care of my car. Treated like his own. My car is very low to the ground and he didnt hesitate to conjure up a solution. He worked quickly, as well as carefully. I found the price I was given to by more than fair. All in all 5/5

Will definitely use this towing company again.The guy who answered the phone was patient and courteous, he stayed calm while I was panicking. The tow truck driver Brian, was friendly, efficient and just a really amazing person to be around. I will be recommending them to others.

Everyone always has something negative to say about a tow company.....until they need a tow. The Towing industry is VERY difficult no matter where you go. Before you post a negative comment you should know the people first. If you had your car towed and had to pay, most likely its because you chose to park in an illegal spot or were doing something you should have been doing. Tow companies have to follow the letter of the law-they dont set the prices, the city/state does. Everyone at Vitos towing are great people.

The WORST!! Never use this company! They damaged my car and charged 3 days of storage. Car towed at 11:00 PM on Saturday, they are closed on Sunday went there at 8:00 am Monday and they charged 3 days. So 33 hours. Real jerks.Run from Vito’s! Giant Rip Off!

My car was impounded but girl at window was nice

I called and they were there in less than 15 mins. They took care of my business by finding a shop that could service my vehicle right away. Great service and they take CC over fax.

Would be no stars but 1 star just because i understand its their job to tow cars and the owner is nice other than that no one likes to ge tthwir car towed and pay almost $500 for a few days right before christmas :D

Picked up a car there for the insurance company, always a pleasure.

This company is a rip off. My car was towed and they charged me $200 for it sitting less than ten minutes in their lot. That is a rip off. They will carge half that if you schedule a tow with them. They left no notification on who towed it or where it was taken. The person who I spoke with to get my car was rude. I would never recommend this company.

Even though my car was towed by the police. VITOS worked with me and didnt break my pockets either.

Pete is a douchebag and so is his father Vito! Dont ever call them to help you, they will over charge you and treat you like crap. Working there is even worse. All they want you to do is clean their trucks all day.

Opportunists... quoted me 125 for 4 miles. Double their competitors.
