Called Charlies Towing Sunday, March 22, 2020 around 5pm in the afternoon. The phone was answered promptly and with courtesy. We answered the questions regarding our location and situation. We were stuck in the mud halfway up the rims on all four tires. Within 30 minutes, Charlies showed up with their equipment, got us out, and we were on our way. NO DAMAGES to our vehicle! Kudos to Charlies! Thank you so much your help! I would recommend Charlies Towing to anyone. Oh and they also have heavy hauling equipment for the big rigs. Its a frustrating experience to break down on the highway, especially in this cold weather so I was very grateful to Charlies Towing for responding very quickly. Professional, prompt, and polite! This company is rude and ignorant with no heart. My daughter in laws car was towed after an accident. She was unable to call for her own tow because she was unconscious and taken by ambulance. The accident was on a Thursday, by Saturday they were charging $507 to retrieve the vehicle. She went up there early in the day just to be told the gentleman wasnt available, shed have to come back Monday. Thats adding two more days storage fee. They are treating her like a criminal picking up an impounded car. After being in an accident, losing her car because its totalled and her life savings being used for fees, they still want an additional $130 cash to get her childrens totes of clothing from the laundromat out of the vehicle. They finally agreed to her signing over the title and $130 to get her stuff. They claimed its the best they can do and they cut her a great deal! Are you kidding me, heartless, cunning company! Needs to be investigated for shady business operations! SHAME ON YOU CHARLIES!!!!!

The guy there was cool but whoever made the prices should be investigated. I was arrested and taken into custody because they thought I was drunk but I was released because I wasn’t. They impounded my car at 3am Sunday, I went to get my car on Sunday, which I couldn’t because they said they couldn’t give it to me because they were closed even though they were at the store. So I went to get my car Monday, the next day in the morning and charged me $250. They charged me two days when my car was there for 24 hours. Granted my car was impounded, but this info will give every customer an idea of how they operate.

And Im still trying to get a job there best towing service big trucks little trucks cars tricycles and bicycles Charlie can do it all

Broke down on the highway and they were very quick! The driver was awesome and they didn’t charge much. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.

My semi truck was a dead duck in 9 degree weather this morning I couldnt get it started called these guy out for the first time and they showed up quick I was surprised. They gave me a pull start and got me going and the price was very reasonable only 225.00 I am happy with the service and the hustle with these people..thanks again

Quickest tow company around, good work and fast service

I went their to buy a 2003 ford f450 autoloader that was told to be in good condition we asked if their was any rust holes in the wrecker bed and was told no Upon arrival we inspect the truck had lots of body damage and lots of rust holes that was sprayed with foam to cover it up and we asked to drive it and they said no and we drove 4 hours to check it out and had all the cash and a dealer plates to buy the truck we are a licensed dealer out of indiana and bill and charlie are very shady warning to all customers do not do business with this companies or Individuals you will regret it .Thank you for wasting 9 hours of my time and money.

Very, Very shady, corrupt business and seem to be intertwined with Berea Police and Berea Courts as well. They tow your vehicle and set the impound fee so high that you cant get it back. Their fees are not in line with other towing companies; they charge $170/day, everyday. Can you believe it? Needs investigated by the FBI.
