Ive actually gone many times over the years, but will not be returning after today. I get the same services each time, but the price is ALWAYS different? Theyre always in a rush, so its reflected in the quality of the work performed. They argue with customers in front of other customers! Ill miss Michelle, who is the nicest one there, but shes always booked, so you end up with the less qualified employees. Farewell!

I usually dont do reviews on businesses, but today I had to I was very disappointed with the service today. I got a pedicure, full set, & eyebrows waxed everything was good until i was asked to pick a color and was rushed to pick one. Also my overall price was $140 when I have gotten the same services before & they only charged me $80. they need to make sure their price list is clear, or make customers aware of any price changes.

Got this full set done on 7/13 and it’s the next day and there’s lifting already and their so thin and uneven paid $40 plus tip for this 10 min full set so upset wasted my time and money here. place is so dirty and got a pedicure done as well and she was trying to use a foot scrubber that’s been used on other clients

I love getting my eyebrows done here. Michelle is the only one who know how to do my eyebrows. But I’m going to be honest, no one could pay me to get my nails done here. Poor service and always rushed when they are doing them. Cuticles gets cut, shape is horrible, the polish is never even. Use to get my nails done here, but I stopped. So only come to get my eyebrows done. Also, the pedicures are a hit and miss. You just got to catch the right person.

They were in a rush my nails barely filled polish is messy the man is very rude. My daughter gel polish was messy as well very expensive my pedicure water was cold 🥶 I asked 3 times for hot water lol never happened and they charge for everything even to use my card when the was 209.00 already for a cut down fill pedicure n my daughter to just get her nails painted. Very greedy in my opinion I wish they would take their time n do my nails right for the price I paid

Horrible, over priced, dirty, rude.. never would I ever step foot in there again its a waste of money!!! My daughters nails and mine all broke or lifted with in two days of getting them done..

Michele is so sweet! But On the other hand The guy cut my cuticle and refused to do my nails short and when I asked he flat out said no. I also asked to get a different shape but he wanted them the way he liked them. He’s very rude and shouldn’t work there. If he didn’t work there I would come back for the lady.

Charged me 80 for a full set and 2 fingers designed. I told her I wanted all my fingers to have a design but she put the clear polish on and told me you done GOODBYE. The guy that works there was yelling at a customer very rude and unsanitary they dont have you wash your hands before or after the are put on he cut my finger while cutting down the nails to the length I wanted. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. Called the health department on them.

The store was so dirty. my nails are ugly. Uneven and too thick of a gel coat. So disappointed. Just please don’t. I also posted a picture so you guys can see. $60 wasted... I couldn’t even bring myself to tip... and the whole time I was there not 1 worker sanatized or washed their hands....

I will never go back! Prices are high and skill/attention to detail is severely lacking. My cuticles were bleeding and gel polish was applied in thick, uneven coats. The lady doing my nails did not speak English well or pretended to not understand my complaints. Now I understand why they’re not very busy. Avoid the older woman at all cost or you will be disappointed.

I’ve come here a few time and really enjoy the lady of the house she is great. Good with brows and lashes too. But today the service I received wasn’t good at all got a polish change on my toes and the job was flat out terrible. I will not return.

The quaility of work is great, but the man of the house is rude and obnixious, the pricing they have is vague everything is priced and up there is no clear amount posted so naturally they will charge whatever they want once you are almost done...I have gone there for years, but recently this has become a terrible situation. My suggestion is to go somewhere where the prices are posted correctly...This is so sad...Michelle is the greatest, but the owner is a real piece of work (and I dont mean it in a good way)

I have been coming to Michelle and Damon for years, in fact they were located across the street when I first found them. I will never go anywhere else. I can literally keep a set of their nails on me for a whole month(emergencies happen & I cannot make it) without any lifting. Michelle did my nails for my wedding and they were incredible. I have gotten beautiful pink & white French manicures, nail art & even 3D nail art done by Michelle & everyone loves her talent. They have a huge selection of colors and gels and are very reasonably priced. Its a very clean & relaxing place, and we are always laughing & having a great time as Damon is super funny. Ive also gotten pedicures & have fallen asleep in their super massaging chairs! You tell them exactly how you want your nails done & they go above and beyond in my opinion. Ive even moved away 3 years ago from where they are located, to a half hour away & still come to see them because they are totally worth it. Ive been getting my nails done for almost 10 years with them & over 23 years during my lifetime & Im very comfortable & happy with them. Everyone is always asking me where I get my nails done at & i proudly send them Damon & Michelles way. If youve had a bad experience with them, I promise you should give them another chance & dont be afraid to let them know exactly how you want your nails, they take pride in their jobs and will give you exactly what you like.

Mani/Pedi my natural nails... she barely filed my nails. Woul not have clipped them but I insisted. Asked her to relieve an ingrown finger nail..did not do it... and gave me several more ingrown nails for my troubles... Eyebrows are exceptionally well done!!

I have been a faithful customer for over 8 years at both locations. Michelle and Damon have been absolutely wonderful to me. Ive never had a complaint. They know what I like and how to take care of their customers which is why I keep coming back even after moving to North royalton. Never a super long wait. Great pedicure service and I always get my eyebrows done here. Nails i always get gel and yes its a little bit more but my job is hands on so the durability of the Polish is worth the extra money. Ive brought friends and family here and would recommend to anyone. If your worried about a wait call ahead. They take appointments too.

DO NOT COME HERE! Im not one to leave reviews but I was SO angry leaving this place I was in tears. I came here to get my hair trimmed before work because it was long overdue I only wanted an inch or two off and a little bit of long layers .I explained to him over and over again, I love my hair long, just wanted a couple inches cut off, as hes cutting my hair I realize theres so much hair on the floor but it was too late so I let him finish. when he was done I looked in the mirror and it was just below my shoulders and as it dried I realize how uneven and how Choppy it looked it looks like a three year old cut my hair I walked next door to perfect image to get there opinion and they called over people from the thrift store just to show what of a horrible job he did I had people telling me over and over how sorry they were for how horrible my hair looked now my hair is short I havent had short hair in over 8 years and I still have to go get it cut just to fix it please do not go here you will get your hair ruined and from the looks of it they dont do well on anything else either.

I had a terrible experience with the staff the last two times I’ve came here. The last time I was refused service at 6:20p when they usually stop taking customers at 7:00p. This time I was berated by one of the newer staff members. They tend to treat African American customers more rudely then other patrons. Save your money and go somewhere else. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

My name is Cindy and I have a disability and my foot doesnt move. I was in today for a pedicure (for the first time because i was embaressed over the disability)and manicure and Michelle was amazing to me!!! Very helpful and so sweet. She did an amazing job on both my manicure and pedicure they look great. I will definitely go again and again. I am so thankful to have found them☺

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is awful...BEWARE!! First we told them we wanted acrylics because they were cheaper but once the total came we were then told they were gels which were more expensive, on top of nail art, for 2 sets of nails were $120!! Are you kidding me thats double the price, we were given no explanation or receipt as to why the price was so high, just looked at me confused. I got home and realized 3 of the nails were not glued down all the way and were loose and the tips were not painted and the the polish already looked grown out, they didnt paint my nail all. the way,it was a crappy job at best. When we went in I was yelled at, and he refused to do anything unless the nail actually fell off, wouldnt even look at the polish job and told me I was crazy and then BAN me from service. ....umm why because I was unhappy and asked for your help, I never yelled or never got nasty I tried to explain why I wasnt happy and instead i left in tears and an empty wallet.

Went back again to get my nails refilled and a showed the lady what I wanted and she said yes yes I an do.... so it was nothing like what I showed her and she acted like she has mo idea what I was talking about and payed $38 dollars what a RIP off

I have been going here for years and it was amazing...today they tore the nail partially off my big toe.. the bleeding wouldnt stop and they wanted to put nail polish over it!!!! I need to find a new salon that doesnt want to give me an infection

I can actually say that I have went here a couple times but those will be my last times EVER! Michelle is probably the only decent nail tech in there and she does good eyebrows but as far as the manager guy who owns the place or whatever, he f****n sucks and so does his attitude, he cut my little sister once while doing her nails and he messed up my moms nails also she was very dissatisfied wanted a natural look but NO! I kept trying to get another nail tech for them but he just insisted and insisted😒😪 And to top it off they OVERCHARGE for a not so good job! Not spending my hard earned money with them anymore.😤

This place is horrible. Came here to get my nails done and didnt listen to what I wanted.. Tricked me into getting Gel nails. I wanted them to make my nails look normal, short and rounded.. They look lopsided and bulky. I paid almost $50 and felt so disappointed. The day isnt even over and the Gel nail is peeling. I wish I could get my money back. Please NEVER go here. You will just leave extremely disappointed.. I just want to cry.

This place was horrible I’ve never experienced such a horrible service. They didn’t want to give me what I wanted which was a simple manicure with white polish and a colored nail. They laughed because they felt the white didn’t look right because she couldn’t apply the white polish on correctly. She did them all pink and even butchered that color. My nails are not all the way painted the bed of my nail is painted the sides are not and the cuticle is too. She rushed the job and managed to apply 3 coats of gel making the polish look caked and still was not able to paint the whole nail. Then they charged a ridiculous tax on the service and I’ve lived in three different states and have never had to pay tax when I’m getting over charged for a simple manicure. I’m so upset and from the reviews one I should’ve read them first and two I know that going to complain won’t do me any good. DO NOT go here! I don’t live in Ohio I just needed a quick place to go and I regret it !

If I didnt have to give this place one star just to comment I wouldnt. First off the woman who did my pedicure did a very rushed job. My feet didnt even soak in the water and she just threw the paint on my toenails. Then the guy who did my full set overcharged me just because my real nails were too short. After asking him for square nails, two of my nails are curved because he didnt file them down correctly. Also he was very rude when I asked him to do certain things. The woman who put my gel color on didnt even paint the sides or corners of my nails after I asked her and they charged me 60 dollars for this service!. At other shops Ive had designs, more than one color and Stilleto shaped nails and paid way less. The only good service was with the woman that waxed my eyebrows. This was my first time going here and I wont go back for my nails or feet. Not worth the 100 dollars I paid them. Smdh

The dude who did my nails straight up refused to do them how I wanted. I wanted stilettos. He said no. I said pointy. He said square. We settled on round because I didnt want to cause a fuss and I hate square. theyre still kinda square though. I overheard him treating another girl the same way. Maybe he was having a bad day. He didnt put a top coat on my nails and one of the girls working noticed this and did it for him. My nails are misshapen and crooked 0/10 would not reccomend.

Horrible experience. The first time I came here, I showed them a picture of a design I wanted. The male did the actual acrylic and another female attempted the design. It looked horrible. I told them I didnt like it and they told me Id have to pay to redo it so of course I left. I tried giving them another chance today, requesting a fill in. The male there said Id have to get a new set, I told him I just got a full set two weeks ago n explained at other places theyd usually cut any air bubbles they see and put the acrylic over it, he said sorry cant do it. Theyre all about getting more money out of you.

My sister and I never get our nails done and had never been here before but the location is ideal so we went. There was no wait so even better! But as soon as we sat in the chairs we felt uneasy...the tech that was doing my fullset was very interested in our personal lives...and as we gave short answers she would ask more personal questions. She didnt listen to what I wanted done to my nails at all! And then my sister got moved over to the guy who was way worse, he messed her finger up with the sander. Our nails are lop sided, looks like my 3 year old did them. And to top it off the price that was posted is not what we paid at all! I paid $70 for 2 fullsets and plain polish. She was also trying to upsale us on gel polish, and told me I need to get my eye brows done bad, told me I look asian! I was kinda offened since Im very Italian and I came her to get my nails done, not her opinion. She didnt paint the corners or the sides, they are uneven, loose and just crappy! As we were leaving she was like see you in 2 weeks! The guy didnt even finish my sisters he passed her off to another person and got on his laptop! Terrible customer service

They are too expensive, charged an extra $13 on gel polish plus tip on a pedicure. Have never been charge that much for gel polish.....

A customer came in while I was waiting and complained about a cut she had gotten, and the staff accused her of cutting her own hair. I shouldve walked out right then, but I didnt. Well my friend likes hers but they over charged so much an all i wanted was a fill and french and its sooooooooooooooo awful! I was seen by 3 different people....u can see my previous nails all cut up under the fill they did an there is so many air bubbles...i hate my nails and i dont like this place they are so unprofessional. This place is very unprofessional and employers are mainly rude. The owner is always asking who did my nails prior to me coming in for a new set and always being judgmental of others nail professionals. They have the worst nail techs I ever been to. I tried almost all theyre workers and many of them cannot polish toes nor nails correctly. Highly disappointed!
