Cut my toes and made them bleed. Horrible polish job. Chopped up my toes nails in to tiny little nubs. This has been the worst pedicure experience ever. I wondered why I could walk right in on a Saturday morning and be serviced right away. Now it all makes sense.

Nice shop. The medicure was cool. I will go back.

I’ve gone to Foxy Nails for 4 years. I love Steve. Very accommodating and personable. Always asks how I am doing and knows his regular clients by name. Always gives me exactly what I want. They play good music in the store too (generally early 2000s jams.) I haven’t been there in a long time due to coronavirus but I hope to come back soon. I’ve been missing them!

The service was horrible the lady got polish all over my toes. One of the employees left the other with 4 customers. The main worker didnt care how many people were there he made sure he took his smoke break. I left and will never go back.

Went in had to put my name on a list to get a pedicure was told someone would call me. Over a hour later I called them no answer. I never received a call.

They are supposed to be open@ 10:00 a m and they still not open. Trouble service on their part

I arrived just before the evening rush, about 3 pm. I was there for myself and my niece. I signed us in for full sets. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and immediately. We were both seen before 3:30. Our sets are beautiful and completed in minimal time, without compromising quality. We saw Brendan and Steve. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. I WILL be returning soon!

They do great work. Hours are incorrect on google as they appear to be closed on Mondays and the Tuesday’s after the holiday. The owner smokes a lot but is real cool. He complains a lot about how tired he is but is very confident about his work... rightly so Kevin is bomb! My nails look good and they last but I’m concerned if they will be open much longer because the place is shabby and there are a lot of other closed businesses all around it. Foxy Nails could really use a good cleaning and some professionalism training and maybe a new location all together might inspire some enthusiasm.

My nails last for 2+ weeks and they never break. plus theyre cheap.

When I first got my nails done I loved them and I got them done 9/6/18 today is 9/13/18 and my nail literally just popped off ... I didn’t even feel it! I’ve never had that happen to me when getting my nails done from LA nails in Euclid .. bob did my nails and mentioned to my friend right before me “We like when u guys break nails, more money for us, we make them thin on purpose” so my friend and all of the reviews said to try Steve or Kevin so I’m gonna give it one more shot after that I’m going back to my nail salon.

Hi i got my nails done yesterday and it honestly hasn’t even been 24 hours, and they already chipped i’m highly upset and disappointed.

Ive been here once and ill never return hereI got a gel manicure and this was the worst service ever. The polish was lumpy. The lady kept cutting cuticle that wasnt thereShe actually made my fingers bleed. She didnt polish the sides of my nails and when I told her about the terrible job she did she didnt even apologize. All she said was she would take off 6 dollars..im upset I had to even give one star because this place doesnt deserve it at all

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but just wanted to warn people against coming here. I was supposed to get a French gel manicure, and the first nail tech named Lee did such a poor job that a second nail tech, Ton, had to come over and fix all of her work. The tips were painted straight across, covered most of my nail, and were done so unevenly that I could’ve done better myself. Ton had to completely redo some of the nails that I pointed out were bubbly and had pieces of white from the tips where my nail beds were supposed to be clear. And even then, he didn’t completely redo them from the base so he painted over as best as he could. The cuticle oil they used at the end smelled rancid, and he gave me a discount but the extra $5 off wasn’t worth it. Take your business elsewhere!

Ive been going here for years and I recommend being seen by Steve, Kevin or Bob. The women arent as good and they take much longer than the guys(pedi or mani).. If Im done by the guys no complaints so I always request them. Also eyebrow waxing by Kevin is always amazing! They will continue to get my business however they need to figure out some type of scheduling as the employees may show up whenever, so on busy days Thurs-Sat you are waiting a lengthy period of time because there are only 2 techs. Overall good clean and friendly place.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the of my nails! The acrylic was extremely thin and broke off the first time I bumped my nails on to my desk at work...my nails were also not buffed and had lumps and no smoothness...and this showed when the nails were polished! I remember when they use to be located on Euclid and Taylor road a long time ago...it was the first place I got my nails done at....i know that was years ago but the quality should not change with time so drastically!!! And because the quality was so bad the price was too high I dont mind paying for my services if the work is worth it...i will never go here again in life!!!!

Im 30 years old. I been going to foxy nail for 15 years!!! Or more!

Ive been to this establishment about 4 times and each time was a disaster. But the very last time the man nail tech I had was very rude. I asked him specific pricing he caught an attitude, so I told him I wanted the shortest they have. He later commented on I should stop being cheap and treat myself. Also that the style I wanted was old and 1950s. I think because they dont do well because theyre in and old strip mall that they want to milk every customer they get. Wont be returning it was just a last resort nail trip.

Went there twice.. first time Kevin did my nails he did a great job.. I went today and an older lady did my nails.. HORRIBLE.. there is polish all on my skin.. I had to tell her to reshape one of my nails.. and I waited to the too to see if she would fix it.. she was just going to let me walk out with lob sided nails.. the job was rushed.. the polish seems cheap.. and Im really upset about how they turned out. I wont go there again. Period. It take one terrible person at their job to ruin their cliental and word of mouth travels far.

This was me and my wifes first time in the establishment. The staff was friendly. They were very busy and had a couple of disgruntled customers but they handled them personally and accurately.

Avoid this place. If you ask for any changes to ne made such as the shape of the nail -since it wasnt done in the first place- they catch attitude and begin complaining in their native tongue. Pathetic. You are rushed and the nails turn out horrific!
