With weeks of color and glitter to deal with, Lyn gave me my desired natural French tip that is so perfect they look like a fresh full set. You have to go see her!

I hesitate to write such a negative review but regrettably it was true to my experience. The floor had lots and lots of clipped acrylic nails. Very dirty. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The employee was new and made several mistakes, leaving out a base coat. My nail bed was filed so thin it was red and painful. Still sore after I have removed the gel. My toes had paint all over. The people were very nice but I would not go back.

No foot massage or lotion used at all. Just a scrub used on my feet on a gross looking scrubber. Not very relaxing, as I had hoped. Total was almost 40 dollars...for a pedicure in the steelyard. Noooo thanks. My nails look good though.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lynn has horrible customer service skills. She was rude, completely dismissive and disrespectful to her customer. I came first thing specifically with the color nail polish I wanted even had a picture she said she had it and could do my nails with the same exact color or very close to it. She said yes yes I have that. Tell me anything to get business cause she gets much of any, I see why. First off she was filing my nail so roughly with no care, I told her it hurt, she responded hold still...really????so when we got to the nail polishing part the nail polish was dark purple and I made it clear I want light pink that she initially swore she had. I nicely told her this not the color I wanted, she instantly got an attitude telling me to she dont have time for this hurry up and choose another color, she was rushing from the beginning anyway like she was mad before I came. So I. Asked her to calm down, she started walking away while I was still talking. All that attitude towards a customer all because she lied about have about she a color she knew she didnt have. I told her she was being rude and this thing going to say I dont care. Horrible dont come her zero respect for customer. Never will I return will but this place on Facebook also.

I have been getting my nails done here since they opened. Before 29 I was hoping around nail salons could never find the right place until now. Lynn is so amazing at what she does. Definitely never disappointed. Dont get me wrong sometimes there is a wait but she is very popular and definitely worth the wait!

I walked in on Saturday for a pedicure. There were two people in the pedicure chairs being helped and one person getting her nails repaired. I waited about 45 mins before being sat for my pedicure. The owner did my pedicure and she did a pretty good job. The massage was not as much as I would have liked but that’s not as important as the nails and I have nothing bad to say about my toenails. The price was good and I will definitely go back. As I was drying there were several regulars that came in and praised the work of the owner, saying they wouldn’t go to anyone else. So if I ever want to get my nails done, I’ll definitely give her a try. Also, she said it’s pretty dead during the week so next time I’ll go on a week day to try and avoid the wait.

Lyn is the ONLY person who does my nails & has been for YEARS. Shes so sweet & will really work with you to get you the exact look you want, if not better ! Shes so detailed in her repairs and designs that im comfortable enough to have her do whatever she wants to my nails and know ill leave satisfied! I love the salon, its spacious and very well kept. 29 Nails is a must !!

I have regular appointments ! Love them at 29. Got my nails, lashes, and eyebrows done before I left for Florida for the Miami Dolphin game. They did an amazing job. 💜

The service department was so nice and was able to get a shuttle to pick up my jeep

Lynn is a great nail tech. I jus can’t keep making appts and getting turned away. Poor service! Not everybody is going to be so understanding. She needs more nail techs and help. ASAP! YOU CANT DO IT ALONE!

Terrible experience! The lady doing my pedi cut my foot while filing it. The bleeding wouldn’t stop. Then another tech broke the nail polish and after cleaning it up she used the same polish (small broken in half) to finish my toes. It was definitely an unbelievable experience. And to top it off the polish on my toes is already chipped. It’s only been 3 days. I never even got an apology.

Horrible wait times! Seems like it they dont know you by name your skipped right over. Gone on 2 diffetent occasions waited 2 hours plus just to walk out. Would never waste me time again

With all the hype about how good this tech is ... Listen up! This is not where you want to be...the wait time is horrendous...I signed and was sitting for an hour and forty five minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then customers were coming with said appointments...she started servicing and seating them right away....horrible everything in there! Go somewhere else or down the street ...this place has no respect for your time or your money! For those of you that are patronizing her, it is a bad reflection on good business to see this happening and for you to keep going back because you like how you nails look! Bad kharma and bad people! Im telling everyone I know!

Disappointed! Here from out of town and was seriously let down. My toe was nicked with the drill and it was a poor gel polish application. Restroom was not clean. I was not offered an apology or a discount. I frankly too tired to Express my dissatisfaction but will NEVER go within 10 feet of this place again. Btw, my toes is still bleeding so I now cannot go in the pool or jacuzzi to enjoy the rest of my stay at my hotel.
