I got my nails and feet done last week 5/19 on a Wednesday right before my vacation with a nail tech Marshay . First when I was getting the service she was very rude and argued with co workers In front of me, she made it very uncomfortable to enjoy the experience. Approximately one week later one of nails came off when I woke up. Which is really odd considering it’s only been a week and I didn’t feel it lift or anything. Any woman knows it would be extremly painful to lose a nail. The polish on my foot started to Come off all this after one week. I called to complain and they offered to fix it however with my busy schedule I didn’t have time to go in. I asked for a refund and they declined saying. “ nails fall off it happens”. Not if it’s done correctly it shouldn’t . I didn’t do any strenuous work either, went on vacation next thing I know the polish and nail came off. The manager was no help either she had a terrible attitude as well. I’m disputing with my bank at the moment. Poor service don’t go here.

Worse business by far. They never answer, and when they do they have the nastiest attitudes. I asked for a price for my makeup to be done and they instantly started getting nasty with me. If you need your makeup or lashes done etc, i suggest you keep looking because your not gonna get any help from them, just bad customer service.

I go get my hair done by Ari every two weeks and I freaking love the attention she gives my hair. If I choose to wear weave or just my natural hair she puts me together. She also takes same day appt. 😘😘😘
