First visit there/ picked up a generator we called ahead and was in and out 10/15 minutes very efficient and polite employees

They were good on the phone. Stores closed from outside people for now. So how am I supposed to look at things or pay in cash?? If youre all that worried just close down and open next year like everyone else. Good luck, Ill find somewhere else to rent.

Didnt have what I was looking for. Nice follow-up though. Girl called me a couple of days later to let me know that the unit was back.

I tried to rent a piece of equipment from a location from the online app. I set it all up to pick up on Thursday November 5th 2020 at the Brookpark Road location. They were supposed to call within 2 business hours to confirm my order and they didn’t.I then called them and they apologized and said I was all set to pick up on Thursday. Thursday comes and I go to pick up the machine and no one can find it. After searching for about 20 mins they find it all torn apart and tell me oops we can’t rent you this machine. So I had to leave with no machine and VERY unsatisfied.

New reliable tools and equipment but you’ll pay for quality. I’ve rented boom lifts for my company from other places and sometimes “ya get, what ya pay for” kinda thing. When I’m gonna be up 40 ft I wanna know Myself snd employee’s are gonna be safe and sound....

The service is great, however I rented a steam cleaner for some rental properties. Got to the property and the machine didnt even have enough suction to suck up any of the water it was laying down let alone out of the tank. I know to plug the cords into different breaker fed areas and this machine was a dud.

I run a nonprofit that has a food pantry through the cleveland foodbank. We rented a pallet truck for a month because of the increased food we gave out during covid -19. Sunbelt would not honor promised free delivery given over the phone. When i eventually got written contract, they had wrong address, wrong information on it, and then a mysterious second different contract appeared, again with alot of wrong info. After i returned pallet jack, they added new fees and charges on credit card automatically without explanation that were not on either contracts. They NEVER returned calls after several attempts to talk with someone, ANYONE willing to help me or explain added charges.

I have rented equipment from this location for several years and have always been very pleased. The equipment is always in good order and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about your needs. Easy access to the freeway makes this a great location to grab something and get in and out easily. I certainly recommend this place highly for anyone who is looking for equipment from small to big and the pricing is extremely Fair as compared to other locations I have Used in the past.

Great experience at this location. Front desk staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Yard staff was very helpful. We were picking up a mini excavator, and were loaded up and on the road in under 45 min. Great Job Sunbelt!

They have a ton of equipment the rental prices are pretty decent theyre just not letting people in right now so its kind of aggravating to be treated like youre sick cool place though

I rented a floor scrubber. No one there seemed to know how this thing operated. Got it to site, couldnt get any suction from the hose. I called and explained the problem I was having. After quite a while on the phone, they finally said they would send out a mechanic. About 30 minutes later, no one showed up. I called again, thankfully they have an after hours number. I spoke to someone and they sent out a mechanic which took about another 30 minutes for him to arrive. By the time he supposedly got the unit working, I didnt need it anymore. He didnt know much about the unit either because there was a hose in the unit that he removed, saying it didnt even belong to the machine when in fact it did. I showed him where it went and Ive never even used one of these before. He took the hose off and was running the machine without it. The reason I gave three stars instead of 1 or zero (if it was possible) is once I returned the unit, they gave me a full refund, they do have a after hours line, before I rented the unit, the guy at the counter was really cool and gave me a discount and one guy really went the extra mile helping me load this thing on a trailer while everyone else was saying it wasnt possible. The staff is pretty friendly but just not knowledgeable regarding this piece of equipment.

Make sure the equipment is fully functional in all aspects before you leave. Don’t expect fair compensation for unusable equipment they don’t care!!

The counter staff is good, Gill is the best. Most of the help in the back are rude and very disrespectful to the customers. All the guys I work with have always complained about those guys.

They have anything you can think of. My salesman Josh knows about all of their tools and he can get almost anything delivered on a one day notice. If he doesnt have it local, the company probably has it somewhere and they can get it.

Fat yard guy with black hair thinks the customers are lazy worthless POS if he has to lift a finger to do his job. Be prepared to be cussed out by this guy if you in his way, at least I was, and all I was doing was waiting for a phone call from corporate office for authorization.

Only went there once but had a good experience was in and out and the wonderful customer service

Rented a backhoe and the gentlemen loading it in my truck was swearing up a storm, then couldnt get the equipment to stay running. Got it to the job site and it kept bogging down and wouldnt let me do any work only to make a call at 4pm and still waiting for emergency services to call back 3 hours later to bring me another machine and it also blew a hydraulic line when we where granning it back to the trailer and its hydrostatic so now its sitting beached in the middle of a job site. Poor customer service all the way around. Never again!
