Providing this review after an attempt to provide direct feedback on my experience to this salon and finding a lack of acknowledgement and level of accountability for some elements of dissatisfactory service.I will start by saying that the two stars are provided for the kindness of the stylists and receptionist and the skill of some of the stylists. The experience fell short in several ways and so sharing here so that others may not face the same experience on their wedding day.In short:- make sure you pay attention to the 3% credit card fee, which can add up quickly if you have a large bridal party- be clear about the agreement of junior and senior stylists (this changed on the day of and I was not notified)- be careful about times of appointments. I worked with the salon from May to August with a timeline they provided and at the last moment - day before- they changed the start time and did not properly flag the change for me - would have expected that they call by phone or write clearly in an email that the time was changed so that I could correct the information I had already printed for my bridal party in advance (I had a lot going on the day before the wedding to notice or try to correct this error) - as a result the blame for 3 poorly executed styles (including my own, which they said they would prioritize and I even provided a more simple style - small braid and curls- for my stylist to do) was placed entirely on me and when I pointed out they changed the time without properly notifying me, they again failed to acknowledge that this was an issue. The 3 styles were frizzy, failing out, and outdated. Would also like to note that one person in the bridal party couldn’t make her appointment (I still paid full price for the service because it was in the 24 hours before service and I agreed it was fair that I pay), but that did provide some time for the salon to bridge some of the time gap as well. In the end, I re-did 2 styles and a friend redid mine for the wedding.I would not recommend this salon for event hair as it turned out to be a disappointing experience and any business that is unwilling to acknowledge where they could have done better, I can’t get behind.Note, I never asked for a refund off the total price, but hoped for acknowledgement of dissatisfactory service.

I owe this salon much more than a nice review. Their staff and stylists saved the day as I came in last minute with a hair emergency the weekend of my brother’s wedding. All the staff and stylists were helpful and accommodating and saved my hair from a disaster!

I had a great experience. Loved all the stylists and staff. The studio looks a bit run down though, like it needs a good paint job. But thats the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars.

I havent been to Studio Taylor before, but my sister-in-law gave me the highest recommendation, so happily followed her lead. Sammy was my stylist + was amazing! I. She gave me the best color / highlights + great cut that I totally love. I will go certainly go back.

I had major surgery one week ago and needed some pampering before heading back home (a several hour drive.) On short notice, the girls were able to get me in for a shampoo, blow dry and manicure. Wendy first did the manicure, gently moisturizing and massaging my dry hands and giving the nails a fresh, new look. Then Danielle took over with an awesome shampoo and soothing blow dry. Such good medicine after my surgery that has left me very achy and cold during recovery. I didnt feel rushed at all. These little things and the professional ladies gentle, caring personalities show why this business is doing well for 20ish years.They were servicing women of a variety of ages, states of health and cultures. They are a spacious, full service salon with good parking right behind and a nearby short ramp to their rear entrance. The facility was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. I offer them my highest recommendation and would recommend any visitor or post-op person to indulge and get pampered even if you never have done so before. I left there so relaxed, though I hadnt even gotten the facial massage. Great place to go on a cold and rainy day like today.

I had a hair cut done by Lee (or Leah? My mom brain sucks) yesterday - she did an awesome job!! I’ve had way more than my share of bad haircuts on my super long wavy hair but she did exactly what I asked and it turned out so great! I highly recommend her!

Took my five-year-old son here. Danielle was great! Made him feel comfortable and taught me how to take care of his hair as well. Hair looked great!

AMAZING salon and spa! Ive been going here for 3 years. Every single time Ive been thrilled with my services. Ive had cuts, color, and waxing done and loved all of it. Because my schedule is weird I dont always get the same person for hair but service is always consistently great. Shout out to stylist Sammy for making me look my best!

Emily did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I got my brow wax and hair treatment done here. Kalpana (I hope I spelled the name right), did the fusio dose treatment on my hair. My hair feels amazing after that. Friendly staff, good ambience and easy to make appointments. Would visit again!! Highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻

Everyone was so nice! This was my charges (Im a professional nanny) very first haircut and she was quite anxious. Danielle greeted us and patiently waited with us for parents to arrive for the photo session ;) Danielle kept calm and worked with us to make this a great experience about which the toddler talked about the next day! Well be back!!

Very professional. For me, its a one stop shop -- nails, pedicure, waxing and hair cut. They take their time to good job to make sure that all services are perfect. Been going there for years.
