Booking for 10:45 (around 830 9 am same day) she calls and says that she will be at her shop at 11. I was completely fine with it considering it was same day but since the booking was available I took it. She didn’t arrive until 1130 and we didn’t get started until around 12 because she had her puppy she was tending to, stopping to help her assistant, open up shop and she continually stopped in the midst of doing my nails to talk about her personal life. I’m usually very chill about the services, but I also let her know I had to be somewhere at 1pm. I also said I could be a little flexible on time. I had to ask her to stop the services at 130 because I was running entirely too late. She was mostly done but still had to do the designs I requested and the polish wasn’t drying like We’d hoped. The nail polish was runny, I asked for a soak off and she said that I’m better off just shaping the nails, she constantly skinned me and was digging. I love the shape but it was NOTHING like I wanted. I called/text asking for a discount and everything and she never responded. I have a difficult time believing she’s a tech of 5 years. I wish I could’ve gotten better service.

I always love the outcome whenever Carla gives me a manicure or a pedicure. She always does neat and quality work, and her prices are affordable.

I get my nails done very often the services provided were perfect everything is done properly at all times I have no problems with any of the services provided and will continue to get manicures and pedicures . the services provided are done properly and correctly all the time she gives excellent services. Her shop is always clean because I clean it weekly.

CARLA is a good worker and she very organized her polishes is colorize and she is fun to be around. I LOVE GOING TO HER PLACE OF BUSINESS.

Carla is fun and a shop owner with heart,due to the unreliability of google saying my normal nail shop was open when in fact it was closed new years day Carla was kind enough to help me out and do my nails they came out nice and if you ever want a good place to go too check out her shop set up an appointment first and enjoy.
