Ive been to Quintanas twice. They do a great job with nails. They look fabulous and last a long time. The people working there are all professional and friendly. Ive been looking for a nail salon on the east side for some time and Ive finally found my place. No need to look further. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the spa! The atmosphere is so calming and everyone there is so nice! Its so nice that they offer so many services. I havent been to the spa part but this is the best place if you want a great mens haircut in a cool spot thats not like a ladies salon. The folks there are skilled and friendly and during the pandemic have been following all the guidelines and taking it seriously but not all panicky. I like it there.

The staff is very friendly and polite. I usually see Daniella when I visit but I had Kate today. She was very funny, sweet and professional. I truly enjoyed my experience today, and I just found my go to pedicurist when Daniella is not available.

I went in the other day for a massage. It was my first time there and I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I had a wonderful experience. My massage was done by Angie, who is apparently the best masseuse around town. I received a free sample and a welcome bag with coupons and offerings for their other services. I must say, they are also way more affordable than I imagined. Even though it seems they book up fast, it’s worth the wait and investment. Go get yourself pampered here.

I just returned from enjoying a pedicure at Quintanas with Carrie. First time that Ive been back since the pandemic. I was warmly greeted by first name by everyone (I was never that frequent of a customer, so this felt inviting). Carrie did a particularly wonderful job with my pedicure. I have a couple problems that make pedicures more difficult than for others. She listened, understood, and made all right with the world. Thank you.

I have had many pedicures and massages at Quintanas. They are always amazing. Angie, the massage therapist is absolutely amazing. A bit of a drive from Lake County in the snow but worth it. My daughter got the sports massage. She was amazed at how professional and effective Angie was. I had Mandi for an express pedicure. It was perfect for what I wanted. I could not believe how reasonable the prices were for a boutique salon. We will go again.

Scheduled for self care, I just picked a place from Google maps and this was the perfect place. As soon as I entered the shop, it was nonstop kindness. I felt great, less stress than I’ve felt for awhile. The experience was amazing, I’m excited that my random pick was everything I could ask for. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

My wife and other family members use and enjoy the Spa services provided by Dawn, co-owner and Alex’s wife, and her staff. I have introduced many friends to Quintana’s and they are now all regulars who sing the praises of the services they receive. The Speakeasy, which is a throwback to the roaring 20s prohibition era, including its secret entrance, is a comfortable and nicely appointed gathering place to enjoy a wide-variety of cocktails and adult beverages. It also features a private room available for special occasions, seasonal outdoor patio and porch seating, live entertainment and special bourbon, scotch etc tastings. Such a cool find. Perfect date night spot. Legit speakeasy in a totally unsuspecting location. Drinks were good, servers/bartenders were friendly and helpful. Prices averaged about $15. Got the antipasta, it was delicious too.

I started getting my haircut at Quintanas almost two years ago after trying out several other high-end salons. I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism of the staff, attention to detail, and customer service. I would also like to mention that their approach to reopening during the pandemic was best in class. Once a month I make a trip to Quintanas Barbershop for a beard trim - its been part of my routine for almost two years now, and will be as long as I have facial hair. But what, you might ask, sets this barbershop apart?1.) Staff. Everyone Ive interacted with at Quintanas - from the employees behind the registration desk, the barbers, and even the bartenders upstairs, have been courteous, professional, and welcoming. My regular barber, Theo, helped me figure out how to style and care for my beard ahead of my wedding, and made sure that I looked sharp.2.) Location. The barbershop is in a converted residential house, and it fits into the neighborhood perfectly. The layout works well, and they did a fantastic job renovating the space to suit their needs. It also means that they have a front porch where you can wait for your appointment - and room upstairs for a speakeasy-style bar.3.) Speakeasy. Yes, there is a bar upstairs. Wonderful cocktails, unbeatable ambiance, and a cozy setting thats ideal for a quiet conversation or just to hang out. Going up to the bar after a barber appointment to have a drink and chat with the bartenders and other patrons is a great experience, but you can drop by just for drinks as well.Honestly if you live in the area or even if you find yourself passing through, this spot is worth a visit - Im confident youll find yourself coming back.

I’ve known Alex since we bar-backed at TavCo in the early 90s. He’s a great guy and he and his wife have built a great business. My sons and I have been getting haircuts at Quintana’s since it opened and we love it. My go-to barber for the last couple of years has been Kelsey and she’s great! I’m new to the Cleveland Heights area and was looking for a place to do my mani/pedi before I was set to go on vacation. I seen the reviews of Quintana’s and decided to book my appointment here. I booked the appointment on 4/23 online for May 1st. I arrive at the salon May 1st and the receptionist (didn’t get her name) tells me she can’t find my appointment. I pulled up the conformation email and she said the person I booked my appointment with called off for that week. They said they called all her appointments to cancel but I never received a call or email. I was never offered any type of gift card or anything for the inconvenience. This was very poor customer service. I was set with the task to find a place on a Saturday to do my mani/pedi. So frustrated!!!

Not the same barber shop but still the same great people. Very Covid safe and I felt perfectly fine getting my haircut. The new procedures added about 2 extra minutes to the process. I feel great to be able to support a local business that take things very seriously regarding Covid. I would go again without concern, maybe not wait so long next time between cuts.

Y’all don’t understand. I have been getting my haircut by Jessica for years and I’ll never go elsewhere. She’s amazing. However, she got my toddler to enjoy getting his haircut and we had been banned by several other places because of how loud he screamed. That, in and of itself, should be an endorsement to top all endorsements. Alex and his staff (Jessica is my fav) are amazing. Please give them a shot especially with fussy kids. Regardless, each barber is meticulous in their approach to my cut and style as well as cleanliness. If you have time, the Speakeasy offers a chill vibe to grab a craft drink (I recommend the mojito).

Ive been coming here pretty consistently for 5 years now and every haircut is great. I mostly see Kelsey, but Ive been to Alex and Theo too and everyone is awesome. Since covid started, theyve been doing a great job following cleaning and safety guidelines. Im a doctor and Ive felt completely comfortable and safe coming here.

I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for a haircut/styling. Ian Carpenter is My Guy. I leave looking perfectly coiffed, and the grow-in is gradual and lasting.

Easy.Next, the people! The nail techs are skilled, super-conscientious about cleanliness, efficient, and genuinely nice and interesting people. It is clear they take their job seriously, especially maintaining COVID precautions. Reception staff is also the bomb — friendly, thorough, helpful and service oriented. I love that they offer teas, coffee and water (plain or citrus) when you enter. Sadly, the delightful Speakeasy is closed right now (thanks, COVID!) so ordering something a little stronger is on hiatus, but once the weather warms up, I look forward to enjoying an adult bev while getting pampered.There is also a massage therapist and aesthetician on staff to keep you relaxed and beautiful. I have been having my haircut at Quintanas for nearly 10 years and have never once had a bad experience. When I lived in Pittsburg for 4 years I made the mistake--only once--of getting my haircut locally and the results were less than desirable (free advice: never have your haircut by a guy in suspenders and a pork pie hat). When I went for my next cut with Alex he took one look and said, who did this to you? and proceeded to correct the poor cut I received (I was also chastised for cheating on him with another barber). From then on I made sure to schedule a haircut at Quintanas any time I visited from PA. Now that I am back in Cleveland I will go nowhere else. Ive had my haircut by several members of the staff and each time left pleased, including on my wedding day when Theo made me look much better than I otherwise would have.Since the pandemic they have take a plethora of safety precautions and when I recently went in after several months of no hair cut I felt completely safe for the short time I was there.By far the best haircuts I have ever had...and there is a speakeasy as well, so all-in-all very hard to beat.

Best Cut in Cleveland, Hands Down.I was referred to these guys about four years ago and I have been a loyal fan ever since. Prior to this I tried every other barbershop I could find in the Cleveland Heights area and was never consistently satisfied. I was relieved when I found Quintanas because the Barbers here are all so well-trained and consistent. They remember who you are and what you like/want. They make it a point to befriend you and I love that. I would feel comfortable with any of their Barbers cutting my hair. They always have extra appointments (and late/weekend options too) and as a healthcare worker with a busy schedule this makes life much easier. Even with the pandemic going on, they have taken extra lengths to make the entire experience safer, with less packed schedules, hand sanitizing stations, and required masks. Once you get used to quality like this, its really hard to be satisfied with any other barbershop.

The best thing about this place is that they listen to what you want, then always give a quality, consistent haircut. I go to Kelsey who’s great, but they’re all good.
