Second time with different barber. The worst haircut again. They look that they know what they’re doing but they know nothing. I said to the guy that I want low fade on the sides and cut my hair very little on the top. He said ok. After that he did a medium fade (not good) an uneven haircut with pretty short on the top without asking me how long I need to cut my hair or if I want line on the back or natural. I had to ask them also to dry my hair and they didn’t dry good. Waste of time and money !!!

I was able to make an appointment the same day. They were friendly. Noah did a great job of cutting my sons afro.

Got the worst haircut of my life here. Ive given this location to many chances and Im done. Constant staff turnover is probably a good sign this place is not worth going to.

Atmosphere is awesome and both barbers were nice but the cut didn’t come out as I had expected it to.

Cool, pleasant and professional atmosphere. The barbers have style and know exactly what they are doing.. unlike typical franchise barber shops, where you hope they can fade your hair evenly.

Rebecca shaved my head after I had a horrific experience with color that someone else did. I was a bit nervous going into it because I didn’t think I could be confident with little to no hair. Let me tell you. That cut gave me the confidence boost I never knew I needed. She was on time, professional and really sweet during and even after the entire process. Do yourself a favor and go see her for all your haircut and shaving needs!

Im new to Cleveland and this was amazing start to finish. Great cut (best Ive had in years), great chat with staff (and Im usually the type to like a quiet cut) and they were extremely nice. Theres no doubt this is will be my spot for the foreseeable future.

Got at least 30 haircuts from Steve and Frankie beginning in 2016. Steve was the first barber that gave me a haircut that Ive really loved. Now, my hair is a huge source of confidence for me, due to Eddys. Anybody in the shop can give an exceptional haircut. Each of them take the time to listen to you and give you a haircut that you will really like.Ultimately, I decided to stop going to Eddys for:1) Scheduling difficulties; a haircut with Steve needs to be booked 1-2 weeks in advance.2) Price; $30 every month starts to add up, especially when other barbers charge $20-$25.3) Appointments running late; most appointments seem to start 15 minutes late and go 15 minutes long, which can be frustrating if you show up on time.4) Recently, Ive had a few haircuts I havent loved. I think it was partly an issue with what I was communicating to Frankie.5) I like the relaxed environment of the shop, but sometimes it seems like the barbers are distracted by the conversation they are having between each other. Im fine with the appointment going over if the barber is engaged in the haircut, but it is frustrating for an appointment to go over when it seems like its because the barbers are talking to each other.Im thankful for the numerous great haircuts that Ive gotten from Eddys, but unfortunately I think its time to look for another barbershop.

Being able to reserve a cut online with a specific barber is a plus. Friendly staff and I was satisfied with my cut. At the price point I would have expected a hot towel for my face or massager machine on the shoulders and scalp. My barber in Palm Springs did this despite COVID. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop.

Visited a couple weeks ago. Dorothy gave me probably the best haircut I’ve had in the last couple of years. I don’t like when haircuts take too long. She had me out of there in 20 minutes with a perfect clean up. I don’t live in town and need a haircut and am sad I can’t make it back there. Thank you Dorothy.

~$30 total for a guys cut. They do a great job though. Thorough. Takes about 40 minutes. Everyones real nice. They do a good fade. Usually not to hard to get a same day spot.

Our two year old is back to his old handsome self after some other barbershop misadventures! Thanks to Ms. Rachel!The place is cool, soundtrack bumps and the convo varied and interesting. Sometimes a little grown but nothing vulgar.The cookies...I go Sesame Street Cookie Monster mode.

Dorothy butchered my sons front hairline. She then blamed it on my bad past experiences with female barbers because I was skeptical about a female barber cutting his hair to begin with.

Great barbershop! I have gotten 2 haircuts here and have been 100% satisfied. Everywhere else I have went to, I have needed to go home and re-trim my hair to make sure everything is even. Not here! I am very picky on my haircuts and it is very hard to get complete satisfaction from me. This barbershop was recommended to me buy someone who purchased a vehicle from me and I have not been disappointed! I am happy to say I have found my new barbershop! This place comes highly recommended by me! :)

Needed a new barber and these guys are the real deal. Nico does a great job, takes his time with the tapers and his confidence shows he know what he is doing. I gave him a idea of how I wanted my hair cut and let him do whatever he thought would look best. Walked away with a super clean and fresh cut. Definitely going back and telling the homies about this place.

Beware! they make you wait till you leave by yourself. If I could rate them “0” I would. I had an appointment at 2:30 pm, I was there by 2:15 pm. I was still waiting at 3:05 pm and the barber was no where near “done” with the previous customer yet. I left the place in disgust and disappointment. On my previous visit the same barber waved me off exactly after my scheduled one hour even though he wasn’t done with my beard trim. What I don’t get is the hypocrisy. What’s the point of giving me an appointment with a card on hold? They even charge you if you don’t show up for the scheduled appointment. For my case they should probably do the same, pay me the amount that they would charge if I wasn’t able to show up for the appointment. I am never going back.

I went there once and had a decent hair cut, which you would hope for after spending $25. Booked an appointment a week and a half ahead of time and was confirmed. I needed a haircut for a wedding and was limited on time, hence me booking in advance. The day before, at 5 pm I get a text message saying my appointment was canceled. No courtesy call or anything, just a text saying it was canceled. Mind you, your credit card is charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, but they are so popular they feel they can do the same to their customers. I then tried calling to get an explanation, however of course no one answered the phone. The barber I had was good, but this experience was enough for me to not recommend it and I will not be going back. There are plenty of other barbers in the area, and much less expensive.

Im from out of town and just hit up Eddys on a lark. Worked out great. Ryan was my stylist and he gave me a great short cut with a little on top! Love it! Will definitely go back if I get the chance!

Excellent quality haircuts. Definitely worth spending the extra money for a hot shave as well. Staff is friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable.

Cleveland, this is for you: if theres two things I know, its how to dunk a basketball and how to get my hair cut. Eddys on Coventry cuts my hair well every time. Reasonable prices and a friendly staff who does good work. Eddys gets a triple double from me, LeBron James.

By far the best in town. Chuck is the best and it is well worth the $25 to have a haircut that looks amazing from day 1. I have been going here since they opened (about 2 years) and have yet to have a bad haircut.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled at 5:30. I came a couple minutes early and the lady at the desk said it will be a few minutes. I ended up waiting untill almost 5:55 for my haircut to start. I started my haircut and they cut it for like 10-12 minutes. A bit under the kids 30 minute haircut they advertised. I came home and Ive got long hairs that they didnt cut. The person before me seemed to get way more attention to his hair than I did. Disappointed. Probably just wanted to go home because it was after the time they closed. Not happy, would not reccomend.

Although at first I was a bit disappointed that they didnt do walk ins, going online and making an appointment was super easy. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and the barber was waiting for me to arrive. I have been driving all the way to North Olmsted to get a haircut but Im really glad I found this place. Ill definitely be returning.

Once I went there, I didnt have to go anywhere else. Friendly staff. I had my haircut done by 3 guys, all of them are really good at it.

Not at all impressed. The barbers appear to be learning. A very unsure feeling coming from the barber. I was very uncomfortable sitting in the chair. At the end, the feeling was, it is tip time. This shop runs at the higher end of price.

Really stoked to have found Eddies (West Side location). Patrick is my barber and hes excellent: sociable, genuine, extremely collaborative and consultative when it comes to your cut, and the best part is your cuts continue to get better and better (from great to awesome, awesome to fu**ing awesome, etc) every time which is proof that a person is masterful at their craft. Its a great feeling when youve found your barber, and Ive def found my barber. The barbershop: really great location on the West Side/Lakewood border, great, cool decor that has the feel of an ol tyme barber with some contemporary flair, sort of a high end tattoo shop / hip environment. All the guys are talkative, place is lively and has a social club kinda feel... It really kicks ass. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well imho 5 star establishments are the rarest of the rare... Places that fall short in absolutely no way and are impeccable/flawless. If I have a (minor) gripe itd be the price... Maybe Im *too* old school and stuck in the past but I feel $25 is expensive for a barber. Also as a vegan/animal lover Im not a fan of the corpses adorning the wall and floor. These minor complaints are obviously directed at ownership/management and not Patrick or the other barbers.
