PROFESSIONAL! Been looking for a Barber that at least respected my time is important to me. After a frustrating search, I finally found barbers that are timely and know that money is necessary in life. I am grateful to find a service that puts the customer first. Im still dumbfounded that some barbers place socializing over profit.

My to go to barber in Cleveland. Great people. Frankie is an honest down to earth owner who genuinely wants to provide the best haircuts for people. The new place is a bit farther than the original place, but its more quiet now. Alexis used to cut my hair routinely, its sad that shes no longer there as I believed she moved. Still, everyone is a great barber. I will recommend you call ahead of time to book your haircutting session to avoid waiting a long time in the barbershop.

When I first moved to Cleveland I had trouble finding a good barber shop to go to. This is by far the best barber shop that Ive been to. High quality cuts, great atmosphere, and Rob is the best barber Ive ever had. If you are in the area and need a good place to get haircuts, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I really liked getting my hair cut by Danny when they were at Euclid but when they moved I asked for him and they told me he had moved out of town. This is fake and they lied. Danny is in HAIR PHIX near Little Italy! I highly recommend him.

Just got a great cut! Conveniently takes card, and open Mondays as well. I called same day and got an appointment, while I was here the shop filled nicely with a combo of walk-ins and appointments. Definitely recommended to people living or working in the area.

Rob keeps my cut clean with absolutely no mistakes. One of the best barbers in town. He’ll get you right and best believe you gone come back with no hesitation.

My guy Rob king keeps me with a fresh lineup every two weeks! I had stopped getting lineups b4 I connected with him cuz I didn’t really feel like it made that much of a difference. He restored my faith in barbers and is super professional

Very pleasant group of barbers in this shop. It’s conveniently located on CWRU’s campus. I went to Robert King and received a great cut- exactly what I wanted! Robert maintains great rapport with customers and is skilled in his expertise.

I had the barber Ralf he was awesome and made me feel really comfortable he was great with the clippers as a woman who just cut her hair for the first time in a couple years he made it really comfortable and very inviting and he does eyebrows which was a very big plus

Unprofessional AFMade an appointment, get there at the appointment time, theres someone in his chair. He tells me 10 minutes. 45 minutes later that dude is still in his chair, and no word from him or anyone else in the place. Meanwhile, the dude in the chair is having nothing done. He looked identical to when I walked in. I can only assume the request for a haircut was misheard and he was doing a haircount.

I choose this place based on all the positive reviews but unfortunately left unsatisfied. A number of things can be done to improve the over all experience. This is a shop that is more geared towards walkins due to the location of cwru and university hospitals. Parking is hard to find. The prices are listed on the wall in very small print on a cheap peice of paper. I love a good haircut and was under the impression the customer comes first. I requested a tapered cut and half way through wanted to add more fade which should be an easy adjustment but the barber claimed he was already halfway through the cut. As a customer that did not sit well with me. I do appreciate a barber taking his time and doing it right but 5 customers came in and left before he finished and that was without the fade I requested. After the cut he never whiped all the loose hairs off my neck so I was stuck with a itchy neck. Once I got home I had to shower to get rid of all the loose hairs and itchyness and noticed all the long hairs he failed to get that now hang over my tapered side. I could have gone to the barber college and gotten a better cut and service for a cheaper price. PERFECT YOUR CRAFT! BE A PROFESSIONAL! CUSTOMERS COME FIRST!
