My man Malik always takes his time and gives me a fresh new look every visit. I never feel like hes rushing to get it over with. I make appointments with him for me and my son and he always tries to fit us in at our convenience, he even stays late sometimes to fit us in. This is an awesome place for fresh cuts and customer service.

Very clean inviting atmosphere. All the barbers are very talented. Tone cuts my son hair and Im always overly satisfied! I would highly recommend this Barber lounge!

Nope, can’t give them a favorable review! They have signs that say one thing, but they charge so much more! We have 7 boys....7 SONS!!! If we see a sign that says $10 cuts, that’s what we expect! $20 once they get out the chair and get their hair cut is UNACCEPTABLE! We sent 3 of our 7 to get cuts and they called to say they didn’t have enough money. The $10 cut on the sign wasn’t really the price. Even though that’s what they HAD been paying. This actually isn’t my first unpleasant incident with this shop. There was some more to this that spoke to the poor integrity of the barbers we interacted with. But it’s cool...being greedy for money will not get you to where you think you want to go. I wasn’t looking for a break, hookup, discount, freebie or anything. Just to honor what the sign said. After we called out “Craig” about his business practices and left (for our sons to walk home) he began to talk about my children and blamed by older son, saying that we were trying to cheat him and told him it’s best not to return! My husband and I raise respectable young men, this was not the introduction to manhood we wanted for them.We seek to build relationships with community businesses and decided to give them another chance. This did not meet my satisfaction once again. Sad thing is, they were so convenient to our home, our boys could walk there. We are from Chicago where that type of pricing flys. In fact when we go back and my husband goes to his barber they charge him $45. But we are NOT in a financial market such as that. Here in Cleveland, $20 for a kids haircut is ridiculous! I think because the awning is black, the writing is gold, and they use the word lounge, that makes this ok. Nope...And if you are reading this review and you are a mobile barber, please hit me up! I have 7 boys that need regular haircuts.

Butch is the best barber he takes his time and makes sure your hair is sliced, diced and lookin nice.

Nice staff but poor quality cut. Left with my haircut uneven and had to get it fixed elsewhere. The person cutting my hair didn’t know how to use the scissors and seemed to be snipping arbitrarily, leaving me with a very patchy top. Had to ask him to take some more off and he only made it worse. Pricing is also inconsistent - cuts are normally $20 but they upcharged me though I didn’t do anything extra (no beard, no line up, etc.). The only reason they don’t get one star is because they’re genuinely nice. But the haircuts are bad. Definitely the worst haircut I have ever had and too embarrassed and frustrated to go back.

Waited for over 2 hrs for barber to tell me they wouldnt cut my hair because it would take too long.
