Sophia did an excellent job on my way overdue pedicure and manicure. She does quality work, as does Angelia. The new location, around the corner from the old place is beautifully done and the new massage chairs so comfortable. Highly recommend this nail salon.

Stopped in for a quick manicure after a recommendation. I was placed with a young male who rushed through my manicure so he could play on his phone. While I was waiting for my nails to finish drying he dropped a lot of cuticle oil on my finger, so much so that it is dripping down my hands ! Disgusting. I would never go back there . Prices were high too

I am very skeptical of allowing anyone to touch my eyebrows. Amy did my eyebrows perfectly. She also did a great job on my pedicure! I will be back!!!!

Extremely unhappy with this visit. I went in for a fill on gel nails, and a pedicure, while getting my nails done the lady pressed to hard with the drill and cut through my nail making a hole and my nail was bleeding, she then proceeded to put a oil on top of it causing it to burn. And pretty much laughed it off. After getting the fill I went for my pedicure my toe nails are extremely uneven and not shaped the same. I picked the $38 pedicure and when I went for check out my total was somehow $103.so somehow my fill with no designs was $65 When I asked what why the total was so high they couldnt even explain it. I would never recommend this place to any body.

The thing I like about this place the most is I can relax here. Many salons it’s super chatty and you can’t hear yourself think let alone anything else. I have never had a bad pedicure and the prices are within the range of other salons but I feel like I get more for my money here.

Amy was really nice, but when I got home I noticed my heels were still rough. I had to fix myself and thats why I went in there for a pedicure. There was no one in there when I went, so maybe that says it all.

Calming and relaxing environment. They have taken every precaution to ensure your safety as a patron and employee with the coronavirus. There is plexiglass between every chair and also between you and the person doing your nails and feet. Super clean! Amy always does a fantastic job!

When I moved to Clermont Last year this was the first nail salon I decided to try and I haven’t gone anywhere else. I was cautious about returning amidst a pandemic, but they require everyone to wear a mask, every client has to wash their hands before their service and they’ve placed plexus glass dividers at every manicure station and between each pedicure station plus they have mobile plexiglass units that they pull up to the pedicure chairs to separate the nail tech from the client. This is in addition to their usual cleaning procedures. I feel safe and very comfortable returning and I highly recommend friends nail salon!

Came in at 4:55 for an appointment at 5 and still waited 40 minutes, then timed the pedicure which was supposed to be 45 minutes long and was only 36 minutes.. also the lady got in a rush because it was past closing time because they waited so long and she was obviously read to go and painted GEL nail polish on my skin and didnt bother to get it off.. also asked for squared off nails and i have round toe nails now and bright orange polish when it was supposed to be burnt orange.. it was an all around horrible experience. 10/10 dont recommend

Easily the worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. My nails would not stop bleeding. I was in pain during the whole experience. And to top it off, my toenail looks awful. Would not recommend to anybody.

It was the first visit to this nail salon after 2.5 years at another place. I asked for a good pedicurist because of ingrown nails. The young girl that I got was very nice but totally inexperienced and I had to stop her when she went straight for the ingrown nails without softening or cleaning the area first. Nancy took over and was excellent, detail oriented (for those of us that care about that) and gently took expert care of those ingrown nails. This will be my new salon going forward.

If you want a relaxing pedicure, ask for Andy. Firm one, ask for Kathy. They were both exactly what me and my husband needed!

DO NOT COME HERE !!!! I am not one to leave reviews but I needed to share this. They are wayyyyyy over priced and techs were unprofessional and rude. They talk about you to their co workers in their language while you’re sitting there. I understand if they want to charge for good quality but it’s not. Save your money and go somewhere else where you will get exceptional customer service and good quality nails.

Today I went to Friends Nails just as I have for several years and I will never be returning. The incredibly rude employee had the nerve to ask me if Im pregnant. Let me just say I had a baby 6 months ago with a horrible c section experience and this is not what I needed to hear. Not only did she ask me this but then when I said no I am not pregnant....she proceeded to continue by saying WOW, look big.I agree with other customers that the service has declined. I always have a wait even with an appt and the work they do isnt usually to my satisfaction. I havent voiced my complaints because by the time they are done I just want to get out of there since it took so long.Women go to these salons to make themselves feel better and to do something for themselves. It should be a positive experience and for me, lately it has not been.

The people here are absolutely rude. the acrylics turned out bumpy and horrible. and when asked to fix them they would be rude and be all mad. they rush.

Most of the staff seem friendly. Im not a huge talker when I get my nails done, so I cant really rate them on this. My nails always look great. Got eye lash extensions once but decided they were not for me.

Not a usual customer but they are one of the few places open on Sunday in Clermo t. For my first time its was alright. The techs were alittle rough and short with customers. Probably wont come back unless its an emergency on a sunday

I first walked in and was greeted very nicely by a young girl named Uyen her customer service skills were fantastic, the salon is very clean and there was very good ventilation and smelled great unlike other salons, the workers were all very nice I will definitely be back soon!
