This was a great place to stay for a week. The condo had everything we needed for the week. We were able to pack light because of all the beach stuff they had. The host are awesome and kept us well informed of what is going on. They gave us some great tips on beaches to try, restaurants to visit and the CityPass. Would definitely stay here again. My family and I had an amazing stay here. It is so clean and so beautiful. We didnt want to leave. The staff is very friendly and checks up on you which is really nice. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation. Wouldnt have wanted to stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay, short drive to the beach and the place was very clean and comfy, perfect for our group of 5. The location was close enough to the beach( with ample sidewalk space) that I was able to run down there in the mornings and meet up with everyone else for our beach days. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella available to use when we needed. Christian and Christina were very easy to communicate with and we did not have any issues throughout our stay. The pool was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again !

Such a cute and comfy place and not too far from the beach! We had everything we needed - even things you don’t think about in advance, especially when flying in.... beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, ice packs!Beds and couch were very comfy. Only thing I would have liked was some darker curtains in the master bedroom because I wake up with the sun when it comes up.This place is about 7mins from the beach, however in peak season going there can take about 25 minutes due to beach traffic.

We really enjoyed our time at the Avalon. The owners had good communication and were organized. The apartment was clean and the appliances were nice to use. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the beach was minutes away! Abe’s place was right next to the complex and we highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at this vacation rental! The kids thought it was the absolute best, they LOVED the pool, they LOVED having their own room with a desk! ... we as parents loved just having a space to come home to after a day at the beach! Added bonus, the BEACH is only a short fifteen minute drive away! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family looking to travel to the Tampa area!

This place is exactly as described and beautiful like the pictures. The host were very attentive, quick response time and accommodating. Nice pool and a great location.

The property is a condo located in a gated community. It is centrally located to many places such as 13 minute drive (with traffic) to Clearwater Beach/ Mandalay Ave, 10-12 minutes to gorgeous Dunedin and 30 minutes to Tarpon Springs. The property itself was immaculate and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom unit that is modern and decorated nicely. Fresh linen, bath towels, beach towels, beach umbrella & chairs are all provided. The unit also includes a modern washer and dryer with basic detergent and supplies already provided. A Publix grocery store is across the street and a Walmart is further down the road. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and a coffee maker, hot water kettle and some other appliances. The master bedroom included a very comfortable king size bed. The spare bedroom had two full sized beds that we didn’t utilize since it was just my husband and I. The unit also has a patio furnished with a table, chairs and towel drying rack. We spent most of our day outside of the property taking excursions to the local State Park beaches (Honeymoon Island & Fred Howard State Park) and going out to dinner so we didn’t utilize the kitchen at all a side from the fridge. The community has a beautiful pool with seating and we met many other families renting out other units. Everyone was very nice whom we met. Cristian and Cristina, were very responsive throughout the booking process and provided very detailed instructions that made our entire stay very enjoyable. Our stay at the Avalon Royal vacation was very Pleasant. The place had all the amenities needed to make it feel like home. As an added bonus, The Avalon has a very nice, clean pool and a Gym. Lastly, the Avalon is located very close to many stores and restaurants. My family is looking forward to staying again.

It was the perfect location for our small family of four. The place was clean, charming, and stocked with exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay in CW. We would definitely recommend it to our friends! The pool scene was nice as well.

This was our fist time renting a vacation home, I been always afraid to do so because we have relatives and friends who always end up having bad experience and disappointment with the overall look of the place, Not the case here. I have to say that as soon as I walk in the door I was very impress with how beautiful, CLEAN and well decorated everything was, it is Exactly like the pictures. Cristian and Cristine really put a great effort on keeping this property in a great standard, they really thought of everything. The house is equipped with EVERYTHINGGGGG you need, The bed in the main bedroom and second room are very comfortable, my husband even pull out the sofa bed in the living room to try it out and was very comfortable as well. Both bathrooms are nice and big, a very nice walking closet where you will find storage for your clothes as well everything you will need to spend time in the beach or pool, from beach towers, toys, chairs etc. kitchen is beautiful and equipped with anything you need with laundry room conveniently located next to the kitchen. Very nice small little patio to seat down in the morning drinking your coffee with the sounds of the birds. over all the house is magnificent, spotless. Cristian was very pleasant and responded within minutes when we need it him, very attentive. We like the place so much that we end up asking Cristian if was possible to extend our stay a few more day which he responded right way and was able to book us for a couple of more days. We really loved our stay, the pool was very clean, my daughter love it and our neighbors were always friendly and polite. all the surrounding area was very clean and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for to spend a nice relaxing vacation with the family. Cant wait to go back and will be definitely recommend to others.

Our stay at this condo were above and beyond all expectations, The unit was very clean and was very well decorated. The little things that were provided were so helpful ( beach chairs and beach towels, large cooler for the beach, an abundance of bath towels and all kitchen accessories you would ever need) we loved our stay and had a memorable vacation

Initially we were planning to stay 7 nights but everything was so good so we extended couple more nights. From the beginning Cris & Cris were so quickly to answer all my question and their place is simply incredible, it’s really a home away from home. I have a 20 months daughter and they had everything we needed even diapers what made me really surprised! The unit has everything you probably need to fell comfortably and enjoy your vacation. It’s definitely a place I want to go back to!!! I just have to say thank you for the incredible days we had!

My wife and I wanted a perfect place to spend our 2-week summer vacation with our four kids and Clearwater beach was by far our dream destination.During our planning stages we stumbled across this condo along with several others. But this condo stuck out by far being just a few minutes drive from the beach and offering everything one could imagine. From the very first inquiry and throughout the entire process up through our visit Cristian and Cristina were absolutely wonderful and accommodating.The rooms were very clean and cosy and the kitchen was fully equipped, however having the cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels was a wonderful bonus. The condo is in the heart of everything you could possibly want. Nightlife, great food, convenient stores were all in short walking distance.If you’re looking for a gorgeous beach condo without breaking the bank, this is your spot. Christian & Christina were amazing hosts with great communication! Their place was amazingly clean, comfortable and offered a convenient, quick ride to Clearwater beach and fun activities. Great stay for us, great amenitiesp and parking. We also were able to work remotely. Awesome place for vacation or extended stays!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out perfect for our family. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was very relaxing and the beach was just a short ride away. A great place for much needed rest and relaxation.

We are happy with the rest !!! in the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils in the apartment clean, a large clean pool, if we had something that we needed Cristian has always been in touch with us. I recommend to all my friends and my next vacation will be only royal vacation

Beautifully decorated and great location only 10 minutes to the beach. My daughter and I stayed for 9 nights and loved everything about this property. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for the beach and so much more. The owners are very responsive and made booking, check in and everything in between very easy. Would highly recommend them to anyone staying in the Clearwater area.

Cristian & Cristinas place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near many great places to eat and close to the beach. They were accommodating and helpful, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! We absolutely love this place.

We just booked Cristian and Cristinas condo for the 4th year in a row! We really enjoy staying at the Avalon as our condo is beautifully decorated and roomy, with ample supplies and updated showers, etc. Another plus is that its a gated property with a pool. There are stores and even a couple restaurants within walking distance. The beach is close by and easy to get to. The owners are always available if needed, making the whole experience very enjoyable.

Christian and Cristinas condo is amazing. .. It is very stylish and modern. It has a great outdoor patio with 2 doors an excellent pool a great gym and is perfectly located. They are very responsive and very professional in their presentation and management of this unit. The 3rd floor is a bonus because you can see out and have a feeling of space. High ceilings make it feel big and open also, and the colors are warm and happy. There are 2 nice big bathrooms with lots of light! .. This was a perfect choice for my visit!

A wonderful, comfortable place to stay while visiting Clearwater Beach! It was a perfect stay, the apartment as it was described, very nice and well equipped. Close to everything and only 10 minutes tops from the beautiful white sandy beaches. We have enjoyed all the days. Pool was lovely and clean. Thanks for your hospitality Christian.

The condo was exactly as shown and described. Everything one could need was thought of, right down to extra power strips.We were a family of five visiting the area for the first time. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and inviting, close to stores, restaurants, the Pineallis Bike Trail, botanical garden and beaches. The pool was great and the grounds well maintained. Beach toys, chairs and a sun umbrella are also available for use. Cristian and Cristina have thought of everything! They were excellent to communicate with. I really appreciated their detailed information which even included pictures and a map. Great hosts!We’d book with them again!

Great experience excellent communication

It was first time for my family and for me in clearwater beach. Also first time in Royal Vacation Clearwater. It was very nice experience. The apartment was very nice accommodated and very clean. My kids were happy because everything in the apartment was clean and they had their full bed to sleep. I had chance to cook for my family, and the kitchen had all the utensils.Also the distance from the apartment to the beach was not to far. All of us enjoyed so much the vacation. If well decide to go to Clearwater beach again, defenetly well go to Royal Vacation Clearwater.

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, clean, attractive and fully equipped. Spacious and high, ideal with our family. We have enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The fresh apartment is a bit in contrast with the building and the immediate surroundings. The building is somewhat dirty and outdated. You cannot charge Christian and Cristina for this. They have taken good care of the apartment. Unfortunately we also experienced noise nuisance from the noisy neighbors and the dog from an opposite senior citizens complex that started barking at the slightest or slightest and during our stay the road surface was re-paved, so that we had to keep the windows and doors closed due to the smell . That caused us some unrest. What we found striking was that almost no one on the complex greeted each other, while we find the population so cordial. You will also be almost completely ignored at the communal swimming pool. But all in all, when the neighbors were gone we were able to enjoy our stay more, we thank Christian and Cristina very much for their hospitality.
