I want to start by saying this place was great! We stayed at the seashell cottage. The inside was very comfortable. They have video games for kids and other games for adults as well as all you need for kitchen utensils. The outside was so spacious and well though out. We were only a few steps from the beach. This is a Great place For family vacations or gatherings. But what I really want to talk about is the owners. They are absolutely amazing 😍. This vacation was a given to my husband and i after The owner found out I had gotten through a really bad Experience where I was seriously hurt in aVacation getaway. She reached out and Said she would like for me to have another vacation where I can actually enjoy it with my husband. This was very selfless and thoughtful her. There’s really not many people left in the world like this. After the horror that I had been through and losing faith in humanity, It was such a wonderful blessing crossing paths with her and her family. We looking forward to supporting their businesses in the future ❤️. Thank you for everything 👏 god bless you!

We stayed at the Coconut beach house during spring break of 2021, we loved the house and it’s proximity to the beach, the house has anything we needed for our stay, the outdoor area is a little small but was ok the kids enjoyed the pool so much. The neighborhood overall is quite and relaxing and the beach is kind of private as it is far from hotels and commercial area, great to stay safe during COVID. Speaking about Mona, she is an amazing person, her customer services exceeded our expectations, she was very flexible and responsive. If we decided to go back again to Clearwater, we would definitely use this rental, may be trying a different house.Thanks for making our vacation so memorable.

The photos do not give this place the proper justice! The view is absolutely incredible. Every morning we woke up, we saw dolphins in the canal. The condo was spotless, comfy and perfect for our family. Having a kitchen with a food allergy is a must!Mona the resident manager was sooo helpful. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions.Thank you for making our vacation one we will always remember. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in the door it was like being on a tropical vacation with all of the comforts of home. Everything needed was supplied. The place was immaculate. All of the instructions supplied were simple and easy to follow. Two doors down from from the best beach and sunsets like never seen before on the best beach in the country! A lovely, sparkling private pool. Plenty of room to park both cars. I was the envy of my board members when zooming from the spacious living dining area. Plenty of closet space, huge rooms and bathrooms galore! Walking distance to all of the awesome attractions that Clearwater Beach has to offer Book it today you’ll come running back for MORE!!!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Tropical Treasure. The home is beautifully decorated and very well cleaned! It has a large spa and game room amenities that would be great for a family stay as well. And the beach access is right across the street, so you never miss a sunset. Redington Beach is rarely busy or full of tourists, so it makes it the perfect place to get away. I will be back!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! This company is so unprofessional and such scammers. They make you sign contracts and provide an unclean, uncomfortable condo. The beds were so uncomfortable and the sheets were disgusting if you sat on the edge the whole thing would basically flip up and you could hear springs the whole entire night. There were dead cockroaches and bugs crawling all over the dishes in the cabinets. The master bedroom bathroom door was broken and not in the tracks and provided NO privacy while being in the bathroom. I asked them for a refund after 2 nights of staying and provided all this proof that I called to resolve my issue with no help. Heidi was a very nasty person arguing with me and threatening that if they won the bank dispute they would not refund anything. They won the dispute and now I have to pay $2300 for a place I did not even stay at but with this review hopefully it will defer people from staying at this disgusting place with the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced especially during COVID- they should have been extra clean.

What an amazing experience, really probably one of the best vacations my family has ever had. The check in process was super easy and they were so nice to let us in early. The house had everything we needed! The kitchen was beautiful and most important the house was SPOTLESS. We are used to vacationing in the Outer Banks and this is the first time we stayed in Indian Rocks Beach and we have been so impressed with the cleaning and amenities. The mattresses were so comfy, the linens were nice quality too. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful beach town, not anywhere near high rises and has a small town feel. The locals were very friendly. Beach Time Rentals was professional and provided the best service. They even gifted us some beach towels. We want to thank the staff for being wonderful hosts.

My family of five spent nine days in May at a top floor condo in Villas of Clearwater Beach. Our condo was well-stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised. We had no maintenance issues or shortage of supplies and plenty of room for us plus friends over for dinner. The condo is on the beach and had the best beach chairs and toys of any beach condo weve ever rented. The complex was clean, the pool is well maintained, and the grills worked as they should.The Beach Time Rental team was proactive with information and suggestions before we arrived and responsive with answers once we checked in. Most restaurants were open and patrons maintained social distancing. The beach was only crowded over the weekend but there was plenty of room for everyone to maintain distancing on the beach and in the water. We were there at the perfect time for the weather and the crowds and had a five star vacation.

WESTWINDS PARADISE – 2718 Gulf Blvd #1What a great place! This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property and it continues to be fantastic! The house is beautiful with lots of space for my family and kids (Beds for 12). The stretch of beach that the house is located on is just pristine. Very wide white sand beach with tons of space to play. The water was still warm when we were here in November and we all swam in the ocean every day!The house has a small pool in the back. While pretty tiny, it actually turned out to be a great place to play for my 5 year old twins. They could swim independently without me being in the water constantly. I had the management company turn on the pool heater. It was heated to 92 degrees and felt great. I would definitely recommend having the heater on in the winter months as there were a couple days with highs in 60s-70s.The house is very well supplied. The kitchen is amazing (I wish I had one like this at home) and has all the gear you could need to cook just about anything. We had a lot of little kids and little time for cooking on this trip. I used UBER Eats to deliver meals right to our front door. Super convenient and there are a lot of local restaurants that participate. Publix grocery store is not too far away (5 min drive) if you want to get groceries.The rooms are really big – especially the master bedroom / bath suites. There is one master suite on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Each master has a king bed plus a single bed with a trundle. There are two more bedrooms upstairs; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Wrap around decks on each level provided a lot of additional places for the kids to play.There are a lot of local attractions if you get tired of the beach / pool. We went to a Nature park called George C McGough Nature Park about a mile away. It had turtles for the kids to feed, the cutest screech owls that you’ve ever seen, and a very nice wooden walkway nature trail. The trail leads out to a great view of the Intercostal Waterway where you can see huge whelks from the lookout point. McGough park also has a very unique playground with a zipline that my kids loved. There is another playground at Kolb Park less than a mile from the house with tennis courts and a softball field there at well.We also went to Busch Gardens in Tampa on day. It was about 45 minutes away and pretty empty in November. We got to ride each ride over and over again!We love Westwinds Paradise and will definitely be coming back to this house again.

Wow, what a great experience with Beach Time Rentals. We were excited when our daughter asked us to join her and our 9 and 13 year old grandkids at this upscale property. The game room on the first level was filled with several games to keep teens and adults engaged. Table schuffleboard, ping-pong, basketball arcade, standing Connect 4 plus more. The hot tub was huge (room for 12) and the neon lighting perfect for nighttime. We walked across the street to the beach. Well - appointed contemporary kitchen, dining and living areas. The beds were cozy. Immaculate unit. Cant wait to go back!

We rented this home for our annual Guys Weekend. We were only a couple blocks off the beach and this location is great! The house accommodates up to 12 guests but we only had 6 so there was plenty of room. The back outdoor area of this home is really what makes it great for vacation. There’s a MASSIVE outdoor patio area surrounding the pool/hot tub with tons of space for games and plenty of seating for probably 20+ people. Having a space like this makes it hard to want to leave the house to go to the beach, but you have options for both.There are great restaurants and local spots nearby too. We walked or used the bikes that were provided all weekend long so we really didn’t need to drive much unless we were stocking up on groceries. The full kitchen and also the grill out back meant that we could cook at home a few nights too which was friendly on the budget.We all want to come back again next year!

This house was PERFECT for our vacation, the place felt like home with all modern upgrades, full kitchen, all new appliances. Back patio is huge and was awesome hanging out by the pool and grilling out. Easy walk to the beach and great local seafood. Will be booking with this company next time for sure!!

I had a great time with a rental in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was fantastic, clean and beautifully decorated. Heidi was very responsive to any of my needs. Would highly recommend.

The rental company is good and nice. The home was ok. The house was a great location and right on the beach. It was clean and perfect layout of space for three couples. The house itself though is tired. The bathroom shower, back porch (see attached picture) and entrance could be cleaned up a little. The beds were not that comfortable either. Most importantly, the ‘plunge pool’ is in fact not a pool at all. It is a jacuzzi size and should just be heated like a jacuzzi not at 85 degrees which in the winter was only 75 degrees. We never even used it and had no way to turn it off to avoid the wasted heat charges. The construction next door also is not cool. Workers were standing next to our window most of the mornings and cutting rebar at 7AM. I understand construction is out of your control but there should be more than a $500 discount for this inconvenience. Overall, I give the Gulf Front Dreams House 3 stars without construction and 2 stars with when considering value.

I rented a gorgeous home from beach time rentals last summer and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! The house was gorgeous! My husband and two kids rented this house for two weeks and my sister and her boyfriend joined us. The house was spotless and provided everything we needed! We walked to the beach, and delicious restaurants and the house had everything we needed. Beach Time rentals was so professional and made our stay smooth, easy and wonderful. I am so grateful for our wonderful vacation! I highly recommend renting for a vacation at beautiful Clearwater Beach!

This was a beautiful rental. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful home with spacious rooms, great kitchen and dining area, plenty of bathrooms and rooms for the entire family! We stayed at the sunshine’s hideaway and had a wonderful time. The house has a split level floor plan which worked perfect for our families. The best part of the house is the pool and the beach. You can literally sit from the 3rd floor balcony and watch the kids play in the sand. Every day our family gathered up for sunset pictures and it was awesome.The inside of the house was clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our group. There’s two sets of washers and dryers which made it easy for a group of 12. The house is in a residential area which made it feel safe as the neighbors were residents and they were super helpful with local guidance. Kooky coconut was a 30 second walk and we grabbed quick snacks there.We got locked out (our fault) at midnight and we called beach time and they sent someone out within 20 mnts to help us. The customer service was outstanding.

The Indian Rocks beach house has an amazing location right off the beach and the pool/patio area is massive with nice pavers. There are plenty of tables and chairs for large groups and the owner provides bikes, beach chairs, pool games, etc. The house itself is great inside as well, and the beds were extremely comfortable for an AirBnb. Would highly recommend staying at this house for a group or family gathering.

It was the best experience! We rent “gulf front dreams”, and it was a beautiful home🥰 with an amazing view! It has the beach right there passing the back door! The place was really lovely, clean, spacious, PERFECT! And the customer service was excellent! Thank you so much💕

I have stayed at many different beach rentals throughout the years for my family vacations and my experience with Beach Time was by far the very best. It made our trip so much more relaxing and I will definitely use them again for all of my future trips.

Major repairs needed at Sunshines Hideaway. Maintenance had to come out multiple times for no hot water from day 1. Live termites crawling all over the bedrooms. Cleaning had to come replace dirty sheets full of hair. Loose broken pool patio tile, sharp broken wood boards, and random screws and nails in the back patio grounds made it dangerous for young kids staying with us. We were offered to move houses but that would be too difficult after already unpacking and moving kids in to a place with less parking spaces. The overall condition of the house was very disappointing. Two days before check-in we were told we had to cancel our small wedding planned on the beach with no warning weeks in advance, causing more stress to entire family coming to stay in the house. I was embarrassed to have family travel all the way down to stay in such a poorly run down house in need of major repairs. Whoever made a profit off of my hard earned money should be ashamed for ripping off customers and causing a bad vacation. I regret booking with Beach Time Rentals and will never do business with them again.

Tried to cancel when covid first hit months in advance of my reservation, and they were completely unwilling to refund my money. After not giving them a 5 star review, they threatened not even give me credit for my stay, unless I changed my review (I have the email). Not a company worth supporting.

Finally made it to the beach! Drove from Ohio. Long drive but completely worth it. When we arrived earlier than check in time, the cleaning staff was accommodating. We were so happy to have finally taken our vacation, after rescheduling back in March. Beach time was very helpful throughout covid. It is now such scary times that it’s nice to have people go out of their way to make us feel safe. We kept social distancing on the beach, even though the beach located behind our house (Beach Paradise on Mandalay) was completely secluded. They provided beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella.

Great location, pretty new beach home, beautiful design and spacious for a group of ten. The beach is across the street, 4 parking spaces and the covered lanai is grand. The management company is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended! Will be back again.

My parents rented a house through Beach Time Rentals for a vacation at the end of this month (May 2020). They booked the end of December and paid their deposit. In full disclosure, the paperwork said there would be no refunds. However - my dad was diagnosed with end stage pancreatic cancer in mid February and passed before February ended. I called to try to cancel the reservation and see if there was any way they would do any sort of refund, even if not fully, given the circumstances. They REFUSED to do ANYTHING other than the $85 fee reimbursement. There was zero compassion, sympathy, or just any general human concern for what our family had just gone through. This was before Covid-19 was prevalent and I find it hard to believe they would have had any issues finding another reservation in our place to make up for losing ours. Bottom line, we will NEVER use this rental company for ANY vacation and we will be telling everyone we know that they are only concerned with money, not their actual customers.PER RESPONSE FROM BEACH TIME RENTALS:You are lying, plain and simple. Yes, my mom did reach out to you after you refused to work with me. You also denied her anything past the $85 credit when she had paid you over $1,000 as a deposit. You had no regard for her feelings or circumstances and you absolutely did not offer anything else, so to say that you did is a lie. You are correct that she pursued reimbursement through her credit card company and disputed the charges, due to your complete lack of cooperation and empathy. How DARE you lie about your correspondence, cooperation, or (lack of) compassion towards her or our family. While Im sure most of your customers dont have any issues - especially if they dont attempt to cancel a reservation - youve handled this entire situation poorly and have yet to rectify it.

The place we stayed at was nice. The managers are crooks. We rented a place for 6 days. 5 days after we left they notified us that we were in breach of our contract for having pets in the apartment and were charging us a extra $350.00 for deep cleaning. Only problem was, we never traveled with any pets. I asked them to provide proof since there are security cameras on both the front and back doors of any pets. They could not but insisted that there were pets. We tried to work things out and have them show proof but they wouldnt/couldnt. I have 7 different people who will swear on affidavits that there was never any pets while we were in possession of the property. Read other reviews...they will add charges every chance they get. Im still workign with my bank to fight these fraudulent charges!

We just checked out of the Sea Breeze Home. Our family had this vacation planned since last Oct (before COVID-19) and we were hesitant to even come since two of us are in the high risk category. Mona and Heidi have been wonderful from the beginning, they kept us informed and offered a voucher and a refund. We decided to take the chance and still come and it was the best decision we made! We had been in lockdown since early March and were ready to hit the beach! I just wanted to say thank you for offering us such a wonderful house, the weather was beautiful, the kids loved the pool. The house was immaculate. The beach was all needed to recharge. We put down a deposit for next year.

Our family loves to vacation and Travels from all over the US. With a lot of booking options out there we have found that Beach Time Rentals is one of the most accurate. They have incredible options to choose from wether you have pets, looking for a beachfront, waterfront, or something reasonably priced near the beaches. When we travel, we rely on accurate information to plan our vacations, cleanliness, location, and value. We have been booking with Beachtime Rentals for the past five years and has never been disappointed. We certainly recommend this to a friends and family, or anyone else that’s looking for the perfect vacation rental.

We booked a vacation in January to check in in March. When COVID hit Beach Time Rentals was prompt and called us and offered us different options. We decided to reschedule for June then noticed it was not safe for our family to travel. At that point Beach Time Rentals offered us a small refund and a credit. While we were offered different options we decided to reschedule a third time for 2021. Our friends that rented through another local company werent so lucky, they lost all of their money through the second reschedule. We are writing this review to thank Beach Time Rentals for working with us. They were originally recommended through our neighbors and we are so happy we ended up booking through them. It has been a very tough time for our family but we are thankful they worked with us through this. Mona and Heidi have been amazing to our family.

Horrible condition, not sanitary, not friendly, not professional. There was no hot water, nor was it fixed when requested. Not to mention having live termites found on my toothbrush and other areas of the house... The cost for this house was not good. Renters failed this time. I only give this review because of how disappointed overall besides what was mentioned above with the price paid. Please do not for your sake give this Renter your money and sacrifice a bad family vacation.

COVID! COVID made us switch our dates 2 times! I must say Beach Time Rentals has been wonderful to work with. We were schedule to arrive the day the beaches closed. Beach Time called us right away to inform us and allowed us to reschedule, our second reschedule didnt allow us to come to Florida because of the travel advisory. We finally made it! We are checked in and are so happy with the accommodations. We are staying in the Clearwater Beach Cabana on Lantana and Bruce Ave. The houses are super cute, the pool is large and the back yard area is like a tropical retreat. We are so delighted to be here. The beach is serene and everything we need to forget what is going on in the world. We have been so scared and skeptical but really needed this vacation after being on lockdown for 3 months. We decided to drive down and they allowed for an early check in. The houses are all spotless. You have to wear a mask in most of the public establishments which we are totally ok with. Restaurants to visit: Island Way Grill, all of the Frenchys locations, Palm Pavillion and Crabby Bills. The beach is a very short walk from the houses so we have been beaching it during the day and at the pool at night. Everyone on the beach is also following social distancing.

We had a vacation scheduled during COVID and we lost our complete $1100 deposit because we couldnt travel due toStay Home orders by the President and Governor. Very disappointed in the way they handled this and VRBO was of no help. Such a disappointing experience and I would be Embarrassed to operate my business this way.

My family and I stayed at the Beach EscapeHouse! The house was awesome! It accommodated my family and my wifes family there was 16 of us there was plenty of room to spare! The kitchen was fully stocked! Which was awesome because my wife loves to cook when we are on vacation! We were just a few minute walk to the beach! That made it easier for the kids to go to the beach by themselves.I booked through beachtime rentals they were awesome! I originally booked through Mona. She was very polite I kept her on the phone for a while and she explained everything about the house to me with great patience. Then I called back and I got in touch with Heidi and she was as awesome as well! Then come to find out Mona was my check in manager also! She was very attentive to my questions. Any time I texted her she was very quick to respond. We absolutely love this house! And I will definitely be given Mona a call again to book our vacation for next year! Kudos to beach Time Rentals! They are the best!

What a rip off.Please don’t fall for false advertisement.I am a mother, grandmother and a business owner.Don’t believe what you read.Not the truth.False advertising.I don’t even know where to even start.We booked months in advance to arrive to a home that was advertised with a 30 second walk to the beach and it was actually over a 10 minute walk.Just be honest.Thank god I can walk good but my 80 year old mother could not have made it.We booked because she could have walked 30 seconds.I ask them to just change their false advertising but of course that did not happen.The unit had all ceiling fans on trying to cover up that the air vents do not blow out any cold air and especially the bedrooms.The duct work is not even connected.The shower was broke not working.The large stove eye did not work.Toilet was steady running.The beds were very low quality cheaply made.The mattresses were slanted downward at the top and the bottom was kicked up.Water was nasty and is not fit to drink, no ice maker.Pool is in deferred maintenance shape.You can definitely tell it’s a slum lord that is managing and taking your money.No one with any knowledge walks the units behind move outs weekly and it definitely shows.2 washrag, very few towels?and pots and pans are not safe to use the coating has peeled off.The furnishings look like they came from a goodwill or a thrift store.We left early due to no air and very poor quality bedding and bed mattresses.Very deceitful trying to run fans to cover up air not working with heat index and temperatures their cover up was figured out immediately.I own and run a Property Management Company in Charleston SC and I also rent Beach houses out by the week or month.I never falsely advertise my properties.I also give a quality property for the money.The home is not even worth 1000.00 a week let alone almost 3000.00 a week for a horrible house with a lot of deferred maintenance and cheap furnishings.Maintenance mans answer to the AC not working.He said the home is too old and the duct work is to small for this size house.Please look else where or be prepared to waste your money.The Management does not even follow up on your complaints and could careless about their weekly customers.Honeymoon Island has a much nicer beach.If you choose to rent a home through Beach Time Rentals just know you are taking a risk of wasting your money and know they falsely advertise.No star rating if it was possible.Went to relax and was miserable with sweat and could not sleep due to heat and mattresses and bed.They pay for their 5 star reviews.I run a business and I know how reviews workI run a Property Management BusinessI don’t buy any leads to post fake reviews to make them look good.Once again Falsely advertising.

What a great vacation. We are so happy we picked Beach Time Rentals. We come to the area often but usually stay in a hotel. We gave them a chance and we are so happy it worked out so well. We got a great price for a 3 bedroom house. The house was clean and better than the pictures. Our check in person was like a concierge for us, she was so helpful. We will now stay with them for our future trips.

What a great experience we had with our beach house. We booked our rental a year in advance and have been counting the days until we arrived. When we arrived we were so happy! Our week was filled with happiness and our kids played in the gulf and the pool every day. Our manager visited us twice and she was very helpful and suggested some extra activities for the kids.

June stay: We rented the Coconut home for 4 adults and 3 children. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. However, you are less than a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach that was a short 3 block walk, was beautiful and sparsely populated compared to the beach in front of the hotels. It was awesome having a private pool. The kids loved it. The house was clean and neat and really felt like a home away from home. The staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful. I have already recommended this home to others and would come back in a heart beat!

This trip will be very hard to top. The house was Great we had 3 families staying here and everyone had there space, Beach time rentals sent emails every day on things to do and eat (great help). you know its a good trip when you get home and everyone calls you the next day and says I WANT TO GO BACK!! I agree.. Thank you for a great trip and I am sure we will be back..

What a wonderful vacation we had. The home was a short walk to the beach and it had a pool. The home was perfect for our extended family. It was very clean and the support from the rental office was terrific. Our experience with them was excellent.

The location of the beach house we booked was great. Very good reservation process with professional representatives. I had a great week. There were a few maintenance issues that I emailed Beach Time Rentals about and they handled the problems the same day. Great service.

Booked their Beach Paradise on Mandalay. Great home, better than we expected. Large private pool. House was clean and furniture was in good condition. We loved the location, it was close enough to the beach. Everything went great.

We stayed here for just a quick weekend get away and had a nice stay. The place was clean, well located and very quiet. Check in/check out was easy and no issues at all, will stay here again Im sure.

We had an amazing vacation experience with Beach Time rentals... they were very helpful and we stayed at a beautiful beach front house with Stunning views in Belleair Beach,FL The house ended up being much larger than we anticipated. The beach was so private we felt we had it all to ourselves. the water was pristine clear and the pool was as well... we never wanted our trip to end. We cant wait to come back.

This is our second visit with Beach Time Rentals. First time we stayed in Clearwater Beach and it was wonderful. This time we wanted a more quiet area so we went for Indian Rocks Beach. Our vacation couldnt have been better. The home was clean and updated. Linens and towels were nice quality and very clean. Pool area was awesome and they provided floaties and pool towels. The service from Beach Time Rentals has always been excellent from the time of booking until check out. I was able to reach them anytime with silly questions to get a response right away. Our vacations have always gone very smooth and we always felt very safe booking through them. Thank you. We will be booking for next year soon!

Stayed for a little over a month in one of their rentals on Eldorado, had a lovely experience. The beach was amazing. We love the location and are planning on coming back. Beach Time Rentals assisted us with everything to complete our vacation, they made sure we were taken care of.

DO NOT RENT ANY HOMES.-Termites- No responses- Not even cleaned upon visit- Towels not provided even though they said so-Homeless trespassing-Unfriendly and unsafe environment

From the first moment of our stay, the atmosphere of the Clearwater Beach Cabana was relaxing and rejuvenating. The proximity of the beach and the refreshing pool to return to was perfect. The two main houses had great spaces for hanging out, playing games, or watching a movie.

Company is very professional. Had a minor dispute with them. We worked it out and came to a resolution. The Bella Beach house we rented was beautiful and is a great location. Just beware of owner he lives close and shows up unannounced.

We rented a house on Redington Beach from Heidi at Beach Time Rentals for Labor Day Week. Heidi was awesome! So accommodating. Even let us have a late checkout. The house had everything we needed. We were two families of 5, 10 of us total (6 teenagers and 4 adults) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kids and even adults loved the game room! The hot tub was amazing! The house was absolutely gorgeous! Very convenient, located a short walk from Redington Beach and only a bike ride to Madeira Beach. Close distance to John’s Pass (we actually rode our bikes there, which we rented from Josh at Shoreline Skate Shop, great guy!). Close distance to great places to eat (Conch Republic for dinner and Sweet Brunette for breakfast to name a few). We would absolutely stay here again!!The Naso Family

We rented the Gulf Front Dreams beach house and you will not be disappointed!We booked this home for a family vacation consisting of 5 adults and one baby. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house is very well equipped with high end appliances. The view is simply amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins play in our backyard! There is a large splash pool where we could all fit in and cool off. It is larger and deeper than what the pictures show. It was a nice surprise. There are plenty of beach toys, towels, chairs etc. The outdoor BBQ is great, something about a charcoal BBQ and a beach that just seem to go together. The lanai is amazing and we found ourselves having morning coffee there and then sitting up after dinner listening to the waves and chatting about our day.The house is well within walking distance to the Pier if you want more action but we did enjoy being away from all the hustle and embracing what seemed like a private beach all to ourselves. Lots of little pubs to walk to as well.Beach Time Rentals were also so great. The house had sold from the time we initially booked to when we stayed which was a little unnerving at first but everything was well organized and Mona is a sweetheart. Very attentive and always on call. We did have an issue with the air conditioning one evening, but after a quick text, Mona had the repair service to the house and we were fixed up in no time.All in all we had a wonderful time and didnt want to come home. Mona is wonderful to work with and will respond to a concern in a timely manner. She is very attentative to details and will accomodare a need.The view of the beach from the balcony is tremendous and has ample seating for 6! You can also see the beach from the family room, dining area, and master bedroom which has a walkin closet and plenty of storage.

Be very careful and ask questions about the property you rent.our three houses were old and of obsolete design. No hand rails, grab bars etc.The pool was nice but no safety ladder to handrail, and on a good note the beach was nearby.But one bathroom was unsafe and sectioned off with paper?It should have been closed off with plywood if it was unusable and a hazard!Sharing a house with 9 guests & one bath is less than acceptable.My house had one bath with roaches, ants and indications of mold in the bathroom ceiling. I texted the property manager who thanked me for the information but took no action to remedy the observed pest problem.$7,000 for 6 nights on Bruce and Lantana St is bit steep considering the condition of the property in relation to the price. A decent hotel room on the beach was offered the same week for $250 a night.the condition of the property does not justify the price.But the intimacy of the private compound with a private pool and quiet beach access let our family and especially the grand children bond and have a very memorable vacation.Elizabeth the Owner called to discuss my concerns. although no action was taken while we were there to remediate the pest problem, she assured me they will address my observations.1. Install safety rail in the pool access area and grab bars in the showers.2. Routine pest control spray before each guest arrival .3. Inspect and remediate any affected or damaged sheet rock in the showers and bedrooms.4. Install exhaust fans in the bathrooms.With these steps completed the next guest will enjoy the property more than we did.

Just checked out of a rental home on Lantana Ave. The property had everything we possibly could need, the pool was heated on our arrival, the Beach Time team also made sure all of our questions were answered upon arrival. Weather was cold but much better than in Ontario, we made sure to eat at Frenchys and rode the trolley down to Indian Rocks Beach. Will book with them again.

We booked a rental as a last minute getaway from the Wisconsin snow, ( 4 people ). This was our first time in Clearwater. I must say all of these reviews are spot on! We had such a wonderful time, our house was so nice, very clean, cozy, well appointed and a cute beachy theme decoration. The neighborhood was very safe and not very crowded like other parts of the beach. The pool area was very peaceful and private. The home we stayed in was at the North end of the beach. The owners do a great job maintaining it to rental standards and we enjoyed our stay.Update 2018: We have been staying with Beach Time for the past 3 years in different homes in North Clearwater Beach. They have great homes near the beach and have treated us very professional. Thank you to Heidi and Mona
