We stayed in 200, which is supposed to be 3 bed 2 bath.Pro. Everything is in walking distance! Beautiful views from deck if facing water. Place has everything you need.Cons...it is not 3 bedrooms it is a 1 bedroom with 2 open lofts with no privacy. Fine if its a bunch of kids, but adults wanting privacy will not find it here.

My family has stayed at Dockside 504 a few times now and it has been wonderful. It is always clean and ready for us. We have had no issue. It’s a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It also offers a peaceful view of the docks where dolphins frequent. We absolutely recommend staying in 504! Owner is great too!

Great condos....like a home away from home....we have stayed there multiple times and continue to love it......everyone is always friendly....great place for families to stay...would definitely recommend for all people /ages .... the photos you see are exactly 💯 what you get

We had a fantastic time! Great unit! It was well stocked, affordable, and so close to everything. We look forward to coming back and staying here again. This was our first time at Clearwater Beach and we feel fortunate to have picked such a good place to stay.

We rent a crib to a family who owns this condo a couple of times a year. Plenty of space for a full size crib in case you will need one for an upcoming trip to Clearwater Beach! Book Dockside condo 403 through Itrip vacations!

We stayed for a week in condo 403. Upon arrival we were disappointed to see a messy living-room, the pillows on the sofa were messed up, we had to wash the all sheets, they had hair and stuff on them so I don’t think there were changed. The rug in the living room looks filthy. In the master bedroom, every time it rains water drips from the window. They have towels put up there but they are drenched in water all the time (we had a lot of rain this week). In another bedroom the curtain rod is pulled out on one side. All these things that could be fixed before you rent out the condo, if you care about your customers. The toaster doesn’t work, the oven won’t even reach 375 degrees. If I pay a cleaning fee, I expect a clean condo when I get there. We won’t be staying here again. I heard other units are great. 403 was yuck. Not worth the money.

Great facility. Within walking distance to all of Clearwater Beach, including shops and restaurants. Nice view from balcony.

We were so anxious to get to this place after seeing the beautiful pictures and after speaking to the owner. He said he will welcome us upon arrival. We did get there a bit early, and he was down by the dock. We got a simple wave. The TVs were not working, and we were instructed to call Spectrum after Lee came to try to fix it a few times. The place was such a disappointment. It was so dirty. We voiced our concerns only to be told that we were making “bogus” complaints. Our concerns were legit. There was black mold covering the shower curtain that spread in the shower and the wall. The elevators did not work for a day. The front door Lock to the building was broken, and we had to walk for 4 days up the steps. The front door lock was complicated, and we were made out to be incompetent by the use of downgrading language. We tried to leave early, but when my Husband asked if we could get any amount of money back for our time gone, the owner’s exAct words were “hell no!” My girls hated it there! We would NOT RECOMMEND this place unless you want to be degraded and live in filth!

Beautiful condo rooms. Parking is a bit messy though.

I am a local Realtor for Belloise Realty and I manage several of these condo units. They are a great deal having reasonable rates, a pool and being in close proximity to the ocean, shopping and great restaurants! Do not make a mistake and overlook this option when booking a vacation rental.

Was in Unit 406. Clean and fresh. The complex is right in the middle of everything. Cant wait to go back.

Imagine if you were feeling sick at your stomach and you had to go to the restroom. Imagine if this happened at dinner time and everyone at the table and in the kitchen could hear every sound and smell every nose torturing smell. That is the reality of the three bedroom layout at Dockside condos. It was designed by a moron. If you desire zero privacy then youll love this place otherwise you will likely hate it. Not recommend for a rental or ownership
