And my wife is allergic to animal dander and it has been a problem with different properties and companies in the past. But it was spotless and my wife didnt have the slightest hint of allergies making our stay all the better! My family and I booked a room at a local hotel that would have been to small for us over an 8 day period. I contacted Darcy of Prime Vacation Rentals and he was able book me in at the Dockside Condos 301 which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath @ 1500 sq./ft. This was 3 times the size of the room I booked at the hotel and saved me money!I was initially hesitant but the room and location was more than I could hope for! The kitchen had granite countertops, open living space, fully stocked kitchen, sheets, towels and etc. Our location on the South Beach of Clearwater was perfect! It was a 3 minute walk to the Main Beach, 5 minute walk to the Pier and the only time I had to use my car was to purchase groceries.Off the master bedroom, is a balcony and you can see a portion of the state beach. From the front you can see the boat dock and pool. The Dock Side Condo is very private and you do not get the congestion of a hotel or other condos with people walking around. We felt very comfortable here and the kids wanted to stay/move in! LOLI could not say enough nice things about Darcy and his family! They were nothing but helpful in recommending sites to go and see since this was our first visit. Darcy went well out of his way to make sure this trip for my family and I was nothing but spectacular! I have already recommended 3 co-workers/friends to Darcy and this condo.I would like also add, that they made the process very easy for getting the condo and leaving. When leaving the condo, we just had to ensure the garbage was thrown away and dishes were in the dishwasher. There were no meticulous requests when leaving the property! I highly recommend Prime Vacation Rentals and Dock Side Condos. Usually I would find something negative to in any circumstance, but our vacation to Clearwater Beach, stay at Dock Side Condo 301 and interaction with Darcy/Prime Vacation Rentals were nothing but spectacular!
