Harbourview Grande Clearwater beach we stayed in 807 and 806 June of 2021! The place was Beautiful location was great! The staff was great they went above and beyond to ensure a great vacation for my family! They were on site to meet us as we arrived from Indiana to be sure we had all our questions answered. Will love to come back 🐬🌴🏖😎

Great condominium property with 55 units. They are primarily short term vacation rentals. Location is perfect as it is within walking distance to everything. Beach is across the street.The balconies on all of the units are huge about 300 square feet that overlook the bay where frequent dolphin sightings are enjoyed.

Beautiful condo, clean, safe building and neighborhood with great eats and a beach all walking distance. My personal favorite view of the bay is from our private patio lounges. Hope you have a chance to relax here some day too.

It would have been 5+ stars if it wasnt for the employee of the building. We loved the location and everyone was hospitable and kind except for the security that works in the evening.That under trained and over zealous power trip that some security personnel was taken to another level on our first day of vacation.This guy was trying to be as much of a problem as he could be about the delaptated boat slips. His issue was that we were in the wrong slip because our lift was malfunctioning. We had a repairman coming the next day to fix our lift and the security wasnt willing to wait for that. He demanded we take our boat away.It was 8pm and a storm was fast approaching. The slip we put it in was approved by the owner and we told him that, however, as you know these wanna be cops love to push the limits of their jobs and demanded we leave. After reaffirming with the owner of said slip and the propery manager we had to ignore the commands of employee that obviously doesnt know how to talk to people rationally. Trying to create a unnecessary situation about nothing. I understand that you cant have people using other peoples boat slips, but nautical situations arise and you have to adapt to the problem. There were 15 available slips unused for the week we were there. There was absolutely zero issues for letting us dock up to a slip overnight. BTW our boat is a 18 foot skiff. A very small boat. The gate malfunctioning all week and never saw the security again. Zero presence of security, so if I wasnt trained and certified, I would be a little worried about crime, because all you have is a guy with a security hat that hides in his office 99 percent of the time.I know way more qualified and trained people in the area that could do a much better job dealing with the public and actually providing a security presence for the area. I would gladly provide names, resumes and references to anyone who needs a list.Unlike your employee, I give you easy solutions to your problems.

This place has amazing views and is in a great location quick and easy to get everywhere.. the only thing I didnt like is their pool closes at dusk

This condo was fabulous and the view was excellent . Karen was very nice and also very accessible . We had a wonderful vacation .

Ive been to HarborView Grande several times! It is very nice and clean! Their is a balcony with a view of the bay!! The pool is very clean they maintaine is very well. I will always return to HarborView Grand!!

Beautiful condo! Well equipped and in a great location, right across from Clearwater Beach. Very clean and spacious. Owner was accommodating and responsive with questions. We even saw dolphins out in the bay. Highly recommend - we cant wait to go back!

Loved it! Took 3 teenagers who I felt very safe with letting them walk around shops and restaurants. Clean and convenient to all Our needs. Never really used car, unless we chose to. I would have loved to bring my pets, but was over the weight max. I will be back again in 2 weeks, looking forward to it .

Horrible company, horrible service. Avoid Teemingvr at all costs unless you enjoy horrible vacations

Booked through Florida beach rentals in condo 803. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Great service from the booking company. Awesome view off the balcony. Dolphins were in the bay behind us. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

The bulding and the units are great but don’t rent them with itrip and with Kevin Jenkins, you will regret it. You can find the units a lot cheaper if you don’t book them with itrip.

Ive been to Harbor View Grande several times.. several times were on the 4th of July and you can look right off the back balcony and watch the fireworks without ever going anywhere. The atmosphere in Harbour View Grande is amazing. The front view is looking to the the main road, the Right View is looking to the beach, the rear view again is towards the harbor. The rental office is only about A 6 to 7 minute drive. And its very organized when you go into the rental office. You have your own parking. And it is gated. if youre going just to be at the beach theres no reason you even need your car everything is within walking distance. And the food around the area is out of this world. This place is so centrally located that theres no other word other than convenience. I think if you go there theres no disappointments to be found.Inside the condos is state-of-the-art. All the rooms are very nice and Ive been in several. They have Garden tubs. The most update kitchen. Washer and dryers. if you want convenience of home theres no other place to go. Also did I mention theres a putt putt golf course just two minute walk. Theres a liquor store thats about 1 minute walk. And theres a fabulous Sunset dining right across the street on the outside deck. So do yourself a favor, and go there..Im not a paid spokesman Im simply a very satisfied customer thats been there several times and has never experienced any type of disappointment at any time..Take care

Tow Happy. Even though they have a secure and GATED parking lot that requires a code for access, they also require a parking tag to hang from mirror. We were in and out many times throughout day...but forgot to re-hang one time in the chaos of family getting in and out...we came out less than an hour later AND THEY TOWED US!PS...the mirror hanger was actually sitting on the DASH. We had removed it from the mirror because in most states its illegal to have something hanging from mirror while driving.PPS...The towing company they use, Kotakis, broke off part of our bumper.
