We are so very happy with our new pool. They remodeled our pool, adding a baja shelf, new tile including turtles on the bottom, marcite, drain, and skimmer. The crews showed up on time. They always cleaned up after themselves. It was finished in a timely manner. It turned out beautiful.

We tried three times to have them come out to give us an estimate on renovation of our pool. All 3 times they cancelled. Do not depend on them. They missed out on a very big/expensive renovation. Glad we found out about their lack of consideration prior to giving them our business.

Ray at Fresh Finish Pools is really awesome. They respond super quick when you have questions/issues and come out right away. We purchased our pool heater and variable speed pump from them and they are both great quality, and the service is excellent.

We were extremely happy with Rays professionalism and Alexs workmanship. We had an extensive repair needed for our sheer descents that involving re-piping, removing an replacing coping and pavers, and digging out and refilling concrete. They were clean and courteous and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing any sort of pool service from monthly maintenance to major repairs.

I have been using Fresh Finish for a couple months now and WOW. I hope the service continues to be top notch as it has been. My pool before them looked dull and now I get compliments that it looks like a resort pool! I had a pool leak and determined I needed a new skimmer. My pool is old so I was very concerned they would have to break the tiles and I would end up having to refinish. They did a great job of saving them and you can barely tell there was a repair. Reasonably priced and they did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend!

Fresh Finish Pools came to the rescue and transformed our pool! They corrected structural damage and replaced the deck pavers as if nothing had happened! They resurfaced and retiled the pool and it looks just beautiful. I worked closely with Jill to pick just the right colors. Fresh Finish was meticulous at every step and we are so happy with the finished product! Fresh Finish took the time to explain everything to us and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Ray and Jill are great to work with. They do what they say, finish the work when promised, and stick with the quoted price. They also installed my new variable speed pump, which is so much quieter than my last pump. My pool has never looked better.

They installed a pool heater for us. Wonderful took the time to explain everything to us and even made a follow up call to make see how it was working. We had a problem with heater a year later and could not get the warranty company to return our call .Jill with Fresh Finish Pools was amazing she got them to call us and got them to send a technician out right away. I called Fresh Finish Pools when we were looking at a new home. I have never owned a home with a pool before. Ray came out and looked over my entire pool including the equipment to let me know if I was making the right decision. I could not be happier. I have an open pool with no screen enclosure (we maintain it ourselves) after a year, we were having a hard time keeping it clean, they installed a salt water system and my pool is crystal clear all year round. Fresh Finish Pools is one of the few companies out there left that genuinely care about you as a customer and your pool. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to share his knowledge in order to better educate his home owners. Often when asking a company about a product you will receive a very generic answer. With this company and owner you will not only receive the best care for your pool but you will understand what they are doing to provide that care. I felt like I was calling and begging companies to just come provide an estimate, Ray called on his day off to say he was busy but I was on his list to get in touch with and give an estimate. The company refinished our pool in September and it is beautiful. With each passing day the water and pool looks nicer and nicer. There were hiccups along the way as there are with any home project, however Ray did his best to completely correct any issues. I am writing this review on my own free will. I have been through a lot of bad renovation experiences since purchasing my home but this company was a positive among the negatives. Thank you for all your work and continued care of our pool.

I have been using fresh finish pools for a few years now and they are great. They perform my weekly service to keep my pool maintained and have also replaced and installed my pool pump, filter, LED pool lights, and a salt system. They are good at giving you different options depending on your needs and budget.

My husband and I couldnt be happier with Fresh Finish Pools. Everyone on the Fresh Finish team has been highly professional and friendly. Weve lived in this house with our money pit (oops...I mean pool) since 2015 and they are our 5th pool service. We were about to take over doing everything ourselves because we were getting so frustrated with everyone in this industry. Fresh Finish Pools completely changed our minds. Fresh Finish Pools provided an excellent finished product. The owner was very professional and his staff members and workers were polite. They were very busy so I had to wait several months for my construction to start but they were upfront about this. They warned me that with severe delamination my bill could be higher - they were right and the price increased quite a bit but I wasnt surprised. On the day that they put the finish on the pool they rushed because it was raining and messed up the decorative tiles on the steps. The owner had to re-drain the pool to fix it but did a good job correcting the tile. There was also a leak in the skimmer that was replaced as part of the project however they stayed on top of it and fixed the leak. My biggest issue was communication. I did not receive regular status updates and frequently didnt receive a call back for a few days. Overall though, they did excellent work and the pool turned out nice. I recommend them but you should know to have patience and be very proactive with communication.

Fresh Finish does am amazing job! They leave a detailed report as to what has been done, and I get to enjoy a beautifully balanced pool.

Fresh Finish Pools does an amazing job on my pool. My children were prone to ear infections from swimming, but when Fresh Finish started cleaning our pools the ear infections went away. I am truly happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

When we bought our house, the previous owners had already paid Fresh Finish Pools for weekly service for the remainder of the year. Im usually a DIY guy, but based upon the quality work and great customer service which Fresh Finish Pools provided over the course of that contract, we decided to continue with their weekly service. Since then, weve also had them refinish the pool and replace the pool pump. Ray (owner) is extremely knowledgeable, very hands on, and provides amazing customer service. His staff are extremely friendly and detail oriented. Being a novice pool owner, I feel like I always have dumb questions, but Im never left feeling ignored, and any concern I have is always addressed timely. Add to that the fact our pool looks amazing and the price is very reasonable, and I foresee myself being a Fresh Finish Pools customer for a long time.

When it comes to pool refinishing this company sets the gold standard! I want to live in my pool. It is literally the most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen.
