Manny cleaned our pool for months and our pool looked horrible. He always told us that we needed to resurface it and that is why it looked like it did. We switched to another tool company and it is looking amazing. Granted our pool isn’t brande new and had some stains, but it doesn’t look like swamp water anymore!!! He is a nice guy but his quality of work is poor.

Was good, I felt after a few other company’s that he wasn’t fully knowledgeable, no signs on the truck? No Certs? No LLC/INC? No current State registration? Maybe no insurance- his business grew, and I used to like him.Update, after hiring another pool professional, I have to say Manny didn’t have the knowledge to deal with Filters, not detail oriented, not knowing more information about parts. For the most part I accepted a light green pool with complaints about trees, Mother Nature and a somewhat negative attitude for over a year. And not professional in personal communication level of Customer knows best.You have to be salesy and nice to customersPut your full name on your company and send invoices out like promisedI hope this is constructive criticism, people can always improve

I hired Manny based on reviews. My house was on the market and I was out of state. He fixed the discoloring that my realtor noticed and maintained the pool beautifully so I didn’t have to worry.

Manny was always very argumentative and left me high and dry but had paid him thru end of month. He would never brush the pool good. I felt like he should have given notice. I didn’t care for his services. Would not recommend.
