Initial contact with company and level of communications both via email and phone calls has been nothing but superior! When I first noticed the dwindling water level in my pool, I felt such a deep dread. I could only imagine how terrible this ordeal would be and how much money I was going to be out. When I contacted FLL to set up an appointment, Katie was very friendly, and did her best to schedule the appointment as soon as possible for us - she even called to let us know that there was an earlier date if we wanted to change the original time. In addition to Katie advising us that our assigned technician Bud would be calling us at 8 a.m. the morning of our appointment (which he did - great follow through) to give us a 2 hour window for his arrival, we also received an email reminder. I must say that Bud was quite professional, and very amiable. He was thorough, explained the process, and took the time to show us where the leak in the pool was located. AND THEN - because it was a small leak and was easily accessible, Bud sealed it and as Katie had informed me earlier - there was NO additional charge! How many companies do that today? As such - I was extremely impressed and so glad that we chose to contact FLL to do the leak detection. We HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing service on their pool. The technician, John, called as the company stated by 8:00a.m. and gave us an approximate time – he arrived on time. Just want to say he did a great job looking at the pool and letting us know what he found out. John was very informative and clear on the issue he found and what he could do/ recommend to be done. We may need to replace an area around our skimmer and we will definitely use Florida Leak Locators if/ when we have to move forward with the repair. Very pleased with the service provided by Craig and Connor. They called ahead and were on time. They did a very thorough search for the problem they found the leaks and made the repairs, and explained what they had done. The repair looked like a very professional repair, not just some epoxy smeared around the skimmer. Highly recommend these guys.

I had such a great experience with your team last week. My pool had leaked for months, I had it tested locally but they couldnt fix it. After pouring gallons of water into the pool almost daily and an outrageous water bill I finally found FL Leak Locators on the internet and they came out last week. The guys were super friendly and professional and spent a long time testing and explaining everything. Fortunately it was a fairly simple fix and now I have to pinch myself every day hen I check the pool and the water level is where it is supposed to be. Mike called 1st thing in the morning, like they said to tell me when he was coming. He was courteous and professional, great personality and friendly to talk to . Did everything to keep the dust down from cutting the pool deck and cleaned up his work area like he wasnt even there, we had a skimmer replacement. This was on May 11th 2021, highly recommend

Hi, I was referred to Florida Leak Locators by Pinch a Penny here in Palm Harbor. Let me start by saying the customer service is GREAT!!! I spoke to Darby and she was very helpful by sending me an e-mail describing what they will do and what equipment would be used to detect the leak. Our senior tech Mike showed up on time and was very Professional, knowledgeable and very through, he found our leak and fixed it, it was in the skimmer, when we had our pool fully remodeled and resurfaced, we also replaced the skimmer and they did not cover one of the holes properly and we were losing water (LOTS) due to that issue. I called up the people who remodeled our pool explained the situation and they ask for the receipt & report, we were reimbursed that same day for the $300.00 service call we paid. So Happy! Florida Leak Locators were persistent in locating a leak that developed in a pipe under my concrete pool deck. After locating the leak using audio equipment, they isolated the plumbing to verify the problem was located. Florida Leak Locators also provided an estimate to repair the problem. They were flexible in my scheduling requirements. After phoning the morning of the scheduled repair to confirm the appointment, the technician showed up promptly and effected the repair. Overall, the process was courteous and professional within a reasonable price.

Pat found and fixed three issues with our pool. He was honest and up front about need to fix vs waiting and went above and beyond to find a final problem, I put on his radar once his work was done. 2 leaks were repaired, under pavers and our skimmer replaced. You could not even tell that they had been there. Pools holding water again great and our main drain works again! This is the second time I have used FLL. Hopefully I dont need them anymore, but if i do, they will be on speed dial.

They came out last year and found the leak and fixed it. 12 months later I notice water loss again. They came out quickly and found a couple new leaks and fixed them. The technician, Miguel, was prompt, pleasant and professional as he methodically surveyed the pool while submerged. He found a small leak in the housing for the pool light, and two leaks in the skimmer, which will need to be replaced. Its a great relief to finally identify the source of the leak(s). He troubleshot and found previous installation of skimmer by Patrick Morgan Pools had not connected the equalizer line to the new skimmer,, which caused water to drain out of pool via the overflow drain since day one.Miguel also pressure tested the vacuum and skimmer lines and found the vacuum line clogged with leaves and debris which, in turn, prevented the pool vacuum from working. These people are OUTSTANDING! They came out detected my leak within 5 minutes. The skimmer was cracked. Put a temporary patch over it until they could come back in 2 weeks. Came back, removed the pavers, pulled the old skimmer and put a new one in. Put the pavers back and even washed the deck down afterwards. Great work!!!!

What a great company! My pool had been losing water and a friend recommended Florida Leak Locators. I scheduled an appointment and out they came. They found 2 leaks, which were quickly repaired. I discovered that our pool waste drain was not emptying. I contact Florida Leak Locators and spoke with their friendly office staff who scheduled an appointment. They told me that the technician would call me on the morning of the appointment between 7:30-8:00A. The day prior I received a reminder email. The morning of the appointment, I received my call from Sean the technician. He was friendly and provided me a time of arrival that morning. Upon arrival, I showed him the issue I was having and he was prompt and efficient in testing my pools waste line. He determined there was not a link but instead a blockage. Although that would usually require a plumber, Sean offered to try and blow it out under pressure first. He moved his equipment to the other end of the pipe and pressured it with air and water. He was able to remove the blockage and all is working perfectly. I highly recommend Florida Leak Locators whether you have an issue going on now or even if you are buying a home with a pool and want the lines and pool tested for leaks. Thank you Sean! Dan came to the house walked the pool and determined the leaks were in the skimmer basket. Dan patched the leaks and said he was sure he got it all. So happy with the service provided would definitely recomend if you have any problems with your pool!!!!

Had a leak in our pool that was getting worse. Our pool cleaner wanted a lot of money just to find the leak not to fix it, so I called these guys. Came out when they said they were going to (which isnt always the case), diagnosed my leaks and fixed them. I was losing several inches of water per day and they fixed it. The best part is that minor repairs are included in the cost of the leak detection. He had it diagnosed and fixed in about an hour!
