Safer Home Services has been great! We have been using them for over a year and they have treated for many pests (see those listed). We have had three different technicians come out, the most recent being Tom, and they have all been wonderful. Tom is especially professional, patient, kind and thorough. Marty was able to solve the mystery of the drug store beetles! With persistent investigative work, he identified the “food source “ as some rice packs used for muscle relief in a drawer in an end table. Never would have guessed those as a food source. I initially used safer homes last year and was skeptical about a once a year pest service. I am no longer skeptical, this is the greatest service ever! I haven’t seen any critters for an entire year! Whoa! That’s amazing for Florida. I don’t have to be inconvenienced and let a technician In my home every month or quarterly with their once a year pest service, I love it. The best part is, if you have any problems inbetween the annual service they will come out for free and take care of it with your annual pest service. We also had them come out and take care of a termite situation. The home we bought had termite activity so we opted to get both of their termite treatments last year and so far so good! Jason came out and performed our annual inspection and pest control and he was such a pleasure, very efficient. I also love when I get to speak with Amy in their office. I waited till my next treatment a year later to do a review. I had a bad termite infestation last year and the treatment suggestion just thew me for a loop. Jim who was understanding took on the job and suggested a tunnel be dug under my house since there was no crawl space. WHAT! My floors in two bedrooms were chewed away including the joists so I thought what the heck lets do it. Today Liz came out for my second annual treatment and I am so glad I am pest free. Liz was excellent and very nice and informative. I recommend only them as long as you do what they say I do not see any reason why once a year treatment would not work. I like that the product is safe and they are very good at following up every six months. I’ve used this company for 3 yrs now and haven’t had any problems with bugs or termites. The staff is always very courteous. Lis came on time and was very polite and conscientious. She was very methodical and made sure to service ever room in the house and all of my yard. She was also good company with a great sense of humor and was especially kind to put up with my dog. No complaints about the service or product but it is a little pricey.

Had rodents living in my attic. Called multiple companies who had expensive but ineffective solutions. Phil sounded more experienced from the begging. Used direct approach that was fail proof. Were as other companies were closing all kinds of weird points of penetrating without making a difference. Phil stayed active on case till job was completed. Then offered inexpensive maintenance and prevention. Anytime I called Phil he showed up within 24 hours at time convenient for me. Great service.

He noticed some entry points for rodents. I scheduled an appointment to fix the rodent entry points. Jason came out and performed a excellent job. Safer Home Services, I Received excellent performance from communication, response time, and experienced technicians.

I was having issues with seeing roaches weekly even though I was getting a quarterly service from another company. Safer came out and did an annual service and I havent seen a roach in 6 months. They also did a home visit follow-up after 6 months to make sure I havent had any issues. Very satisfied with the service so far.

I contacted Safer Home Services on the recommendation of my friend, who was a past employee there. She said the company was thorough, professional, and most of all, caring. I went with her advice and I am completely glad that I did. Patrick came to my house for the initial inspection, listened to me while I listed all of the issues, answered ALL of my questions in a way that made everything very understandable. I agreed to the once-a-year pest control and Patrick took care of everything, making sure to get the treatment in all of the nooks and crannies of my house. After the treatment, I still saw some activity, so Patrick came back out and treated again and even duct-taped over some holes in my bathroom cabinet by the sink piping to ensure that no pests came in that way. He followed up with me the next week and I was happy to report that there had been no activity since. Most recently, I called because a friend had brought over her kitten who turned out to have fleas. Patrick came out and inspected and didnt find any issues, and even though it turned out to be an unnecessary visit, he was still super friendly, polite, and after I apologized for wasting his time, he told me he is always happy to come and check out any worries or concerns. Ive been using Safer Home Services since I bought my home 3 years ago. When I first moved in there was a problem with millipedes getting into the house. The tech, Ken, took care of the problem quite satisfactorily. Im pleased that Ken is still on the job and Ive renewed my annual plan. Safer is a great company and I highly recommend their services!

Saferhome will come out if you need it before my treatment time is up but it’s very rare that I need them our technician Vickie is very professional and very thorough .

They actually fix the problem youre having and if the problem comes back they get right on it and keep at it as often as it takes. They are terminators, yes, like the movie, they dont stop until their target is destroyed. What more could you want.

I have to say that i normally dont do this unless i think its needed. I hired safer home services in December of 2019 and everything seemed to be going great. The staff seemed to be personable and the technician they sent out gave me the lowest possible price for my bed bug issue after confirming himself that i had a problem. I had consulted 2 companies prior to deciding on this company who both confirmed i indeed had a bed bug problem!!!! So beginning January of 2020 they stopped doing follow ups As promised. I had to be the one to call and the technician Matthew began getting an attitude every time he came out to my home. They finally collectively decided to send a team out to inspect and allegedly found nothing. After that they set traps out in the 2 bedrooms only, waited about 5 days, and again allegedly found nothing! We were still getting bit i had said and Matthew suggested i see a dermatologist!!!!! Minutes later the owner called me after Matthew left my home and claimed that Matthew said i never had a bed bug problem to begin with! The owner was very insistent on that fact even though he never came out to my home himself. At that point i demanded my money back since the issue was not solved . i am still furious the technician Matthew got away with lying to cover his own behind!!!!

We paid this business over 700.00 dollars and we STILL have roaches in our house. They are crawling in our dishwasher after MONTHS of service. I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. I want my money back.

Ive used Safer Home Services for the last few years and I find them to be highly qualified, prompt, clean and courteous. They answer all my questions and even wear covers on their shoes so as not to track anything into the house. They used a bait gel in the kitchen cabinets which seemed much better than a powder that previous companies used. They did excellent exclusion work around my house to keep any critters from entering and they are very accommodating to make sure things are safe for my pets. The once a year pest control has worked.
