I am not sure anyone loves their pest control company but we do. We had a termite infestation(came with the house), and our house required tenting. Steve, the owner of SWAT, was AWESOME! He came when he said he would, and finished when he said he would. That was HUGE! It is a pretty invasive process requiring a lot of prep work, and moving out for two nights, in the middle of the Covid outbreak. He was so patient and kind, explaining the process to the biggest germaphobe there is. We have used SWAT for our regular pest control for over a year, and their staff and service is always exceptional. We highly recommend SWAT. Customer service is key! This company gets it!

22yrs today, Ive been in my home and Ive never had a rodent, until this week, so I set a trap. Last night, I discovered it phoned a friend yesterday, and I was mortified! Just hired Swat Exterminating Company in Clearwater to do my lawn service. I have a large yard with a couple dogs, so a thorough treatment is important. Troy was the technician that did our lawn treatment today. He was very meticulous in the application, and he was also careful not to disturb our grill or fire pit with the hose. When Troy was done, he rang the doorbell and gave me the invoice and description of what was applied along with watering recommendations for my yard. In addition, he found a nail in our driveway behind one of our vehicles and gave it to me. Flat tire avoided! Friendly, honest, and conscientious service! The Swat technician did a thorough job on the inspection and pointed out all the places that bugs typically invade homes from. After that, he applied the pest control spray inside the house, and then sprayed a barrier around the home as well. Havent had any pest invasions since then. Prices are affordable too. I tried Swat Exterminating Company out of Clearwater because they are highly reviewed on google. We had an ant problem in our kitchen that our regular pest control company could not fix. The Swat technician came out and tracked the ants back to the source; which was in our kitchen wall. He treated the problem at the source and within 2-3 days, our ant problem was resolved. Several years ago I had some little bugs crawling on the nightstand in our bedroom. I did not know if they were termites or something else. I called Swat and they came out and took a look. The gentleman informed me that they were just ghost ants and that I could buy some bait traps to kill them myself. No upsell...no charge for the visit...just honesty.When my wife started to complain about palmetto bugs, it was time to get an exterminator. My first call was to Swat. I have been using them for pest control for close to 1 year and on the rare occasion that we find a bug in the house, it is dead. We have had fast, friendly and consistent service...no complaints.I recently decided to look into getting my lawn treated (after ditching Pest Bear for terrible service and billing practices) and my first call was to Swat. They came out yesterday and did the first treatment. We will see how it goes, but I do have high expectations.
