Tiffany is the BEST!!!! I always receive compliments on my nails everywhere I go I’ve been going here over a year and half now and will continue to as long as she’s there

They decided to trim my cuticle with the buffing tool, and it made my cuticles bleed, at least 3 fingers are bleeding I shouldn’t have paid. I’m never returning worst experience ever seriously.

Not even wort one star!!!! Unprofessional work, I went with my wife to get her nail done and I was more terrified after they finish with her nail. The side of her nail was bleeding and swollen. I talk to the manager and she Said she could not do anything and did nothing so I contact the owner and he did nothing as well. So i recommend not going to this place, if your looking for coming out of a nail salon happy and please with your nail then I reccomend find somewhere else. The worker that did my wife nail was running around all over the place taking care of other customers and not taking her time doing the nail, she was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive doing the work so. Paying all that money just to get hurt and fingers to bleed is not wort it.

I went in on Saturday (9/4) for acrylic dip powder on my nails. Monday I noticed my middle finger on my right nail cracked. Now all my nails are lifting and/or cracked on both hands- not even a week into my manicure. I took pictures to show but google doesn’t allow you to upload photos. This was my first time trying this salon, as I was trying to find a salon closer to my house. I read their positive reviews on Google and was hopeful this could be my “go to” salon. Unfortunately I do not think it’s worth the money since I usually get 2 weeks out of my acrylic dip manicure.

They would not honor my gift certificate. They told me they could not honor it because of new owner! Be careful purchasing gift certificates here. Quality of service on gel nails was poor, and they were trying to push services on the customers! Never going back there again.

Unbelievable how unprofessional my daughter and I were treated. I bought gift certificates before Covid, asked if the expiration date could be extended because we couldn’t come in during quarantine they said no problem and then acted like they never talked to m. she wouldn’t accept the gift certificate and charged my 12-year-old daughter $25 for butterfly design on her nails. Also called me a liar and threatened to not do my daughter’s nails if she continued to talk about it. I will not return and I will continue to tell people not to go there because I was cheated and called a liar and that is not professional at all.

This place is great!! This was my first visit and I will definitely come back. The ladies were extremely nice and made you feel comfortable.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Came here for eyelashes with a Groupon, she used glue not made for eyelash extensions and all my eyelashes fell out. Then I went for a fill because my guy was out of town and she did the worst job. My nails are lumpy and one even broke within the first week. When I went back in there there was another lady who they charged $100 for gel manicure and a pedicure and it was all messed up. Don’t even bother

Go to LG Nails & Spa INSTEADSUPER OVERPRICED, dirty salon. My nails were even painted over my cuticles. LG nails is in the same plaza, luxury, clean, friendly and AMAZING prices. Made the worst mistake coming here due to time restraints. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Very overpriced for the work. Took a very long time to do and it was just a powder change, I also was practically forced into designs and they had no good ideas🙄 Then when trying to pay their card reader wouldn’t accept my card for all that. I had to use a different card that I didn’t want to use due to fraud protection from their machine. Not satisfied. Not returning.

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. My 16 yr old daughter went to get her nails done by herself. They didnt tell her it cost more for longer nails and the shape of nail. When my daughter didnt have enough money, they laughed at her and told her she shouldve asked. No, thats not right, they shouldve told her before they did it. Im livid but my daughter wouldnt let me go talk to them.

I came to this location to give them a chance. I needed a fill-in with the colored acrylic. The male technician worked on my nails on Saturday. On Monday, I noticed that my nails were lifting. At first, I wasn’t going to return but I figured I should have them fix it today (Wednesday). When I arrived, the lady was so nice. She said my nails were too long. I don’t know why the length would affect my nails lifting if I just got them done a few days ago. She tried to fix my nails, but my real nail was too weak after she removed the acrylic. So at that point, I told her I don’t want acrylic on top of a hurt nail. I asked her to take them all off (what a waste of money). She told me she would give me a discount on my next set of nails. That was really kind, but I won’t be returning.Business Tip: Customer service is everything.

If I could write a review lower I would. I went to get a new dip set. I have had dip on my nails for about 2 years now and never had a worse experience.There was never any trimming/shaping or cuticle removal they just pushed them back. I never had a dip removal go so fast because they never used acetone just used the motorized file to remove it, I stopped him multiple times since my nails were so “hot” they hurt for a few days after. In the quick time he removed my dip the lady next to me was now completely done with her dip set. It was so chunky, thick I stopped the service all together and just paid $15 for the removal and walked next door to get my nails finished. I did not want mine nails to look remotely similar.

Tiffany and most of the team are great! Been going here for about 1.5 years, sometimes she has guys working there and their work is sub par, only reasoning for the 4 starts. Im satisfied 80% of the time!

Overall it was a fun time as I sat there & tried to prepare for my interview for the next day! It was quite peaceful & relaxing even while stressing about work! I noticed a little dirt under the nail afterwords but overall it was a pleasant treat for myself. It does bother me now that you mention it, she pushed me to upgrade from the $14 to the $20 dollar for a better experience! I guess I expect the best from everyone till they prove me wrong!

Overall it wasn’t the best experience or quality nails. I have never got gel nail polish & it was bumpy or peeled off after a week & when asked to fix it they acted like they did not want to do it. So I will not be back & I hope they don’t treat anybody else the way they did me. I do not recommend this place until they can work on their customer service skills & improve their gel nails technique!

Amazing pedicure and amazing service

I wanted acrylic and Nacy refused to do acrylic and decided to do dip powder and took forever .... by the next week, my nails were yellow and lifting. My daughter got hers done acrylic and by the 3rd day they were lifting. The tech didnt file them correctly in her cuticle. The prices were wayyyy to high. They have kids services and they charged me for my 10 year old a full amount on her pedicure. NEVER coming back to this place.

If I could make this less stars, I would. I Waited 20 minutes while they only had one customer and 4 of them. I told them I wanted my nail removed as 2 of the nails ripped my nail in half sideways and I wanted to them heal. I was purposely put the side because my request was small. This put a terrible taste on this place. As a regular who tips more than 20% my bill every time, I will NEVER come back to this location.

I’m changing my review because even tho I may have had a bad experience at first Tiffany the manager did everything to make it right. She fixed my nails now they look fantastic! Thank you so much!

I saw a man outside smoking a cigarette when I arrived and he turned out to be the one doing my nails. He failed to wash his hands before starting the dip removal. While my hands were in the acetone wraps he made the water for my soak and went outside again to smoke. He failed to wash his hands AGAIN! When it finally came time to soak my hands the water was cold. Such an unsanitary and disorganized manicure. I usually have a pleasant experience at ultimate nails, I’m very disappointed.

On my first visit, I had fills with gel manicure and 2 designs done by Lee. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I’ve never been happier with the service I received. My nails look awesome. I will be a repeat customer.
