LG Nails & Spa it really feels like home there! Everyone is so so nice and attentive. so sweet and remembers me even when I call in to make an appointment. The staff is so careful and meticulous with their work. They are always willing to change a color if I dont love it or will help me find matching colors for my. Truly the best nail salon! I can say enough good things about the salon itself and the warm and wonderful staff!

This was my first time there. A few things that didn’t sit right with me:1) I don’t believe they sanitize their tools. Usually when they use new tools, it’s fresh out of the bag, but looking at the nail file, it was already pre-used and the bag with the tools were already open2) My nails are not clean or fully painted. After getting in the car and driving home, I looked at my nails and my nails are not smooth. I already told the nail technician during the first few inspections that the polish was bumpy and not smooth, to which he said it was going to be fixed. He did 5 coats of nail polish and at the end, the polish was either not smooth or there looked to be nail indents in the polish from when he was trying to clean the polish from around my fingers. I was paying attention the entire time and wondered if he’s just a family member that is just there to help because it should not take 5 coats, and still look unprofessional. One pinky nail is longer than the other…my toes were done by another tech…I just got home and checked and some of my nails aren’t even fully painted!The price for getting my nails and toes done was $60 and was not worth my money and time. After coming home and seeing how unprofessional my manicure and pedicure is, I’m really disappointed.

It used to be a nice place but not anymore. It is not kept well, it looks messy and not very clean. Ask for prices before you sit as their prices have changed and I didn’t see a price list displayed. The ladies still do a nice job though.

Always do an amazing job on my acrylic nails, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The staff are friendly and very talented at what they do! I love that you have the choice to walk in or make an appointment and have never gotten my nails done anywhere else since moving to Houston! P.S. if you get a pedicure and manicure at the same time they will do it all while you are comfortably sitting in the massage chair, it’s a full pampering!

I am so over this salon!!!I have visited the salon on several occasions over the last year. Within the last three appointments, when I walk in and ask for my specific technician; she is servicing another customer. Today, they asked me to come back tomorrow??? if you call and schedule an appointment, they don’t write it in the book or give her a walk in right before my appointment time.I think this is very poor customer service. Honestly, I will not frequent a place who does this to me repetitively. The unfortunate thing is I really am pleased with the technician, just not the way this management conducts business.I will never give this place my money AGAIN!!!

Amazing nail techs. This is my forever nail salon

On May 8, 2021, I had came in to fix one of my nails, I was seated and the lady that was going to do my nails was so unpleasant. Trying to pick out a color that matched close enough to my other nails, she was directing to colors that wasn’t even close I finally chose my color, let me tell you that it wasn’t pleasant. She was serious and her quality of work was very terrible that people around me knew the difference from my other nails. One it was longer than the rest and the form was done poorly. It’s as if she didn’t care to do it right or maybe that’s her way of doing nails. I will not be going back and will share my experience to anyone thinking of going to your place. Positive attitude, friendliness and good quality of work goes a long way ..

My third time coming back and I will continue! Very happy with my nails each time!! Pedicure was amazing!

7/21/21 had an appointment @ 5:30pm, mind you they called me at 4:30 to see if I can come in at 4:30. I let her know that won’t work and she said ok we will see you at 5:30. I get there at said time and guess who is doing someone else’s nails?! Yep, you guessed it, Tony. They all lied on the lady getting her nails done at the moment, stating she arrived late. Which of course was a lie. They just didn’t want to miss any money. He didn’t start my nails until 45 mins later. But the was they trapped me was because they had a guy take the polish off my nails. I was passed when I found out the real deal…. I will NEVER be back. My money spends else just the same.

Sam did a great job on my nails! I was worried that dip was going to be too thick, but he made it look more natural! He double checked the color was what I wanted. Went for an acrylic fill-in. Great job with the fill-in but the gel paint job was bad. $15 for gel polish was waste. There are bubbles in my paint that she tried to correct by filing it off leaving my polish scratchy. Maybe I’ll go again for fill and get painted elsewhere.

Tony comes through amazingly again!! 😍😍Miss Sarah is very attentive and always checks on you. V and Tony are masters in their craft and care for perfection. You can tell they all take pride in their work. They won’t do a rush job and are willing to stay beyond their shift to make sure it’s done correctly. I have been coming here for over a year and have had my nails done by almost every person there. They are all amazing in how they treat you. Very accommodating as well.

My co workers sent me here because they do a good job... An hour after I left(got a refill) one nail came off. This was just yesterday sat 4/17 now by the next morning all of my nails are coming off. I feel like I just wasted 40 bucks

This was more than “just” a pedicure. It was an experience! I have found my new salon.

The dip grow out was showing in less than a week. All of my nails were cracked and broken. My pedi was the same. The bathroom wasnt in service. You would think that they would do a good job, so they have repeat customers.

First time coming to this nail salon. I went last Friday to get acrylic dip done on my nails, which normally lasts me two weeks. I had lifting on my nails within a matter of days. A week into my nails they’re chipping. I’m really disappointed with the quality. I’m going to have to spend another $50 to get them redone a week earlier than normal.

This is my second visit here, and I truly love the ambiance, the warm welcome from the staff as soon as you come in. They dont make you feel uncomfortable or rush you because they want you to feel your best especially after a long day. Worse place I ever went to not only did the lady not do my nails in a timely fashion she kept getting up to help customers that was walking in which made my simple fillin a 2 hour appointment. She did not file my nails right to the point I had to do it myself and it was a simple coffin shape. She cut me when she was drilling my nails. And then they charged me 35 dollars when the paper said 20 dollars and the guy was rude about it instead of saying sorry we will fix it. Sarah was so unprofessional to the point it was just a turn off. I will not go back there and I will not refer anyone one I know to go here.

Place is beautiful and relaxingEmployees very kind and you even receive a complimentary bottle of water.

I went in to have my eyebrows waxed. Emme did them. She was rushing . She pressed down way to hard when putting wax on and left it on too long. Both of my eyelids were burnt and scabbed over. I was told to come back and I’d receive a gift card. When I went back I was not offered gift card but $10 off of $90. I was also treated poorly by owner. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality salon!

Great place to get your nails done. They have single use nail cleaners. We had pedicures done, and they were done well, and efficiently. Everyone had masks on, and good with sanitizing after customers.

Poor quality.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure itself wasnt so bad, the pricing is pretty average. My issue is with the manicure. I had a dip polish that needed to be removed and they filed my nails with a drill before placing them in the acetone, nicking my cuticle bed in the process. Next when it came time for the manicure the acetone hadnt softened the dip polish on my thumb so he tried to yank the polish residue off my nail but almost pulled my nail off in the process.So I went in asking for a dip polish and the technician said that an acrylic overlay wouls be just as good for my natural nails; in hindsight this may have been because he may not have known how to apply a dip polish even though that it is what I said I initially wanted walking in. So I show a picture of what I wanted; he says no problem. I had to ask to get my nails refiled since the right side was filed at an angle and the left side of each nail was filed straight. The gel color was patchy and I have streaks on most of the edges, which I didnt see until after I left. When it came time to do the accent nail, he said he didnt know how to do, even though I had shown him a picture before we even started, so someone else had to finish up. Five hours later my nails are still sore from the polish removal. I wont be going back

The worst experience in my full set of acrylic nails. He had gone to this place before and came out completely pleased. This time my nails are gone in 5 days. The very rude nail technique, he was just staring at his Apple watch that wouldnt stop ringing. When I spoke to him asking for prices, he never answered. On more than three occasions it was the owner who answered me and clarified my doubts. I like the place, everything is very clean, everyone wears their masks and its owners are wonderful every time I went but next time I will make sure that girl does not touch my hands.

Honestly not to great, the nail tech was in the middle of doing my acrylic set when she walked off to the back to go eat and then returned to finish my set. There were quite a few air bubbles in the nails and the top coat for my gel nails was incomplete. The entire to half of my nail has no top coat and it was very visible. Also the shaping was very uneven.

Was there yesterday and this place is horrible when it comes to pedicure and manicure! I will not go there again!!!

I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. About the basic pedicure- They had to repaint my toenails because the first girl who did it left huge dents in the color, there was no massage on my legs or feet.About the manicure- The gel is bubbled up creating a ridge at the cuticle. I only received lotion on one hand and again no massage...Both of the polishes came out of the same box but are completely different colors.I definitely will not be going back.

The place is nicely decorated. However, because of the photos on google, I was under the impression that this place could do a design on my nails. When I showed the nail tech my original design (roses with black and white stripes) she wasnt able to do it. I had to settle for something else.

We came in asking for pedicures and nails, they did a mani pedi after we only asked for pedicures. Then after already starting to paint our nails they told us they couldnt do the design we wanted because it was and I quote too hard then they did a simple thing they said they could do and it look like a five-year-old painted on our nails. After asking them if we could get some sort of discount or take the design off they seemed like they had a problem. Although they did take the design off when we asked. The nails were way too expensive and totally not worth the money. Totally ruined my best friends 18th birthday nail Day very disappointed wouldnt go if I were you.

My mother in I have both been coming here for about a year now. I’ve seen a few people and loved them all. PAULA is my favorite, and since I’ve seen her I request her every time! She is super sweet, and does a great job trimming (ESPECIALLY ingrown toenails), her massage is amazing, and her overall work and service is top notch! She makes me the happiest client every time! This entire spa is great!

Place seemed nice for the most part. Really wasnt happy with the job done on my nails. I kind of felt rushed with picking a gel color so selected quicker than I would have liked to. Was asked if I wanted my nails cut down to which I said to just make them more even, (to which he cut them VERY short but I didnt realize until it was too late.) The gel UV light wasnt working properly and wasnt drying the coat layers properly so the gloss layer was applied kind of sloppily with parts of the nail that are actually missing gloss and streaked the gel color... Also the top coat goes off my nail and over my cuticle on a couple of fingers allowing for easy areas for the gel to peel off...Normally, I wouldnt really bother posting but I made it known that I had just gotten engaged and wanted them to look really nice to show off and it was just so poorly done I felt kind of embarrassed to show them and like something needed to be said. I wish Id asked for my money back or for them to be redone once I noticed how sloppy they were when I took a closer look when I got home.

Great service. Every time I go there, they take great care. They are friendly and if something is not quite how I like it, they fix it. They make me feel that is important for them that I am happy with their work. I use to go to different places to do my nails but since I started going there it became my one place to go.

My nails are gorgeous and the salon is beautiful. I do feel i overpaid for my fill ins. I was told a different price over the phone but when it came time to pay it was so much more than quoted over the phone but they did a great job.

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve lived in largo area as well as Spring Hill and I’ve gone to many salons and this is by far my favorite, Andy did my nails and he shaped them so good which tends to be difficult for others to do. Definitely recommend! And ask for Andy!!

Such a gorgeous salon and best facials in the area. Lisa did a wonderful job with my skin that was in serious need of rejuvenation and pamper. I came out of the spa with supple and smooth skin, and could see the difference. She puts effort and pride in her work. Definitely coming back for her.

Ive always had a good experience here. They offer soft drinks as well as wine while youre getting your nails done. They have mood changing, cat eye gel polish, which I LOVE!!!

I always come here for pedicures and have great service every time with multiple nail technicians. They never short on the massages. The polish stays on long, and they offer complimentary drinks. I will keep coming here, it’s a great atmosphere.

Horrible expensive pedicure ever! Not what i paid for and had to go back to get my toes repainted because they looked as if a 2 year old did them. Glad i didnt get my nails done here. Never again

This salon cares about their clients! After being informed that one of their popular technicians (my go to guy) left the salon, I was worried. I was then introduced to Trey and he EXCEEDED my expectations. He listened to all my nail concerns and made sure the shape, size, and look of my nail looked perfect for my dip powder manicure. He is so detailed oriented and humble. Trey is the BEST!

I’m originally from Miami and moved here 3yrs ago... and was extremely hard for me to trust anyone with my pedi and Mani due to my pickiness, but my brother introduced me to this place and I haven’t regretted it... I Loved Tony, and Tammy. Which they were my main nail tech, but I came one day and they were no longer working there... I got with Jenna( she’s a Goddess in art) but she was either late or stood me up.. now I’m with Ha. She’s so amazing... I just hope she don’t leave. I’ve brought almost my entire family to this nail salon whenever they’re in town visiting because of the service and atmosphere.. The owner is such a sweetheart... I

This place is so clean and fresh. They have liners in their tubs, and they pull out a fresh, unopened package of utensils to do your nails. I cant tell you how many places Ive walked out of because they didnt want to use a fresh package. Thats so unsanitary!!! Their prices are very reasonable. Its a very quiet, friendly atmosphere. And they have discounted prices for your children 9 years or older. I will be for sure coming back to here. Deanne was the lady who did my nails. And Christina is the manger. Im so very pleased my momma found this place. Happy Feet for this nurse!!

Much nicer than most nail shops. Basic Pedicure price is very competitive. They offered me something to drink when I as there. The nail polish color selection was great and my toes came out nice. I will definitely go back!

This was my first time here and I gotta say, not only is it very nice inside and very spacious but they know what they’re doing. I’m mind blown at how amazing my nails came out. I got a full set pink and white ombré and I can’t stop staring at my nails. They are gorgeous and very well done. I love them if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Normally when i get my full set here they do a good job but i went a week ago and my full set came off a whole week later i paid 50 dollars for something that lasted me a week and I’m extremely disappointed i would not recommend this place to anybody i value my money and when i spend 50 dollars for my nails i expect amazing quality but they all fell off easily not even a full week later it’s only been 6 days and if i could get my money back i would take it back within a heart beat never coming here again when i could spend $25 for a full set at another place and have my nails last me at least 3 weeks AND I EVEN ASKED FOR GEL BECAUSE GEL LASTS LONGER BUT IT LASTED ME 6 DAYS!!

I sent my fiance there for Fathers Day to get a pedicure and they did a fantastic job! His feet feel so much better and they look so much better.

“Crazy Tony” was amazing! I had never been to this salon before, but my sister had. I’ve had such bad experiences at other places closer to where I live. But he made me feel welcome and right at home and he did an amazing job! I normally do acrylics on my fingers and he introduced me to the dip polish and I am in love! Was laughing and relaxed the entire time. For sure worth traveling from Saint Petersburg for. Thank you for such a great job Tony!

Jenna did my nails and she always nails it. I never know what I want to do with my nails so I gave her a few ideas of what I liked and she designed the best nails. She always masters the shape I want and keeps my nails always looking extra, just how i like it. Will definitely be going back to Jenna!

Did my nails and my toes yesterday and polish is already coming off, they use cheap polish cheap everything....I won’t recommend this place to my worst enemy . It’s a beautiful place inside but never going there again, staffs work is horrible only everyday customers gets special treatment. They don’t even deserve a 1 star, WORST PLACE TO GO.

Horrible acrylic manicure, the star girl does not understand anything, I paid a full set for $ 55 and my nails had bubbles and ridges on the cuticle. Its a shame because the site is very clean and with all the protection measures.

I love getting my nails done here. Tony always goes above and beyond to make sure he creates all the designs I choose and that I always like my nails! I got my nails done at a different place with my friend and ended up back here with Tony a week later because I didn’t like them. Tony is the best!
