Very very horrible place. 1st of all almost wanted to charge me a $100 for mermaid nails.if Posted on Facebook about their business in their nail jobs I tried to contact them could never get them to contact me back try to make an appointment and then got very rudely and disrespectful by one of their employees by telling me that I was way too complicated because I wanted to make an appointment and communicate more properly over the phone then called and tried to talk to the manager about this and was pretty much called a liar so yeah I would advise you to go somewhere else to get your nails done though rip you off Just go ahead and squirrel through the bad reviews on this place it is not worth the money they will mess up your nails they are very unprofessional they do not know how to treat customers do not waste your money here

This salon advertises itself as vegan and doesnt use paraben, sulfate, etc. Yet OPI gel polish is not even cruelty free, yet alone vegan. When I asked the girl if it was vegan, she said yes. I completed my service and googled the product and it is not even cruelty free. I called them and they said a different polish is vegan. So why do you not clearly say this in the book you are advertising prices, polishes and color? $40 is too much for a gel mani, especially if it is not vegan. I expected a great experience, but that was not the case. Luna Luxe in Tampa is 100% vegan and can be trusted. Not going back.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. It is VERY clean, the staff is VERY kind and helpful and their work is fantastic. I can’t remember the last time I had a place like this to go to. I am going to be a loyal customer as long as I live here! Tammy does my nails but I have brought several friends who have had various professionals there and have always been more than satisfied with their services. Highly recommend!!!

Myah slays my nails every time. I have never once left dissatisfied with any of my services. She is so detail oriented and wildly creative with her nail art on top of being an absolute sweetheart. Booking online is easy and ensures that I will be with my favorite nail tech!

Walked in without an appointment and was immediately seated for a nail repair and gel mani. Very impressed with the shop, beautifully designed and immaculate. They have a large selection of colors and actually do nail art. Mai did an awesome job on my nails and was very personable. Would definitely recommend!

Wanted to get my toes done for a beach vacation tomorrow and with a big chunk of skin missing, I doubt I will have a pleasant time near saltwater and sand. No apologies were made or compensation. I actually had to pay $40 for this...disappointed and a sore toe.

I have tried many shops in the area and this one is by far the best! Extremely clean and every tech I’ve had has been great and provided great service. I had Jenny my last visit and she was so friendly and did a great job. I get dip powder manicures and they last much longer compared to any other shop I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon.

This was my first time at this salon and it was a great experience. I got a new set of acrylic nails with Bella and a pedicure with Kim, both did a great job and I felt pampered with the service I received. I have already scheduled my next visit!

This place was so horrible to my daughter all my daughter was trying to do was try to make an appointment over there advertising on Facebook they were nothing but rude and mean to my daughter when she was trying to spend a $100 on a nail design I would advise you to take your business somewhere else before they get aggravated at you and tell you that youre being too complicated for trying to make an appointment

My experience was delightful and peaceful! The atmosphere is quiet and very beautiful! It is clean and plenty of room. I was able to watch a wonderful movie based on a true story and song I can Only Imagine while getting my nails done. Everyone is completely professional and smiles when making eye contact. Like usual, I am indecisive with my nails and my nail tech was very patient with me and worked with me to get the perfect look. They did not rush me or make me feel bad at all. I think I have finally found the right nail spa in town thanks to Moc Nail Spa!

I love Moc Nail. The Spa is clean and all the techs are well dressed and professional looking. My nail tech is Lilly and she is excellent. Shes also very kind and knows how to treat her customers. Im glad I walked into this spa because now I have a home!Ive been going to Lily for about 3 months now...love her, love my nails and am working up the nerve for a pedicure!!! Lol

My first time there was awesome. I got a pedicure by Kim and it was very relaxing. She’s very good and if you’ve had a hard day at work and your feet need a good massage. I recommend her and this place. When I arrived the owner and her daughter greeted me and helped me sign into the system. Then they took me to my seat and Kim asked me did I want a drink ( water, soda or wine). I truly enjoyed my pedicure in a nice upscale business with unbeatable prices. I’m moving here in a few months and Moc is my new nail salon. 💅🏾

Absolutely love everything about this place. The owners are great. Love love love Vickie for my nails and Olivia for pedicures! I come here religiously with my best friend every 2 weeks. They offer you drinks when you sit down. They have an amazing wax you put your hands in that feels and smells amazing.

I tried MOC Nails for the first time 3 weeks ago. I was impressed with the decor and feel of the salon. The service I received for my pedicure and dipped nails was excellent. The nail tech gave so much attention to detail and my nails are still in tact 3 weeks later. I highly recommend getting the dipped nails at this salon.

This place is so clean and odorless! I hated going to salons that had that awful nail smell. You do not get ANY of that here! The services are wonderful. I have used several techs and they are all very professional. I have had powder nails done for months and have never had any chipping or problems. Amy is the best! She takes her time and is very tedious with her work. You can book your appointments online and save a little! Highly recommend!!

Love this place, I have become a regular!! The few times I have had a nail chip or had to have something corrected, it has never been an issue. They take care of their customers, clean and friendly spa!!

Asked for a full set, everything went fine until I found out that my bill was $50 because apparently gel polish was used...no one ever asked me whether I wanted gel or not (although the tech claimed she did ask...if you had asked, I would have said no because I never get gel). On top of that, gel polish is an extra $15 while the full set is $30 (according to the website at least), so where did the extra $5 come from?It is not fair to pay for something that I didnt want and that I didnt consent to, its not like I can do anything about it after the nails are done which is why you need to ASK before doing something. It is sad that you make your money by tricking customers. Needless to say, not coming back until this place inevitably switches owners again.

MOC nails was so amazing! My sister is getting married this Saturday, so we had a huge group of family and friends get their nails done. We were able to bring snacks for the event and they provided wine. The customer service was so great and the attention to detail in the nails was so precise! This has been my favorite me time relaxation and pampering treat to myself for months now. I just love the treatment I get here consistently. Wheter its a manicure or a pedicure I am always thrilled with the results! I started as a chronic nail biter and did the acrylic nails first which helped me to grow out my natural nails. They lasted through my growing out phase. Then i went to the gel manicure which is amazing! As a nurse my hands get a lot of abuse with my daily routine, but my nails always look perfect! Expensive! Was told they will not do a toe polish change with Gel polish. Then ran my card 3 times, for 3 charges and did not reverse the charges for more than 10 days. Not pleased.
