It was my first time here, I went with my friend and I was pleasantly surprised with my nails. I absolutely LOVE them!! My nails never looked so good, and Ive had fake nails many, many times but these are the best. The lady who owns the place did mine and I will definitely be back to see her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Kayla has been doing my nails for 6+ months now. Had Nadine do my brazilian wax. Atmosphere is very comfortable, service is great & i never leave unhappy. Absolutely recommend this salon!

Its an ok atmosphere and the service is ok as well. The chairs could be wiped down after every person, or at least at night.

I had a manicure & pedicure appointment with Holly. She started with my manicure then passed me on to another tech so she can do another client. Then another tech did my pedicure who is new so I was passed on again to another tech. What a customer service. I will never be back.

Tiffany did an absolute beautiful job on my daughters nails. She is fantastic! I highly recommend asking for her.

My nail tech of the last few months,Tam, interrupted our fill in service multiple times to take care of other customers getting pedicures, her lunch delivery, then forgot about doing my eyebrow wax. She rushed through and misshaped my fingernails. When I mentioned it to her and that the polish wasnt drying correctly, she fought with me and said it was my fault for not holding my hands in the UV machine correctly. She tried to fix them by putting additional gel coats on them making them so thick looking like a rookie did them. So disappointed by her lack of attention to me. I will not go back here.

I went to botanical nails because my regular technician at another spa was on vacation. All I requested was a gel polish change on my hands and twice I was asked if I wanted an manicure and I replied no thank you. Not only did she proceed with a manicure, she filed my nails down paper thin that they kept getting the heat burn when she filed. There are a couple bubbles in the polish and also the sides of most of my nails aren’t even painted. She was extremely rough with my hands.

Been going here for years. All the girls are great and the new remodel is absolutely gorgeous. Salon is super clean and they follow all the codes and have liners for their tubs and all implements are not re used . They are all packaged brand new for each client. Glad I found them

This is such a fancy nails salon. Their new furniture look so beautiful especially those pedicure spa chairs. They have a lot of massage function on those chairs. I really loved it and enjoyed it when I got my pedicure done here. Services was good, price was reasonable.

They took their time and were super pleasant. Very good, friendly atmosphere. Cannot wait to come back here for a pedicure!

This shop has new owners and has been remodeled. Holly is awesome, I’m very pick with my nails and I love her work. She was my nail tech at another salon but I followed her here.

Everyone here is so friendly here and thay do such a great job I truly do recommend everyone to come here 💅😋

Love Tiffany...they have fabulous chairs and induvidual liners for the foot basins. Their special cant be beat!!

Lady who did my nails was very good. However a guy came in selling plants and they all went crazy over these plants. My nail lady left me for 5 minutes to look at them. It was a 30 minute ordeal with these plants. My nail tech was so distracted. Prolonged the appt and I felt like I wasnt her top priority. Just not a good customer experience. But my nails look nice at least.

This is such a clean and luxury nails salon. I like their new equipment, especially those pedicure spa chairs. I felt so good on the spa chair with its massage functions. Besides that, their pedicure service was excellent. The technician did a professional job.

Just got my nails filled by one of the older ladies there. All uneven, some are shorter than the others, none of the shapes match, paint all over my fingers, the paint on my nails is full of brush marks. Waste of money.
