Overall very pleasant and nice experience at this nail spa! Very good deal for $55 for the Deluxe Special Pedicure 💆🏻‍♂️🦶🏻🧖🏻‍♀️ 😌💯. Me and my friend got manicures & pedicures done. They did a really good job and the delux version of both the pedicures & manicures were well worth the $. Will definitely be coming back here again, as all the nail techs and people working here are very precise, patient and good at what they do :)10/10 recommend. P.S. they have a diamond pedicure I didn’t know about until I saw the sign concerning it in the restroom, which me and my best friend will have to get done next time! 😱🤯🤩😍💅🏻💅🏿💯🦶🏻

My nails on my right hand look like they need a fill already! She didn’t fill them or paint them close enough to the cuticle. I told her something wasn’t straight and she didn’t think she needed to fix it. I gave her a picture to go off of (very simple black matte). Then when she was painting the matte finish she missed quite a bit on one specific nail and a little on just about every single other nail so when I told her after she put the polish away quickly that she would need to redo one of them she said no I don’t, I already did it. I told her that it was still shiny and she would have to redo it and she said again no I already did it. After she made me go three times in the UV light then she finally realized that the customer was right and she in fact did miss quite a bit. She only fixed the one nail so I still have shiny parts on most of the rest. She was not gentle whatsoever and cut quite a bit around my cuticle as you can see. The only reason I gave more than one star was because the owner was nice and was very quick to get me in last minute. However the nail tech that I had is another story…

Zero wait time. Super friendly. The only place Ive found since moving to the area that can do specific designs without messing up. Highly recommend.

Amazing first time experience here. Had old nails removed, a new pink and white set, gel French pedi on my feet, and my eyebrows done. All amazing and done within an hour. I used to spend 3 hours at a salon, but the speed and beautiful design and way my nails were done is just simply amazing. Ill be back for sure.

I feel as if I have been everywhere in the state but have only been in locations in Pinellas County. However, they are amazing here. You know you found a good place when you are still loving your nails a week after they were done. Which I do! They are so nice and can do whatever you want.

Was there yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure done. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job. However, the one that did my manicure did nothing but hurting me. I could tell she was in a rush and did not care what she was doing. She did not even take the time to remove the cuticle and I had to asked her. She was not very happy and as you can see in the pictures she was NOT professional at all. Some of my fingers were even bleeding when I left. She did not even remove the gel under and around my nails. NOT coming back again.

Rushed my nails, the shapes aren’t all the same.. my pointer finger is crooked, spots missing polish, painted orange over some of my previous BLACK nails so you can see black spots, awful experience and usually I like this salons work. Also prices are never the same every time I go.

The ladies were very friendly, and the pedicure I got was totally worth the price.. but the manicure.. it looked so bad. She left the dried up glue under my nails, they were crooked, they were super thick and kind of lumpy, and one of my cuticles was bleeding after I left. I wish I had noticed at the time but I was there with a friend and we were talking so I didnt notice till the place was closed and I got in my car to go home. It was pretty busy and the woman doing my nails was taking phone calls and payments and directing people, so maybe its just that she was so busy she couldnt give me the attention I needed? I feel bad saying anything negative, but if she asked me to wait I would have happily waited rather than be rushed through it. I enjoyed the experience but the outcome of my nails is just.. not cute..

This is by far, the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. Caitlin is the epitome of great customer service. She loves her staff and they love her. They are all competant, friendly and artistic. I have had them do nails, waxing, and eyelash extensions.

Prices inconsistent. Price was different every time I went, and you can even hear them telling customers different prices for the same thing they just quoted you for- they have no shame. The quoted price will always be different than the final amount youre charged for, then they will get frustrated with you like youre the one that changed the price. They rush through jobs to try to accommodate more people but end up doing a very poor job. The last time I went, my nails were rushed so the gel didnt harden properly or evenly. One finger was so bad the GEL, popped off and underneath was a wet layer...2 weeks later. They also do not know how to wax eyebrows, and will rush through that as well, leaving a sloppy job. I will never step foot in there again.

I have been going to Caitlyn for years and she is so sweet! She checks throughout the process to make sure you love your manicure and listens to what you prefer/like. I always change the color and shape of my nails and she never complains, always happy to help.Today, I decided to get a pedicure too.. Tina did the pedicure and I will be asking for her every time! She was amazing. I didn’t want it to end.Thank you for the continuous great service ladies. You must stop in and see them!

I brought in an inspiration picture and Kim didnt disappoint! Made a few changes too color and design, and got exactly what I wanted. As usual!

I got a fill in, color change with gel for 20 dollars. I also seen how detailed the staff was but I realized it could have been more detailed if it was less busy. I will try to return again on a day that is less busy but I will be returning.

They do such a great job! I always find my self coming back to this salon due to the quality being so good. They really put time into making sure the service is perfect before you leave, also so much more affordable when compared to other salons!

I hate that Im writing this review and that I have to find a new place. 3 stars because they do get me in quickly and for the most part they do a good job depending on who does your nails and if they are busy. BUT I have to find a new place because they ripped me off. I come in every 2 weeks, I tip good and my nails are short - very low maintenance. Never have I ever paid $40 to get my nails done. Nowhere have I ever been charges that. If thats what it has been - fine. But never has it been. The prices are not consistent and thats disappointing. Im not confrontational so I just take my business else where. Make sure you ask the prices.

The service here is terrible plus the girl that did my manicure did a bad job. She did do a good job on the pedicure, but I’m Never coming back, waste of time and money. They treat their customers very bad, like you’re some manikin and not a person. Also the salon has a very strong, toxic, chemical smell that made me sick to my stomach and I’m not even pregnant.

I may be a guy walking into to get a mani - and carry a purse - but doesn’t mean I’m looking to have my nails done trashy. Clearly walking in my nails were polished with barely there color and when I was asked what color I want, I said something similar - barely there pink. The condescending women next to my stylist gives her this hot pink with sparkles in it. Really? Could you guys be any less professional. Couldn’t WAIT for my visit to be over. Told her to skip the polish I just wanted to leave. She did a horrible job filing my nails, completely uneven. I came in square nails - left with unmatched rounded ones. Horrible salon, horrible job, horrible customer service.

Finally have a nail salon I can visit more than once! I got a shellac mani and pedi. My nail tech actually painted down to the nail bed so it doesnt look grown out in 3 days. Its been two weeks and there hasnt been any cracking or peeling except for me jamming my finger and creating a crack....i went in for the repair yesterday. No questions asked and NO CHARGE!! Im hooked.

The staff is nice for the most part and depending who you get will determine how good of a job is done. Ive been coming to this salon a while now and I will say most of the staff will rush through your visit and do mediocre work. Pricing is inconsistent. I went and saw Maddy today, she’s very polite and did a nice job and I will be going back to her only.

The best spa!! I had my eyebrows micro-needled by Caitlyn and she did a perfect job. She gave them shape and filled in the bald areas created by age and by me over-plucking. They look fantastic now! This is a very busy shop due to fair pricing and its professional staff. In spite of how busy they can get at times, I have never had a lengthy wait time. Ivy is my nail technician who is a perfectionist at her profession. She has a very sweet demeanor and I look forward to spending time with her. The shop is clean and sanitary and the manager/owner is normally always on-site to oversee and assure that things run smoothly.

Great job done by the girls. They were not busy so while I was getting pedicure by one girl another was doing my nails. Ultimate relaxation.

It was the first time went there, and I wanted I a manicure, I called ahead to make an appointment, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to be seen. I told the tech I have never had my nails done so I didnt know much. She didnt speak English at all, I had to have her repeat things multiple times. This upset her and she walked away from me. She came back 5 minutes later and told me I needed to fix 3 of the nails by adding on 3 fake nails. I said yes expecting it to be only a few dollars more. She did not speak to me for the remainder of the visit, except when she told me I needed to get my eyebrows done. I said no. I asked her to make the nails round. She made them square. They are not filed correctly and are uneven. One of the fake nails broke and instead of giving me a new one she just glued it. Finally when she was done she just said done. I asked where I will pay because they didnt have a front clerk. She said the front. So I walk to the front, no one comes. I could have just walked out. (I should have) I ask another tech where to pay, I had to ask 3 times. Finally the tech that did my nails walks up and I ask how much. She says $35 . I ask why, I only wanted a manicure with the 3 fixes she says 35 dollars. I pull out the 35 and hand it to her. She looks at me and waits with her hand out expecting me to tip. I do not and she takes the 35 in cash and slams it on the desk. If you want a good manicure DO NOT COME HERE.

I love Sunshine Nails and the ladies here. They’re so sweet and talented. I’ve been coming here for over two years and I always leave happy. I’ve had acrylic tips and polish, regular, and gels done and all come out beautiful. Today Caitlyn did a fantastic job with my Christmas ombré nails.

I was there about 10 minutes ago and I’m literally going to my regular nail place to fix what these guys did. I asked for dip and they did acrylic. The shape is absolutely horrible and inconsistent. The lady did it in about 30 to 40 minutes which it should never be that fast for acrylics. They just look absolutely horrible and I can’t even go a day with these on my nails. I will never go back

The prices are very good, clean environment, but i have a few problems. i go in to get a gel full set and pedicure and i had an appointment at 2:00pm. i was not seen until 2:45pm which is obviously upsetting, but im usually not the one to complain so i didnt say anything. i get the pedicure and it was great, but as i get to the full set the lady was rushing and cutting my fingers and it turned out okay, but she didnt file very well at all and she missed parts of my nail that she was suppose to cover with the acrylic, as well as covering my skin with the acrylic. i was able to pull some of the acrylic off of my skin and shape the nails, but i will be going in tomorrow to ask for them to cover the rest of my nail that she missed. overall, she was very sweet and i do understand she had a lot of customers to attend to, but i dont see why going through customers as quick as possible is is more important than taking your time and giving what the customer paid for.

They are definitely affordable and convenient. Sunshine nails has decent service and most of the ladies who work there are friendly (that could be a language barrier though). The service is quick, barely any waiting which is ideal for most people. Theyre usually not busy either. This is why its got three stars instead of two. I went in and got shellac which, on average, lasts two to three weeks. About six days later most of the sides started popping out and today which is eight days later four nails peeled off!! Not to mention the lady didnt get all the edges on my nails nor did she bother with cleaning my cuticles (I did pay for a manicure)! She very briefly filed my nails then proceeded to buff them along with the delicate skin above them. Both my ring fingers had angry red scabs above them for about five days. Now I dont do manual labor; I barely handle paper and dont wash dishes. What Im trying to say is they should have lasted three weeks easy. My normal nail polish lasts five days with just gel topcoat. You get what you pay for ladies and I got a week for $20 (not including tip).

I love this place! Ive only gone twice so far but I will be a regular customer from now on. Theyve done a perfect job on my nails and even my young daughters when she tagged along with me the first time I came in. The prices are great and for the quality of work their techs do they could charge much more than they do! Definitely recommend if you havent been yet. Its rare to find a place where you cant find a single thing wrong with your nails once theyre done, Im very much a perfectionist when it comes to having mine done and they meet those expectations.

I started going here a few months ago and I love it! They always do a great job and take care of me without a problem. Prices are great and my gel manicures last three weeks or more which makes me very happy! Overall it is an awesome nail salon and I would 100% recommend it!

I have been there twice now to get SNS nails done. Both times they were beautiful. The most recent time, I also got my eyebrows done. Bebe did a great job with not only my nails, making sure I liked them every step of the way but she also cleaned up my eyebrows beautifully and made sure they were done well. The happiest I’ve been with my eyebrow service in a long time. I definitely recommend this salon!

This is a wonderful Salon. The staff is nice and friendly. Everything is clean and maintained very well. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful. I tried the technician named Andy, and she was amazing. She was able to accommodate a picture that I saw on Pinterest and my nails came out perfect!!!

After reading all the great reviews for this salon, I myself thought I should try them out. I can definitely say they got a new customer. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they saw me within 15 minutes. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I left with beautiful nails, at a very reasonable price. Ill be returning for my fill tomorrow:)

Amazing! Just had my eyebrows microbladed and I was very nervous but I am so pleased with the results! While I was there I also had eyelash extensions for the first time which also look amazing! This salon is at least 20 minutes from my house but I will definitely be going here from now on.

Location at site advertised for $20. walk in for “gel full set” and they’re charging $32. spoke to nail tech and she said gel polish is $8 more for polish. she tried to say $20 includes gel acrylic and clear polish? not color? i have NEVER heard this before.false advertising for a place that had broken ac and up charging.DO NOT believe prices.

I went here based upon all the wonderful reviews already posted and consequently had high expectations. I was sorely disappointed.Cons: The place seems to have poor and inadequate ventilation because the smell of acetone is overwhelming and gave me a headache. Ive been to dozens of nail salons and this is the first one that had such a strong chemical smell. My manicure was done while I was sitting in the pedicure chair and was done dry...no soaking of my nails to soften cuticles. The man that did my manicure was distracted and rushed through everything. I had to ask him to remove some of the paint that ended up on the tip of my thumb. Ive received better manicures from my 6 year old daughter than I received by the professionals here.I guess there is a reason their manicures are $10. The place is cramped and cluttered.Pros: A gigantic selection of colours. The pedicure chairs are comfy and massage.Im a one and done with this place. Wont be a repeat customer.

I have been here 6-8 times with my daughter for pedicures. I always feel like I am being rushed. However, my daughter comes here to get her nails done, She has done the gel and the dip. Yesterday she wanted to get hernails done and her eyebrows waxed. The owner was her technician. My daughter picked out her color and she was told no, this color is better for you. The owner also was trying to sell her the microblading and my daughter said she will think about it, but for now wants waxing. The lady waxed her eyebrows off !!! My daughter did not notice this until she got to the car and looked in her mirror. The lady did not offer her a mirror. Again, feeling rushed !! My daughter was extremely upset and did not want to go back in to complain because she was embarrassed of the way she looked. Cant fix it anyway. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! We will never go back and I intend to tell everyone I know about my daughters experience !

In August 2017, I had several pedi and mania here and the results have been fantastic. Staff always friendly and clean. On this visit I elected to undergo micro blading application on my faded eye brows. After my facial the procedure began. This was my first micro blading experience which took longer than I expected. The results were fabulous. I would highly recommend Sunshine Nails for your permanent makeup needs.

1st time at Sunshine Nails. 1 of very few salons open on Sunday, and early which is very convenient. Excellent service, accommodating, wont let you leave until your happy with your service AND guaruntee their services for several weeks or they will fix it for free! Cant say enough good things, and Ive tried MANY nail salons. Oh, and their coffee is delicious too! You wont regret visiting this salon!

I’ve came here many times to get my nails done and I’ve loved how they turn out every time !! I’ve also gotten my eyebrows waxed here only once but I really liked how they turned out, I’m actually planning on getting them waxed again soon for prom. Their prices for nails/waxing are pretty low too which is great.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is one of the few salons Ive been to in this area that do true gel rather than just top coat. Because of that, they can do some amazing fancier/artsy designs! The prices are reasonable/average but the quality is excellent. If you dont always make it for a fill in when you should, no worries - they will last and continue to look perfect until next time. Highly recommended!
