Beautiful store and excellent quality! Plus everyone is so friendly! I was able to walk in for a manicure and pedicure right away. I had a very relaxing experience and 10/10 would come back!

I absolutely love this place! I have been here more than a handful of times. I always get gel and acrylic nails. I would say Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails. Especially acrylic. Im hard on my nails being a teacher so they need to be strong but not thick. Be always does my nails and I couldnt be happier. The price is perfect and Im always treated well. I will be coming here for a long time.There is a machine to sterilize in the back (one review said they couldnt tell).Ask for Be!!! ❤❤❤

I dont know why there are some bad reviews about this place. Recently, they have gotten a new OWNERSHIP. The owner is very courteous and thoughtful. I received a spa manicure and the deluxe spa pedicure. Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. I was impressed that the nail technician took her time doing my nails properly. I did not feel rushed out the door or as though the nail techs were racing to see who could finish first. This is my biggest complaint with other nail places. The decor is classy and tasteful and the atmosphere is soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend this nail spa!!!

Terrible place close on me would never go again!

Fantastic nail place. Amy is my favorite. She takes care of me and my 3 girls all the time. The spa is a very pretty atmosphere. The pedicure chairs work very well. They are all cleaned each time. Great selection of pedicures and manicures. Waxing is available and the quality of the was is so good it smells like chocolate.

This is a really nice and clean environment. They take their time and get things done the right way. There a variety of colors and they are very professional. I love it here and would recommend this to place to Anyone. My nails always comes out on point. 😍

My boss and I were visiting from out of town for work and did not get off work until 7pm. We wanted manicures and went to this place. Even though it was already 7:15 pm and they closed at 7pm they stayed open for us. The atmosphere is calm and the salon is very clean. The manicurists did amazing jobs and they were even ok with also doing lip waxes. I would definitely go back!

This review is based on two seperate experiences.A few weeks ago I ventured here to get my eyebrows done, the young woman who did my eye brows did the BEST job out of anywhere I have ever gone. They were just how I wanted them.Then last night, I got my nails done for the first time in years. My nail technician was FABULOUS. He had great attention to detail and really did a beautiful french manicure. I was very pleased with my experience.I must also compliment on the cleanliness of the facility. Made me feel very comfortable!

000000 stars....do not believe the four star reviews...the nail technicians are terrible, poor nail shaping and CANNOT paint cleanly...one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had...also they have extremely limited colors to choose from, just money making no skills, limited supplies and poor customer service. In contrast Happy Nails Salon directly in back of this store is awesome and professional with skilled technicians and many, many colors to choose from.

Family owned, and very clean. They have Chrome, SNS powder, acrylic, and tons of gel color to choose from along with regular nail polish. I love their Spa pedicures, it has a wonderful long foot massage which includes a mask, hot stone, hot towels, oil & lotion. Feels great!

I went there for the first time today. I was a walk in at 6:15 pm. Got right in. My nails came out great. Friendly, fast and clean. Fill will gel polish was $35.

Dont go here!!! They over charged/cheated me out of money and my nails were crooked. Lady kept trying to upsell me on pedicure. I told her THREE times to give me classic and kept saying, You said deluxe? VERY ANNOYED.Also the nail tech cut my nail fold up and tried to say it was because my cuticles were long?

Avoid at all costs. I brought my 4 year old daughter there today and they upsold everything to her and charged me $60 without getting any consent or permission from me. You have lost me as a customer and I will make sure everyone knows that you are unethical crooks.

Terrible experience here! They pick and choose who’s nails they want to do that day and that’s not how you run a business! I made an appointment three days before my wedding for a pedi and a full set of gel nails .. my pedicure was complete and as I waited to get my nails done 6 women walked in one was a bride and the rest were her parents and bridesmaids .. he asked me could I come back later to have my nails done because they needed to complete their pedicures! Keep in mind I had already been here for over an hour! And it’s ALSO the week of my wedding. In the end it was about who’s spending more money! I found somewhere right around the corner with better prices and better moral ethnics.

Beautiful interior/ fabulous service for walk ins. Loved the fast service for me as a walk in! I was prepared to wait.... And they were able to accommodate me for a mani and pedi within 4-5 minutes!They also did a very thorough job on my gel nails. I love the French tip! Great service and thanks for the FREE glass of wine :)

I just left after getting a pedicure by Tina and I would never go back. As soon as I told her I just wanted the regular pedicure instead of a more expensive one her friendly demeanor turned cold and rude. How unprofessional! She did a terrible job filing. My nails are uneven. One star is too much for this place.

Good and bad...cleanliness,atmosphere,professionalism,sweet I give them all a 10!!! The only thing they dropped the ball on was what I actually asked for...I told her KEEP MY LENGTH AND SHAPE...she spoke good English so she understood me as well as a few others that work there. And yet I walked out with slightly shorter nails that dont look like my own....but hey..theyll grow back, not the end of the world. Past that the French is lovely, gel is sterdy but thin....so ill still highly recommended them and go back...ill just have to reiterate what I want

I had just moved in the area and needed to find a permanent nail shop asap. This was the first place I tried.. I was headed out of town for the weekend and decided to try the chrome nails polish at this location.The very next day the polish started to chip so I called to let them know but that I wouldnt have time to get it fixed there as I was leaving town. He said ok when I come back to them they will do them- he said he will remember me. I paid to get my nails done AGAIN the very next day while I was out of town as they were really chipped. 2 weeks later I went back to them and he remembered me.. I got pedi and gel mani regular polish and it was great. When paying he said I am only taking a couple of dollars off because you took too long to come back. 2 weeks? That is the normal time you go get your nails done right? 2-3 weeks. I had to pay full price to get my nails done at another location the day after they did mine and it was $5 he took off. I never went back. The first nail salon Ive ever had something negative to say. However, the place was nice.

Very disappointed overall. I went at lunch for a gel mani and was immediately sat with a lovely woman. As I was choosing my color from their color options another customer came in and needed an acrylic fill. I was asked to move to another girl so the woman could help this other customer. The woman (Tina) I was moved to was less than enthusiastic to be interrupted and was not very personable. My color went on uneven and she didnt seem to want to correct it until I pushed. I was so disappointed in the whole experience in this salon and I will not return or recommend others to go there.

Today was my first time going to this nail salon and Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails cause they cost alot of money. So before I walked in, I had the exact shape I wanted cause I was just getting a fill in, but I needed my nails trimmed down. Her name was tina, and she filed one hand and not the other and then started with the acrylic, and she said later I file, Im like okay. So she doesnt put the acrylic on my full nail just where it needed filled and it was all bumpy, my shape of my nails were all diffrent shapes and crooked, and she painted my nails from the bottom of my nail to the cuticle and it was bumpy They charged me for shaping my nails and they was all jacked up!! I WILL NEVER go back!! I came straight home, took the nail polish off and filed my own nails and I paid 20 dollars for what? Im so irritated over that place!! I do NOT reccomend this place at ALL!!!

I came to this location last week after leaving Happy Nails (next door behind the Shell station). Let me tell you me and my nails were not happy. I will not get into the long story of my issues there, but upon entering I was welcomed at Your Nails and Spa and after listening to my story they told me not to worry that they would help me and fix my nails. The place was clean, the ppl were friendly and I felt at ease. Despite having an appt coming up I believe her name was Katie took me and fix my nails for me and finished the job that the last place failed to do. I cant wait to go back and have them, do my nails next time and see their full potential. Thank you for taking me last min and for finishing my nails to the point where I actually loved them when I left. I look forward to returning.

Bad experience.. it took an hour and 45 minutes for a basic mani pedi that I was told would take an hour and 10 minutes because the tech was too busy watching the Voice on tv instead of focusing.. the polish job was horrible - when I asked her to redo it she acted annoyed.. waste of $50!!

I go here constantly since its right across the street and the service is great and they remember what services my mother and I get, I love the employees :)

This is an ok place to get your nails done, but not for eyebrows. The eyebrow job was sloppy (missed hairs) and she messed up the shape. Thankfully they will grow back, but until then I’ll be taking extra time to fill them in. Most of the staff is pleasant but some are rude and ignore you. Will probably only be back if I’m in desperate need of a mani/pedi.

I went in to get my eyebrows done. When I walked out and got into my car I noticed how short one was over the other. Very short. I went back in and spoke to the lady that did it and she told me it wasnt her. It was like that. I look at my face every day. It wasnt like that. Then she told me it wasnt her fault and I said you just waxed them or over twezed it. She said then there wouldnt be any hair. There is like two little blonde hairs left. Then a guy came over and said she didnt do that. He wasnt in the room. I told him I wasnt happy that this isnt ok. He said it was their policy to not give refunds and he can do a gift card. I told him this was my first time coming in and this happens. I am not coming back. So then he told me to go online and write a bad review then. Really go online and write a bad review. That is so unprofessional. And I said so you rather me leave as an unhappy customer and he said yes. I am appalled by how unprofessional they treat a customer.

Probably one of the BEST mani/pedis Ive had in a while! Great attention to detail. Vinylux polish available but not Vinylux base or top coat which I found strange. But none the less, my girl did a beautiful job and really provided the full service above and beyond what Ive experienced before for a basic mani/pedi. $5 off on Mon/tues/wed(call ahead for details).

I used to like this place and gave it many chances but I finally had it. The quality is good but unfortunately customer service has been horrible for the past few months. There has been a few times that I had to wait over 30 minutes and barely got an apology for wait. Since for those times I had not set up an apmnt I didnt think it would be fair to complaint -still that does not justify poor customer service.The last 2 times I was there however I had an apmnt. The second to last time I was there the owner was the one who did my nails -she acted as she didnt care and when I asked for a matching color for my toes she made no effort to find one -she simply said they didnt have it. I didnt take it personal and picked a different color. I assumed she was having a bad day. The last time I was there, again I set up the apmnt for 6pm. I was on a time crunch as I was travelling the following day and still had to pack. I got there and the place was full and some people were waiting. Considering I had an apmnt I assumed that I would be seen at 6pm or at least someone would let me know how long would take. The owner saw me and didnt even acknowledged my presence. I kept starring at her and she avoided eye contact. After 20min waiting and no one even asking me what I needed to get done I decided to leave and go to a diferent place. RIDICULOUS. By the way the other place I went, I had to wait BUT my presence was acknowledged and not only that -I was even offered a wine to drink while waiting --and of course I was given many apologies for the wait.I refuse to give my money to them ever again until they change ownership. I had even referred my mom and friends there but I already told them to never go there again.If you dont have customer service skills perhaps you are in the wrong business. I always give good tips and I am always courteous to the nail techs -I understand is not an easy job however when I am the customer I expect at least an acknowledgment of my presence -when the actual owner treats the customer like an object then I have a problem.Again I used to like this place and it is a shame the lost not only my business but my familys and friends business due to poor customer service.

Yesterday I started up this Yelp thing and the first thing I did was look for a good nail and spa place.I happened upon Your Nails and Spa and read the reviews.After becoming satisfied with the reports,I called around 7:30 Friday eve and made an appointment for 9:45am Saturday the 26th. Well Saturday is here and my wife and I arrived at 9:30ish just after opening and the experience begins.We walked in,was greeted by Dee and said we had a appointment and we were immediately seated in the pedi chairs.My wife had Phe and I had Lynn. I must say that the pedi experience was fantastic,the pedi chair was as comfortable as could be and Lynn was as gentle as I have experienced. No pinching,no cuts just a relaxing pedicure.Lynn also did my manicure and she was just as awesome.One thing that I noticed right away....the ambiance here was as relaxing as one could expect. Missing were that loud chattering that I have experienced at other salons between the workers,and the music was relaxing. There was no television set to some silly soap opera or depressing news channel....just relaxing soft music. This made the whole experience worth the price of the mani-pedi.In summary....you guys did alright by me and my wife, and my hard to please wife was impressed. Also I tipped the ladies handsomely, much to the delight of the other lady customers in the store. You now have new customers. PLEASE keep up the high standard and keep the positive reviews coming. Thank You, Your Nails and Spa !!!

Got full arm waxing done, it was terrible. I have patches of hair left and she refused to do it. Worst waxing experience ever.

This Spa is very clean and appearance is well groomed. On Wednesdays they have a special for Mani/Pedi for $35. Working in the Carilon Area, I am excited to have this option closer to work for when I need a break or just dont have time to commute home for the Mani/Pedi appointment at my normal spa. Ask for Diane. Please note, I have natural nails and therefore only have used Mani/Pedi Services.Also, I discovered this salon one day on my way to lunch- I had an emegency NAIL situation that required nail clippers that I did not have in my purse. Since I have natural nails this could have been painful, expecting to pay $5 -$7 for them to fix my one nail, they correct my nail for free.
