Terrible i had a 2018 car with lots of issues....my tire blew out and even though the car was fully covered the company told me the tires were not and roadside was not going to come so put the spare on....NEVER AGAIN

A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. Its a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. Its a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isnt a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but Ive rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when Ive been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!

Busy place!

The people are great! They clearly explain certain rules specific to Florida that are very helpful to your travel plans.

People, dont rent from them.!!!! They dont offer unlimited milage even if you are booked with unlimited. The cars offered are very basic and overpriced. You havent seen worse customer service and unprofessional agents.

Oh, but for the construction. Plan on an extra 30 minutes for parking, shuttle, and detours.
