Im from Ohio and new I was trading my car in shortly after returning to Ohio from Florida. I called on a Wednesday and they got me into the shop the very next day. And since I was just visiting, they even offered to drive back to, and pick me up from my place while they were working on my vehicle.Let me just say, that for the $250 they charged me for the Showroom Shine Package #2), my ROI was 14 fold. Legit. I had been offered around 12k for my car from a mass market car buying service given the then current condition. After getting detailed by The Detail Depot, AND driving 1,100 miles back to Ohio, I received another $3500 in trade value.These guys are freaking miracle workers. I had a stain on the sunroof cover. GONE. Numerous scratches and dings. GONE. Tires and wheels were GLEAMING. The interior looked better than when it was new.Highly recommend these guys. The shop may not be what youd expect to see when you roll up, but let me tell you, the professionalism and expertise was amazing!! THANK YOU DETAIL DEPOT!!!

I bought a brand new car and wanted to protect it the best way I could. Called up Detail Depot after seeing they were an authorized dealer of Jade ceramic coating. Doug spoke to me and gave me all of the details and I couldn’t have been happier with how it sounded and the price. Had to leave the car with him for 2 days and it was very well taken care of while there, and let me tell you… the Jade Graphene coating looks and works spectacular. Comes with 4 year warranty from Jade and I couldn’t be happier. Water beads off like nobody’s business and cleaning the car is easier than ever. So happy I got this done and protected my investment. This shop will be the only place I go for my detail needs!

The Detail Depot has done a few of our trucks now and do good work. On the last one there was some miscommunication between the Owner Doug and his staff. My carpets needed a heavy duty cleaning and the staff originally didn’t do that. I wasn’t happy about it, but Doug reached out to me personally, apologized, and offered to re-do the entire truck. Everything was done correctly and up to parr the second time around, and Doug called me again to make sure that that was the case. You can’t ask for more than that from a small business. Mistakes happen, but Doug reached out and made it right. Thanks Doug!

This was the first time using Detail Depot and I was very impressed! Jonathan did an exceptional job and went above and beyond. My car hadn’t been detailed in about a year, it had scratches, nicks and a strange halo of red colored key-marks around the entire body of the car. Also, the drivers side front seat had seen multiple spills of coffee, etc that would not come out with commercial cleaning products. My car looks brand new with no trace of any of the issues mentioned above. I will be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and value!!

I give Doug and the crew at Detail Depot my highest recommendation. I am extremely satisfied for the work they completed. I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heart beat.I have a new Chevy Silverado that I drove through a puddle of spilled baby blue paint. I immediately pressure washed the area but it was already dried. The splatter was all the way down the driver side, in the wheel welds, on the mud flaps, EVERY WHERE! I consulted online forums and youtube but I didnt find anything that seemed safe to use.Doug thoroughly communicated with me via text, provided a military discount, had a crew member come to work early to receive my vehicle before hours, and was able to get the paint off without using strong thinners/strippers.I am very happy and will be using them again.

After loosing everything to the East Troublesome Fires on Oct 21, 2020in Grand Lake, Colorado luckily our 1977 Cadillac Coupe Deville was spared however suffered catastrophic smoke damage with black soot ! Finally after 6 months our “ Cruella” was delivered and i was heartbroken to see her in such bad shape. She was unrecognizable! I called first thing this morning and Doug got me right in. Julius spent all day detailing my girl and was especially diligent in cleaning the engine which needed to be cleaned three times due to the caked on black soot. When my hubby ( retired 2001 NHL Stanley Cup Champion and Colorado Avalanche Scott the sheriff Parker) drove in the driveway i almost cried. Cruella was back to her sparkling beautiful self. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! My heart sank seeing the rusted driver side of my car from the front, the door, and towards the back. I left my car in the driveway for months due to an extended business trip not knowing the lawn sprinklers were redirected towards my car. I went to a few places who didnt bother to see the rust on the car where they suggested products I could buy and try. Another one gave me a cost estimate over the phone without seeing the car.One I was so happy with was Matt at AutoZone in Dunedin, who referred me to Doug at Detail Depot in Clearwater, Florida. Doug checked the rusty color first by trying a product before he gave me an estimate. Now thats what I call EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a result I requested a thorough interior cleaning quote as well as the exterior estimate. When I got my car back, it was immaculate inside and out. The black interior shined, smelled so good, the floor mats were cleaned, steering wheel from faded gray back to black. All stains are now gone. WOW! PLUS the headlight covers were cleaned not yellowish when I brought the car in. The whole paint job plus the spoiler were so smooth to the touch. The rusty color were gone. Doug, Jonathan (his manager) were an awesome Team. Jonathan showed me all the detailed job he did and more than I expected. Its like a brand new sports car! I will definitely come back as well as refer Detail Depot of Clearwater to family, friends and business associates. Thank you so much Doug. The cleanest place i have ever been to get my car fully cleaned. When i returned it was cleaner and better looking and smelling then the day i bought my car. I had staines from kids and spillet drinks. The owner Douglas had a man he introduced me to named Kyle that did all the work. I figured all the stuff that needed done would take longer then it did but just a few hrs and my car was like brand new. Its also the cheapest Ive paid then anywhere else. $200 package: Great job on the Body and paint, I went back and they did it all over again and the interior looks better, and body is nice and shiny and free of oxidation except the windshield which still has residue of the chemicals used on the body, its still hazy and a bit cloudy despite doing it twice (note: this haziness did not exist prior to detailing the car here).I think what they should have done is use a clay bar on the windshield, it would have helped with that, but I will do it by myself.Overall, great experience and they went far and beyond to make a customer satisfied.

My car got covered with paint from people painting roof at work. Had it there with in an hour 2 days later they got it all off and good as new. Thanks for the great job.

These guys are amazing. I got a quote on mold remediation from the dealer for $3,500 and these guys did it for less than $700 (and believe me, they were VERY, VERY THOROUGH and did an excellent job). They also kept me updated regularly on the status of the job (it was a long and very involved job -- they had to take out all the seats and the trunk, all the carpet, get everything handled -- they really did an amazing job). I couldnt be more pleased. Furthermore, they completely and fully detailed things that were in addition to what was being fixed, at no extra charge. They were also able to refer me to a paint shop that will cost me a couple thousand $ less than the place that the dealership referred me to, and still get a good job done.

Stanley is absolutely amazing. I take care of my car as a lyft driver and one of my customers was transporting thier seafood and its oil splashed on the backs of my seats from my trunk and i tried 3 times with some dawn soap to get it out. Stanley was patient and listened to what i was looking for and took care of me. He even gave me his personal spray in case it needed a little more. I was out for a week trying to resolve this before i came there and he helped this struggling gal get back in the saddle in 30 minutes. Thank you so much Stanley ❤

I recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealership in Hillsborough County. I was very upset that the dealership did a piss poor job cleaning up the vehicles interior and exterior. I sent an online form off of the Detail Depots website to see if Detail Depot can provide a same day service. A representative from this establishment called me instantly. (not even 5 mins after form submission) The representative was very friendly, kind, understanding, and listened to my concerns regarding the vehicle. The representative gave me a solid and reasonable price for a mobile unit to come to my place residences to provide service for interior detail. The individual that interior detailed the Jeep, did an awesome job. He asked me for my complaints and literally took care of the complaints and then some. I appreciate Detail Depot for their service and professional manor. I am hoping to go back and to receive service again from Detail Depot for their service on reviving the exterior of the Jeep.

My first experience with Auto Depot was great! Kyle and Don detailed the car at my place. They were very polite, which means the world to me. They took there time and did an excellent job. They even removed the magic marker off of my leather seats. I thought would never happen. Thank you Aoto Depot! I will get there mini service to keep up with it now.

They were amazing. I left my car with Julius and he explained everything he was going to do. My car was full of sand (island girl here), the front seats were somewhat stained due to water and food spilling before, and the carpets were dirty. I didnt know how they were going to get all of it out. Next day when I came to pick it up, my seats were in the condition from when I first bought my car, stains were removed, my carpets were cleaned, and no more sand! Moreover, the outside of my car was as soft as a babys butt haha. Amazing job with the wax! Ill definitely recommend them. 👌👌👍👍

I just travel a lot, different terrains, have a husky german shepherd, yada yada. Even though my car was (I got a new car recently) only 4 years old, phew, it needed WORK. Well, I went back for my car 2 days later I was AMAZED. I will for-sure be taking my new car there in the future and I HIGHLY recommend Detail Depot.I know others probably worked on my car too, so thanks to everyone and anyone who assisted Phil with it.Also, Im pregnant and I did not have a big budget with a kid on the way, and no one was pushy or anything, or aggressive about up-selling. My car is so shiny now!! The headlight oxidation has been removed, and the engine compartment looks like new again. All the door jams have been cleaned and the the carps are immaculate! Very professional, courteous, and super convenient as they come to your work!! I would definitely recommend.

Had a paint over spray from a hotel we were staying at, complained to the manager and he agreed to pay for the van to be detailed. I took it here, they looked at it, made an appointment for the next day and they did an absolutely fabulous job on the van. They even drove us back to our hotel. It looks amazing and couldnt ask for the van to look any better than it does. The guys here are awesome and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their car detailed.

Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a car detail... Unmatched customer service, price, and finished product. My 6 year old son pulled an Exorcist vomit all over the backseat of my wifes already disgusting kid mobile. I lost hope that her car would ever look decent again long ago. If you ever need your car detailed, these guys go above and beyond by far the best detailing I ever seen, my grill on the front of my truck was faded and destroyed and my rims were shot I needed new badly I dropped it off to them, I didnt even think it was my truck they sanded and painted the rims and the grill and both bumpers awesome job gentleman you guys killed it definitely recommend everybody to at least stop by I thought my truck needed a new paint job but they sanded and put a 3 step process on it blew my mind, I still cannot believe they are this experienced, again THANK YOU DOUG AND THE DETAIL TEAM

Best detail my truck ever had. Looks like new again. The tires and interior were cleaned immaculately and ozonated. Doug was very nice and accomodating. He removed road paint and oxidation from the exterior, and it was buffed to a mirror shine.

Charged me 25 dollars for a wash and tire shine and vacuuming that I could have done myself at a self car wash. Didnt even wipe down inside or get dust and dirt out of the crack and crevices. Def wont be coming back to this place RIP OFF

They are miracle workers. I had tried to get the car clean after using it for debris cleanup - more like one would use a pick up truck than a small sedan. The grandchildren had spilled drinks and food, the dog had left hair, we had spilled numerous cups of coffee. And I had badly scraped the outside paint. I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that was full of dog hair and covered in thick Georgia clay. I brought it to Detail Depot, honestly not expecting much, but they went above and beyond what I expected. I havent found a single dog hair or a spot of clay anywhere on my Jeep. Everything inside looks brand new, carpets are cleaned very well, and all the glass is spotless. I also had a bullet that fell under my carpet a few weeks ago, one of the guys cleaned the bullet and put it in my center console. I had knives and a lot of cords inside the center console that were there when I got it back. Some of the cords were even wrapped better than what I had done. Also, the hospitality is amazing while I waited for my wife to pick me up.Thank you so much Detail Depot. Ill definitely be back next time Im in the Area.

Took my boat in yesterday and just wanted them to spruce it up a little. The gel coat didnt even look this good when I bought it! When I took it in to them it was oxidized and dull. Now all the oxidation is gone and its beautiful again! Highly recommended!

Have a 14 year old Scion xB which has been neglected. The oxidation was so bad the paint rubbed off on your hands and clothes. Other places I went to told me they could not help me. AH-MAZING!!!✨✨✨✨My car was an absolute MESS when I showed up. Makeup stains everywhere, drinks spilled, food, sauce on carpets it was so gross. I didn’t even want to drive my car anymore so I decided to invest in getting it detailed and WOW. I was speechless.
