I enjoyed every time I go to Starship. We celebrate part of our honeymoon getaway. We did brunch in Tampa with lovely friends and dinner at Clearwater. I will definitely keep going. Planning to do New Year Eve 2021!

We went on this cruise for the Fourth of July and it was so amazing. Every single one of the staff members are just great, personable and made the whole voyage so much fun. I talk to every single one of them and they were just accommodating and fabulous. I find myself somewhat of a connoisseur of dance music LOL and I supplied the DJ with multiple tunes to which he was kind enough to play every single one. The food astounding I cannot say enough about it and overall experience was just over the top. Worth every penny! Great job to the crew!

Was a good experienced and value for the price. Food was ok. Staff is excellent! Views were excellent. What didn’t work was have their buffet line in the exact same place as people boarding the boat. Very small area.

Very helpful and accommodating people. Nice day fishing! The only down side... We had 5 in our party, and we all thought there were too many people on the boat at one time. Lines kept getting crossed. Otherwise, a very nice company to book your fishing trip with.

Staff was friendly and on point. The food was good. Romantic evening out under the star on the water. The open bar with endless drink was a plus. Love it. Will definitely go again.

Had a very enjoyable evening. Met some new people and had a great time. Food was delicious. Service was a little slow mainly due to short staffing. Highly recommend. I would suggest offering a bit of a discount on the tickets for people who dont drink alcohol though. This would add greater value to the tickets.

Did a sunset cruise with open bar (no food). Drinks were ok but this is all about the sunset cruise. We opted to not do dinner, as we wanted to be outside on the deck, not inside, for the cruise to enjoy the scenery. Had a great time and would recommend this to anyone, whether local or traveling, for a unique experience.

Came to Clearwater for ThanksgivingWent on the Starship Thanksgiving Dinner cruise.Was beyond my expectations.Fantastic time and food...So good we came back to Clearwater for Christmas & New Years only to go back again on each Holiday dinner cruise.

If i could give this attraction 0 stars, I would. Do not waste your money. The food is disgusting, it’s watered down, and unseasoned. I purchased the birthday package for my significant other, and i planned this OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE, and we did not get it. The package is supposed to come with a photo, a decorated table, an appetizer, and a charger. They even wrote the wrong name on our reserved table. The manager thought a great way to make up for this was to give us two photos, when we were already supposed to get one with the package ?! My partner and i both upheld the dress code, while the crew did not enforce it upon others when clearly stated on the website, they would. This is not classy, or upscale, and I did not get what i paid for. If you’re planning this for a special event, let me warn you not to, it completely ruined our night.

Attended the Mothers Day Brunch very nice and clean. Wonderful staff and we had fun dancing with the DJ.Food was great!!So worth it ❤

Honestly I was not satisfied with the limited choices as far as the bar options the portions of food are very small. The boat is nice service was good. I wish someone would have explained the limited bar options before I purchased my ticket.

My husband and I got married on the Yacht Starship on 4/16/21. What an AMAZING experience. Christine was our wedding coordinator and she was fabulous. The food was great, the setup, the staff, EVERYTHING. Our guests had the time of their lives and wouldnt stop talking about it. We will remember this forever. Thank you Christine and the entire Yacht Starship crew.

Had a great Dinner Cruise!! The Waitress and the DJ made our Honeymoon Cruise really nice! The food was good! The weather was horrible, but they did there best to accommodate the cruise guests!!!

We went on the boat for an employee appreciate event my husband hosted. The wait staff clearly HATES their jobs. The bartender and waitress at our table were two of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. We were a group of 7 ordering our first round of drinks and were told to “speed up” by the bartender. There was no one behind us. Our waitress at the table said since we already had drinks she would tend to other tables while I had an empty beer. When she came back with our tray of drinks she exclaimed “come on guys this trays really heavy here!”. Last time I checked we paid hundreds of dollars and were treated as if we were there to serve their needs. While I understand everyone sits at once so it can be overwhelming for wait staff it doesn’t justify treating your customers like garbage. There was very very minimal covid precautions and a buffet. I will say they every other staff member was very kind and so nice! The dress code is not enforced at all. Skip the dinner service, dry bland chicken and you’re stuck on the bottom of the boat which was not enjoyable.

It was awesome. We went on Fathers day and my husband enjoyed it very much. Music was very nice. The DJ also played music that people asked for and there was dancing. We definitely enjoyed and we will be back. All the workers in the yacht were very courteous. Thank you.

Went on Valentines Day cruise. I must say I was impressed with everything. Food was great, music was good. Staff was very friendly. Masks were enforced!! Will definitely be going again.

We had a great experience last year on an evening dining tour. Food was delicious and there was good enough verity. We booked the anniversary package which comes with 2 complimentary cocktails and an anniversary dessert. Good thing is they will give you the cocktail glasses to carry home as a souvenir.You can spend some time on the deck enjoy sunset with a beer. Overall i loved the evening dining cruise.

Very nice staff that keeps up with everything you need. The buffet style dinner made the dinner trip a pleasure on our latest trip to Clearwater. The boat was clean and kept up. It was a great cruise.

Everyone was asked to wash hands followed by temp checks before boarding which was great. Well spaced out seating as well. They click photographs of everyone at the entrance which you can buy. Our picture they clicked didnt come out to be that clear. Rest everything was well managed.

So we have been on this cruise several times. Starting with COVID they were not doing the usual buffet. They were serving individual tables for safety sake which was a good idea. But they also added a $10 per person fee that you paid on the boat. We understood this as it was more work for the servers. We expected that to go away when they resumed the buffet but it didnt. That added an unexpected $40 charge to our bill. We took some out of town guests on this trip. We found the music so loud it was impossible to communicate with our guests across the table.With so many guests over 50 it would be nice to play some music we could relate to or recognize. ...

The only disappointment I had was the hidden fee forced on you $10 per adult and $5 per child. ( this fee is not mentioned on the quoted booking price instead it appears on the confirmation email received after paying for the cruise dinner) There was this big family I suppose they had a reunion about 15-20 people and were told that they cant board the dinner cruise boat till everyone had paid extra $10 per person for the tip!! Not appropriate at all!!Otherwise I enjoyed the boat cruise esp. beautiful sceneries of Clearwaters with breath taking sunset 🌇

LOVED this experience in Clearwater. Great food. I was worried about the quality of Buffett food but all was good and very filling. You could also go back as many times as you wanted. Service was wonderful and very tailored to guests. Within 5 minutes of sitting down our waiter came for drink orders and encouraged us to go to Buffett so we would not be stuck in the line. Great call.The atmosphere was great and so was the music and dancing. It was well worth the money. Because we paid for dinner and not just drinks, we had a reserved table and were able to go out on the deck and still come back to our seats. Skip the cheap dinner cruise so that you can enjoy a high quality and comprehensive experience. I would definitely come back!

My husband booked this amazing dinner cruise on a yacht for me for my birthday!!! It was the best experience and fun Ive ever had!!! The yacht was beautiful, the food was great, the captain made the sail so smooth, the bartenders and waiters was on point, the photographer was good, and the DJ kept us dancing the whole time!!! Thank you for everything!!! We will be back soon!!!

Great, Amazing, clean, food was excellent, waitress was very nice. Drinks were good. So relaxing on the water. Met friendly people. One down fall they tell you they want a gratitudity of 20.00. Which totally shocked us. Not that we dont tip but we felt it was a demand. And if its expected why not put this on your advertisement. So, just so you know be advised a hidden expected cost.

Really enjoyed the whole experience, the ride was nice, and longer than I expected. No matter where you sat on the boat you could see the sunset. Music was great and the open bar was a nice touch.

All in all, the cruise was good but disappointed when we were forced to pay the $10pp set tip/donation amount towards the end of the Cruise. It would have been nice to have added this set amount onto the Invoice that was already paid... It came as a surprise as I did not carry much cash & had to borrow money to pay for the Tips/donation! They did not have this extra cost on our Xmas 2020 Cruise...& when I questioned this why it was not added onto the Invoice, I was told a separate email was sent....were on holidays & do not have time to read separate emails...besides I could have not taken this cruise had I known there were extra set amount costs involved as I was also told there is No Refund once you have paid for the cruise...NO more of cruising with Yacht StarShip for our family...

I was married on this boat last night and it was an absolute dream come true! Chris Dorroh was such a blessing to have as a coordinator, she was so helpful and sweet during the whole process! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Captain Brennan who married us was wonderful as well. I will definitely be back on this ship for dinner cruises and recommend it to everyone I know. Thankyou for making my special day so special!

This was an excellent experience. Food is buffet but handed out by staff and the boat goes straight up to the sunset. Almost can touch it. Good music, good social distancing. Highly recommend!

The Staff were great. About 4.5 stars. The quality of the food was 5 stars for taste but only 3 stars for temperatures! Two of the 3 meats were only slightly warm. The 3rd, the all you can eat prime rib was served cold!Still not a bad buffet meal overall.The open bar is a 5 star as top shelf drinks were made without skimping. The only bad thing was the management of the line. You see in order to gain 12 more seats from three, four top tables the line for the bar runs right down the middle of the dance floor.Even with a staff members help to move the line to the side once we were an hour under way this still takes away from total dancing time. The DJ dance floor gets a 4.5 stars for this reason only. I say this because once the dance floor got going it was great. The DJ played requested songs. The lightning was very good, and the had AC fans that cooled you off.As for the Ship its self 4.75 stars. The only thing was the tight mens room. They had a a broken soap pump at the start of the cruise that only got worse. It would have been better to have had a dollar store bottle on the countertop. There was no back up plan in place.As for the rest of the Ship it was top notch, Ship Shape all the way. The silverware, dishes, and glass wear was of good quality. The tables, and chairs were in good shape, well placed (with the exception of the dance floor bar line), and everything from the decks, doors, glass, and walls were all well keep.I had been on the Captin Andersons Dinner Cruse on Valentines Day in Panama City before and it was very low budget. As if we were on bubbas pontoon eating deli food from Publix on paper plates! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE ON STAR SHIP AS IT WAS WELL WORTH THE $150 per Guest!Great job to the Captain who got us in a great place to watch the fireworks even thow it was a little rough, and some other Captains may have backed out.Great job to the whole team as you made our special evening great! I really loved this cruise.. the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because this was a birthday gathering for my husband and I to celebrate us and they kept putting the wrong name on our tickets and it was causing confusion for our party that were booking to sit with us then the tables (we had two) had my brothers name instead of ours so I had to ask for them to be changed. But the food and drinks were good and the dj was great! We will cruise with them again

This was our first and it was amazing! The entire crew from the captain to Justin to the server, Linda was one of the best anywhere. Dinner was delicious, and the view at sunset was stunning. Dolphins were jumping next to our vessel and the picture that was taken by the crew was brought out to us and we purchased it without hesitation since not only was it a great picture, it was a memory of a fantastic evening.

Chose this Cruise as we’ve enjoyed the Tampa Cruise 2X previously and our granddaughter was visiting from out of state for Spring Break and had never been on any type of Cruise before, and wanted to see the evening Sunset on the Gulf.Very disappointing Cruise though and I’ll list Likes and Dislikes.Likes: Food-delicious, Scenery-Beautiful.Dislikes: Ship-small, Buffet-on first floor deck and we were seated on second floor deck requiring us to carry our plates with food up a flight of stairs that you needed to use handrail to go up and down. The location of the table we were seated at was underneath the A/C duct, so we were freezing and we were also next to the large speaker of the so called DJ area, so we also had music blasting in our ears and could barely hear the server talk to us or our own conversation. Server-near the end of the Cruise our Server came up to us stating that there was a $10.00 per person gratuity that she had to collect, which was ridiculous as this Server only brought water to our table for my granddaughter and the dessert, we had to go get our food and drinks but we had to pay $10.00 per Person at our table, that was an easy money. Lastly, only 1 restroom for approximately 100 people, located on the first floor deck with only 2 stalls in the Women’s restroom, that’s ridiculous. Totally NOT how things are done on the Tampa Cruise, that’s Full Service and the gratuity is more than deserved, and we always tip generously!!!We will NEVER book this Clearwater Cruise again.Definitely staying with the Star Ship Tampa Cruise!!!

Truly, a very disappointing experience. When getting on-board, I was offered free coffee but quickly found out the coffee machine was broken. This should have warned me of the professionalism in organization of this boat, captain and crew. The Captain spent most of the Day searching for fish. I guess with Covid-19 with fish got tired of waiting for somebody to find and left for better grounds. When we did find the whole there were maybe 10 or 15 small fish caught, then we all sit for half an hour or longer waiting for a bite. Passenger complained most of the day, with a captain who could care less. Less than 40 minutes north their competition were piling sport fish and grunts on the deck. Reports from a number of passengers who had just been fishing up there two days earlier stated ever passenger who went out left with a string of fish that would fill 5 gallons bucket. On this boat there were nothing but goldfish,Lol. If the captain was more skilled, maybe we would have obtained at least one grouper, or red snapper on a boat. It was a horrible expensive joke. It was truly the worst fishing trip I have ever on. I spent $200 and couldnt even get a coffee. I probably would have better luck if I just finished off Clearwater Beach for free. The only crew member that was half decent was an individual named Larry he apologized most of the day and tried to keep everybody spirits up but that was almost impossible. Other passengers who had been fishing the day before in Hernando, Florida were disgusted with this boat. They paid more money and received nothing for it. They wished they stayed up in Hernando but the boat was already booked.They stated the Captain knew where to go and everybody was pleased, leaving large tips for the Crew. I dont know how this boat has stayed in business, I guess only because of people on vacation that come to Florida and dont know any better. My wife and I took a all day fishing trip after she got done fighting for her life with cancer and truly wanted to enjoy a day fishing, but I made a disappointing mistake choosing this boat. Think twice before you spend your hard earned money booking a trip with these people.

Sooo much fun! The service was Amazing and of course the sunset view was Beautiful.

The food was very tasty and the service was friendly. Having said that, I felt a little rushed through the meal, as we were done eating before the ship even left the dock. Our beautiful and yummy dessert was kind of pushed on us, rather than later when we actually wanted it. We were not offered coffee with dessert, and we never got to see the photo they took of us when we boarded. Did not have an opportunity to go up to the buffet a second time because they took all the cutlery. Would have preferred table service over a buffet.It was a lovely evening, though we would like to try the other dinner cruise group (Starlite) to see how it compares.

This experience was amazing! We did the dinner cruise. The service, the food, EVERYTHING was great! We really enjoyed ourselves AND will definitely be back to try to brunch!! The only complaint I have is the parking was a little confusing but besides that it was really nice. :)

I wanted to show my best friend a good time who was visiting from out of state so I booked a booze cruise ahead of time. We had so much fun. Beautiful views including the bartender Frank. He was another treat to the experience. He was smiley happy fun and professional. We had a great time. Ive been on other booze cruises in this marina and this one was my favorite. Thanks for the best time with my best friend.

I cant say enough about how awesome this was for our family. The staff is incredible. So much fun and so willing to help us have a great night. This was the highlight of our entire vacation.

March 10th was our first time there. I also purchase a celebration package (birthday) for my husband as its my surprise bday gift for him. So coming back to the pier, I talk to the server, and manager lookinf for the extra package I purchased and he said the system was down so no souvenirs from this event. They said they will call me the next day which is Mar.11 to settle/refund this but I never received a call. Today, Mar.16 I tried to call but people are passing me to other person. It is really disappointing. Disappointing that you paid for something that you didnt get plus wasting of time trying to get hold on this people. Poor customer service.Plus one downfall is the gratuity, they tell you how much you have to give them. We already got our food, sitting and eating for about 25mins before the server came to our table and get the drinks we want. I am so thirsty that time. It was a slow service.Everything was great. It is a great experience but I am hoping that theyll get back to me. I would love to bring my kids so they can experience it but not until I talk to them and resolve my issue.

Me and my friends did the cruising and boozing. The crew provided great hospitality, yacht was very clean, food was excellent, everything was on time. I would definitely be back again and I highly recommend.

Food was very good. Staff was friendly and the DJ took requests. The waitress also got the ok to give us an extra piece of dessert. The voucher said excludes holidays and the month of December but they let us go with our voucher anyway. The downfalls were that they allow pets on board and there was a dog behind us at the table and kept barking during dinner at passers by. My husband and I were wanting a nice relaxing intimate dinner cruise. ..a little disappointing. In the email they sent it said a rose would be at the table as well as an included champagne toast. No rose and no toast. Also said that it was a 2 hour cruise. Left at 7pm. Didnt return until 9:40pm. Should not schedule plans for after the cruise. Lesson learned. 😕 Otherwise it was nice.
