Great place to go to they where open the day after the 4 th of july, victoria was the best she knew how i wanted my hair to look . By far the best place ive been to in 3 years will be back to see her next tike i need a hair cut

Went on Monday morning 10am. Sign was flashing OPEN.....door was locked. WTH ?????

Got my husband a haircut here, service was quick and he looked great. I was happy, he was happy.

I love the team. No matter which barber I pick, they know what they are doing. I wish I could take a advantage of the free beer, but I always have to go back to work. They know know the styles, and I am always impressed with their work.

New ownership (Ron) has invested heavily into a completely remodeled look and feel. New everything (TVs, chairs, flooring). Still the same great haircuts with the works, straight edge shave, optional neck massage, etc. Been coming here for years but the new look is appreciated. Old school barbershop with a new contemporary look. 5 stars.

I got a cut about a year ago ish and was not satisfied. Ron is the new owner (end of last year ish) and the place is all new and the cut was perfect. Big screen TVs, Kegerator, and most importantly he did exactly what I asked for. By far the best cut Ive had since moving over to Clearwater. Have a beer while you wait. Found my new barber, Finally! Clean and completely updated. Cant say enough. Ill be there every 2 weeks.

As other reviews have stated the vacuum was Id say the only positive thing I can say about this shop. Even upon arrival I was treated differently based off my age; with a Can we help you greeting, versus every other person that walked in with Hey! Hope youre having a good day! Which isnt a big deal at all, but then when I sat down I realized if youre under 40 youre definitely an outlier customer. This barbershop specializes in elderly cuts and small children. Pretty much as talented as a Great Clips. If youre looking for a quality, PREMIUM cut, Id completely avoid this stop. The master barber of the shop asked me over 5 times if it looked complete while completely missing important spots. He tried to skip past lining up the top of my back, almost left a large patch on my left side, completely skipped my mustache until I said anything. Just countless errors and felt like he rushed through my cut to get me out of the door. The entire process made me feel uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience to his services or business just based off my hairstyle request. He couldnt comprehend what I was asking for after addressing it several times and showing over 10 images of my previous haircuts. That is all..... Hope this helps.

I was getting ready to celebrate my 100th Birthday and my son Stone and I Ralph Baxter went to the Sunset Point Barber Shop. Stone went in first and met Tony told him I was turning 100 and Tony said the haircut is free and will be free the rest of my life. Then Stone came out to make sure I was coming in OK. Tony is a classy guy and gave me a great haircut just the way I like it. The most surprising thing was at the end after a fantastic experience and great haircut Tony would not accept a tip. Without any ambiguity, SPBS is the best barber shop in the Tampa Bay area! I, like many others, live in northern Pasco County. But the ride is absolutely worth the awesome haircut I always receive from Suzanne. Ms Suzanne has been cutting my hair since she became a barber back in the 90’s! I’m now inimical to anyone other than Suzanne cutting my coiffure!This barber-shop is neat, clean, comfortable and conducive to an excellent experience of getting yourself properly groomed. It’s obvious that consistent excellent personal appearance has been vital to my career as a professional law enforcement officer. Many times, my personal appearance was nothing short of salient in my encounters with the public.The entire experience you will receive while at SPBS, is nothing short of impeccable! Friendly, fast, and provides good cuts. Only thing is Ive had to re-explain certain details once or twice that previous barbers/stylists would get the first time. Have gone maybe eight times and been seen by all four barbers.

I wanted to comment on facing customer towards mirror. One of the first rules in is to face to the mirror whatever part of head you are working on. This way you can see the hair line and dark or lighter points on hair. You can turn customer periodically towards mirror to show them what you are doing. There are other reasons such as electric cords. Most shops have electric outlets by the station. If I turn chair facing mirror cords would be in customers face.

Lousy, lousy, lousy! This place is highly unprofessional, not to mention unfriendly. You have a staff here of barbers who are full of themselves, but second rate technically. The giveaway is when you walk into the shop and when you see the patrons on the barber chairs with the patrons facing the back wall instead of facing the mirrors. This is the first giveaway of unprofessionalism and simply lazy barbers who dont want to have to contend with the patrons comments as they are cutting their hair. What good is a mirror if the whole time that you are getting a haircut, you cannot even see what the barber is doing to your hair? This place is low level - avoid!

I originally came across this place searching barbers in my area wholl do a straight razor shave.Needless to say, I was greeted promptly and was in and out in no time flat. All the staff was accomidating and i wound up being seated with a gentleman with a northern (id say NY or NJ) accent. God i wish i could of remembered his name, but i can tell you ill only allow this man to bring clippers/razor anywhere near me.The atmosphere is what youd expect of a GUYS barbershop. No frills, no bs. Just quality work. Hell, Ive even brought my little brother in for his first true straight razor shave.Ill always come back to SPBS for all my grooming needs! And just fyi, I was only 26 the first time i went and was treated like ive been a loyal patron from the get go.
