This is my go to place to get my haircut. Ask for Nancy or Jeanette! These ladies rock. Awesome job cutting my hair and mustache. Very clean location. Fast paced, I never wait long at all. The staff is super friendly.

It was an older lady in there and she cut my granddaughters hair and I loved it. And I am going to ask for her when I get my haircut very soon.

Went here for a haircut because their website said 0 wait time and clearly this was not the case. We had our babysitter for 1 hour and figured a 0 wait time would be perfect. However it was over 30 minute wait time. Waste of gas and money for a babysitter.

Jeanette did a wonderful job! I went in asking for pink hair in memory of my Mom, whom I lost to breast cancer. Jeanette made this a reality and I proudly wear this pink hair for my Mom. The salon was very busy for a Tuesday evening. I had a reservation for 5pm and was seen right away. She listened to me and looked at the picture on my phone to see what I was going for. A lot of salons frown upon that! Her attitude was very professional and she made this an easy process. She explained what she was doing step by step. I will definitely be back and I will refer my family and friends!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would...I made an appointment the same day for noon and I showed up at 12:04 yet I was not seen till close to 1pm and other people showed up after me and was seen before me the girl which I didnt get her name had the nerve to say in front of me that I was SUPER LATE.. I was quick to get up and say ugh no I was here at 12:04 thats not late...20/30 minutes is late and there for she continued to say she couldnt serve me I had to wait another 30 minutes to get serviced just to get charged $51 on a shampoo,blow dry and style as soon as I got home my curls were gone I had straight hair never again well I go here these people are so unprofessional and disrespectful...

Came here with my mom about a month or so ago to get rid of the “pandemic hairline” (it was horrible). My stylist, she was amazing, she went through every step to find a hair style I wanted. Supercuts saved my hair for the second time! I was traumatized because I had really bad highlights and they were blonde (I’m a dark brunette) and I told Samantha everything I needed and she made me feel absolutely comfortable and assured that I am in safe hands to fix my hair... Jane was also very helpful and amazing with everything too! I am soooooo glad I went to them because I’m absolutely happy and satisfied with my hair color. I went there for a cut and style and I got exactly what I wanted! Im so happy with this specific location and cant wait to go back!

Awful customer service. Went around 12 on a Sunday, didnt have a reservation, but there were 2 people in chairs, otherwise completely empty. An older lady(stylist) with short dark hair, finished up with her customer, looked at us, then disappeared in the back until she heard the door ring again, where she took the next customer who had an appointment. Shr could have cut both my kids hair, in the time we sat there and waited. If she didnt know how, then say so. We got up and walked out. Will not be back.

I had a color and cut by Miguel today. He was very thorough with his coloring technique and I wholeheartedly appreciated the time he took working with me to get exactly what I wanted. He wore a mask and we sanizited our hands right away. He asked me to hold my mask up while working behind my ears. I couldnt ask for a better experience. He was friendly and gentle while washing and drying. I will definitely be back.

My hair cut was choppy and uneven, one side is longer then the other, not to mention there are peices of hair that werent even cut. A 7 day warranty wont even fix my hair, as I dont want it any shorter then what it is now. I am regretting my choice to even go to this salon in the first place. I was just looking to have a simple trim, and ended up with a chop job. My hair stylist was nice, and professional, but that wont fix my horrible new hair cut. I cant even look in the mirror right now.

Made an appointment, went in and I was treated very poorly. I totally understand that the covid pandemic has made new rules. I personally have a problem keeping the mask on my face because of medical reasons. The manager made a big deal of it and told me to go to some other salon. With a little 5/6 year old boy sitting next to me, like I was a terrible monster. Totally humiliated!!!!!!

First of all, All of my experiences with Jane have been amazing! She is fun, listens to what you want, and goes above and beyond. On the other hand, we had a head shaving party for a friend with Breast Cancer last night...Jane was amazing...her co-worker next to her was so very intrusive, attempting to do a reading on my friend, while she was in the chair, all of us there to give her courage and well wishes...she proceeded to continue after being asked to move so my friends daughter could sit next to her and hold her hand...this was hard on her daughter...the co-worker refused to move, until I had to get extremely insistent with her...Not the time, Not the place, Not solicited D!!! I am so upset by her behavior, and even tho I love Jane, not sure if I will return.

So relaxed and trusting, I fell asleep!

Stopped in for highlight and low lights and a cut. The guy started he was going have to strip my hair to add red. I said no that I didn’t want bright red. He didn’t seem to understand and said oh you don’t want bright red. We started with the cut and I he did great on the length but didn’t seem to know what he was doing with layers. He had high layers on one side and low on the other. He tried to fix it. But just made the front look way different. I said I decided no color today and that I was ready to go. He then ask 3 times if I wanted a hair wash. I said know. Never did their “hot towel treatment” to remove hair from your face. I will never go back and have no doubles that I made the right choice not to let him color my hair.

I would reccomend asking for Jane if you swing in. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly! I dont get color done, but she did a person before me and thier color looked great. I have to go with a 1 because I had to leave without getting a haircut. I went there on 12/31 and was happy that there was no one waiting. But the guy working got snippy with me because I wouldnt give him my name or number. Im not sure why they need that info to cut my hair but I will not provide that info. I asked him to use the default and enter whatever he wants. Instead of keeping it simple he got histrionic about it. Wont be a 2nd chance to get my business.

The customer service is horrible. 1 and 1/2 hours and no service. Keep taking people before me. Said they checked in before me online. You cant keep checking people in after someone already did. And if you are late for your appointment someone gets your spot. Should be. I wouldnt come here again if I was paid. Im sorry I wasted my time.

Ive taken my son here quite a few times. His haircuts are decent. Pretty easy cut for boys. The reason for my low rating is because I called ahead to be told it would be 30-45 minutes this was at 6pm on a Thursday, no big deal. I put him on the list. Get there at just about 30 minutes after I called, around 6:30-6:35 (school night, had lots to do). We arrived and there was only two hairdressers there. I informed them that I had called ahead, the guys said Yep, Itll be just a moment. My son and I pick out a cut from the books and play games for a bit. Another guy walks in with his son and they said to them Oh youre back. So I realize they too are waiting. The guy finishes with his man and takes the other guys son to the chair, not saying a thing to us. (The other lady was cutting a ladys very long hair, that was going to take some time, no big deal.) I told him we were going to walk around since he had the other kid first and we went out to take our dog to the pet store. Play around for a bit, come back its now around 7:25. Walk back in, hes still working on the little guys hair cut. Around 7:45 he finishes the boys hair, gets him out of the chair and then the dad sits down. At that point Im a bit pissed, why not tell us Hey this is going to take awhile, sorry I said 30 minutes, do you want to try another day. Say SOMETHING!!! What a waste of our time. Its not like this was his first day and he had no idea how long it was going to take, or that he was cutting both of those guys hair, he wrote them onto his list. Ive seen this guy cutting hair there for quite a long time, weve been going there for at least 2 years. Why would you just assume I had a hour and half/two hours to just set there and wait. Why would you not have the courtesy to let us know it was going to take that long! Therefore I will find a new place to do my sons hair. Good day sir, I said good day!

Its good for a quick needed haircut locally but I prefer barber shops for my son because they do the designs in the fades but I dont believe theres someone at Supercuts that can do that.

Used the app to check in. Did this at 10 am Saturday. App told me I was all set there was a 55 minute waits said to arrive at 11 am. I arrived there, was told I was not on the list. There were 6 people waiting ahead of me. I left--enough wasted time. Wont go back.

Awful. Never go here. I got my eye brows waxed and clearly described what I wanted. She gave me what she though would look good. Im seeing my sister in 3 days and they look awful. Terrible. Never again.
