Very disappointed with this shop, after reading all the great reviews on google. Both the woman and man were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I didn’t get their names, as neither of them introduced themselves or asked my name. The woman especially had an irreverent attitude. And the gentleman who ended up cutting my hair was not in a very good mood. He acted like he was doing me a fantastic favor. Neither one of them smiled once while I was in the shop. The haircut itself was just “ok”. I’ve had worse and definitely have had a lot better. For the money, you can do a lot better elsewhere. Can’t believe all those great reviews until you try it yourself.

Your posted New Years Eve hours were Open at 9am. I sat in your parking lot from 9am to 9:30am. Three other men were standing outside your shop waiting for you to actually show up. Eventually I decided to leave and go to Straight Edge. Dont have posted holiday hours if youre not going to adhere to them.LOL The reply I got to this is a joke. I was called negative and in a rush. Expecting your shop to open... ya know... when your posted hours say youre going to open is in a rush? Youre right, obviously Im absolutely mad for having such a bizarre and unfounded expectation.I updated the photos with proof their hours said open and proof that multiple people were outside waiting for this lazy owner who couldnt be bothered to show up to work on time. Just in case anyone thinks Im being unfair.

I explained the haircut I wanted and was understood; other barbers I went to werent able to give me the cut I was looking for: that does not hold true to the barbers that work here. I paid for the exact haircut I wanted and couldnt be more happy with it. I 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who wants quality results and to people who are picky with their barbers. If youre one of those people, give this place a shot and Im sure it wont be your last visit.

I have been going to this barbershop for over 3 years now and have yet to receive a bad haircut. The owners are very nice people who care about their customers. Its 2 people who run the shop so the craziest day to go would be on Saturdays. During the week is the best time to go in my opinion for quicker service. I think my favorite thing about the place is the clean and relaxing atmosphere along with the best haircut everytime I go with no fail. Definitely the best barbershop in the area for sure!

This is my personal favorite shop in the area. I go to Liz for an undercut-style cut and straight razor neck shave and she never dissapoints. She has an impressive attention to detail and is meticulous when it comes to making sure my sides are faded nicely and my edges are perfectly sharp. These guys are great at modern cuts and silhouettes that the old school barbers are not yet used to. I look forward to continuing to experiment with new styles because I am confident that Liz will take good care of my hair :) Thanks for everything Hats Off!

Great cuts and great people. Only reason I give them a 4 is because of how long you usually have to wait. It gets pretty busy now that everyone knows where to get their cut. Highly recommend if you got some time though.

Just back from my first visit and I have to say....simply no question it was the finest barbershop experience I have had...ever.Ferdis experience shines with the clippers, scissors or the straight razor in his hands. Really quite entertaining to watch him work. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is VERY VERY skilled at it.Give yourself 20+ minutes for the hot shave. It is MORE than worth the TIME and MONEY. I am a customer for life.

Need more barbers, slow, slow, slow. Less talking and more haircuts please. Professionalism is everything. Female barber next to him cut three heads and he was still on his first because of the conversation he was holding with his customer. Not pleased at all. A gentlemen walked out before I decided to and he stopped cutting hair and ran after the guy to assure him his position in line and that it wouldnt be much longer. I walked out fifteen minutes later after sitting for approximately a 45-50 minutes, and he didnt say one word or try to stop me. Hmmmm. Dont need to post what Im thinking. SMH

This was BY FAR the best barber experience I have ever had. I shave my head and neck myself, but today was my birthday, so I figured why the heck not? I had seen their signs advertising straight razor shaves and I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, Ferdi and Liz were very welcoming and friendly.What followed was the BEST shave I have ever had. My head ended up smoothly shaven, and my neck and beard look the best Ive ever seen. Not one single nick or cut during the entire experience.Make no mistake, these folks are EXPERTS! I will certainly be back, and I cannot recommend Hats Off Barbershop enough. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!

Excellent barber shop! Its a mom and pop shop but they care about your hair and put themaelves in your shoes. They talk to you and gove their honest opinion about the haircut you are going for and pretty much create a personal haircut for you that is going to suit your head and hair type the best. And the best tjing about that is that they REMEMBER you and your cut! They get tonknow you as well so what else xould you ask for in a barber shop but that? Best barbershop i have ever been to hands down.

Ferdi and Liz are both great. I like requesting ferdi because he just does it perfectly the way I like it, his attention to detail is top notch 👌. And his secret final touch is great and smells good too. I live a bit out of the ways but Im always disappointed when i go anywhere else but here (wasnt by choice!).

Ive lived Safety Harbor for nearly 4 years, and until now had thought all hope was lost for finding a True Modern-Day Barber Shop within a 20 mile radius..True Modern-Day Barber Shop in my terms means the usage of Straightedge Razors (like Barbers originally did) and Seamless Fades (Modern Day Needs) are the Standard - Not the exception..As a new client Ferdi was both welcoming and attentive. He clearly knew what he was doing, and took his time, listened to me babble endlessly, and gave me the BEST Fade and Beard Shave Ive ever had..Beautiful new shop, clean & new equipment, nice environment, and they pay particular attention to sanitation and hygiene; which was refreshing. Gloves and proper antiseptics were used throughout all Straight Razor processes, and I honestly cant say enough about how great this play truly is..Im a customer for life!MJ

The barbers are very slow..I don’t mind waiting at all but when outside variables are constantly interrupting hair cuts it makes for a very long wait/cut. If you have three hours to waste then this is your spot!
