Will not go here again. went there to get an estimate and they wanted to charge me $417 to file my taxes. I told them that I wanted to take my forms somewhere else just to get another estimate and they charged me a $20 data entry fee. No place else that I called charges a fee if you end up not filing with them.

Im going to keep this short and sweet, this place is a joke. If you want to get robbed, then go here. If you dont like getting robbed, then go somewhere else.

Ive used Kwik Tax, since the 80s I was audited back in 1986. I had all my paperwork, Ms. Faye looked over everything before I went. My audit was straightforward, no issues!Great folks from the owner too her staff! You cant go wrong!!

Second tax year in clarksville and very happy we choose this place over H&R Block who we used last year. She went over why everything was the amount it was and just really explained everything nicely and professionally! We walked in at about 445P and were sitting down with someone right away, only took about 20-30 minutes (couldve been shorter without our questions). We paid $430 to file last year with h&r but its only like $130 to file electronically here, HUGE DIFFERENCE! They have an option for you to just mail it in which they bundle it all for you and you just take it to UPS or FEDEX and its like $80. Overall really pleased and would totally recommend going to them!

We are new to the area, it is hard to find places and to get acclimated for issues such as taxes, physicians, etc... Last year the place we chose cost us a lot of money and I just couldnt see going back there this year. As I googled and read reviews, there werent many for Kwik tax, but what I did read I liked..well let me just say went yesterday, walked in with no appointment, and they were done in like 30 minutes, the charge was beyond reasonable, and the lady explained my tax return and refund to.. no one has ever done that for me. Thank you Kwik tax!!!

Says there open from 9 am till 9 pm. when i called no one answered the phone and it was not even 7 pm
