I have utilized this company since roughly 2013. I had my quarterly services and annual termite prevention performed. I considered myself to be a good customer, as I always paid my statements on time and maintained a long standing as a customer. Recently I had some unauthorized activity on my bank account that I paid a recent service for with Servall and the bank did not allow transactions to post. This just so happened to be when a check that I used to pay for services provided by Servall happened to be cashed. Unfortunately, two-three weeks later was charged a return check fee by Servall to which I am responsible for. I called the day after I found out the bank declined the transaction and paid the account in full with a separate account and spoke with a lady at Servall who stated everything would be ok after I explained the situation and what happened. Fast forward a few weeks later and I receive a bill for 5$ from Servall for a returned check fee. Again I called to speak with a Servall representative and explained the situation. Unfortunately I was given no other choice but to pay the 5$ fee by service, which I did as it does fall on me to cover. However, I did terminate my services with this company being they would rather have me pay the 5$ fee and cancel service versus disregarding the fee and maintaining a long-standing customer and guaranteeing them future income of 48$ quarterly and over 100$ for annual termite prevention. Never would I have thought a business would give up a good standing customer over a 5$ fee when it could have been waived and the business would have gained over 300$ in a years time. I do not recommend this company based on my experience today and will utilized another small business company for services.

Have had them for years. Tried out a new company for a year only to realize just how much I missed and appreciated Servall. We came right back to them when our contract ended with the other company.

On their website says they 100% guarantee rid of pests that’s by far not true I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost a year now. If their products worked I wouldn’t have the same issue with pests. Never recommend them not even to worse enemy

We called to have someone check out our place and they were on time. The serviceman was very helpful explaining what had to be done. He made sure we understood everything and scheduled an appointment.They arrived on time and went straight to work.So far the problem has been has been fixed. I would recommend them.

From pest control, gutter covers and encapsulation of my crawl space they have continued to be top notch and pleased with all of their work and their employees.

Servall seems keen on a very simple business philosophy, the practice of underpromising and overdelivering. I was kind of being over ran by annoying Stink Bugs, and upon inspection by my service tech, Kathi, I was told that “if it flies, they can’t guarantee it”. I was pretty disappointed, but for half the price of the next cheapest guy ($53 per quarter), I figured I’d go ahead and treat anyways. Needless to say, I was elated to find about 50 Stink Bug corpses, among a handful of house flies, sprawled around my floor and deck. EVERY SINGLE STINK BUG! If you find yourself on the fence, give this company a try. Low financial risk and high potential reward equal a very safe investment.

I took the recommendations from you, and called ServAll. My specific needs were expressed to the office; I needed help controling mice. THAT WAS MY SPECIFIC NEED. The office help knew this, and confirmed my my needs. One call back and an appontment was set for Monday November 23 at 11:30 am. Today at 10 am the technician showed up early. When questioned he said MY WORK ORDER SAYS IT IS FOR A TREATMENT OUTSIDE, FOR PESTS ONLY, NOTHING TO DO WITH MICE INSIDE. Obviously this was a big big screw up. I called the office and they disagreed with me. She was telling me the technician knew the exactly what my specific needs were, based on a meeting they had about this in the office Friday. Set up a contract and paid for a year in full. I thought everything was good until they forgot to tell me it was supposed to be a complete clean out so after the tech left, I received a phone call telling me they no longer serviced my area and would have to refund my money.Even though they had serviced my area before.

I like working with Servall. Our rep is Frieda and she is AMAZING!!!! She tries hard to work around my schedule. She is fast, efficient, professional, and very nice. Love working with her. She deserves 5 ☆ and then some. Frieda is literally the only reason I rated the company this high.

Servall got to me quickly for my inspection. Even when they were shorthanded. The inspector was courteous and professional, and took care of things fast.

Tech was at my house for all of 5 mins to do an inspection. They conveniently sent out their sales manager for the area. In that short amount of time he was able to inspect my whole house find issues and give me a report of what he found. Of course he was quick to recommend a $400 treatment. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They also call it a free inspection but will send you a bill for $50 for the inspection fee.

Called to schedule an appointment and Dee answered my call. She was well aware of the documentation that I was needing and did everything in her power to make sure the set up worked for me.Ill add more stars if the actual inspector can represent the company properly.

Great company! The office staff was very nice and helpful, and both technicians that have come to the house quarterly were fantastic! We even had ants come back between treatments and they came back at no charge!

I had my realtor schedule my termite treatment and was charged $500 dollars. So I assumed the work was completed based on I stay in Kansas. It wasnt until I came to Clarksville and realized that not all the work was completed. So I called the Company and they sent a technician to finish the job. But my issue was what If i hadnt came to inspect they work I would have paid $500 dollars for a uncompleted job. And my issue is what if someone dont understand or know what a termite treatment consist of they can easily be ripped off or taken advantage off. The only reason Im giving them 3 Stars is they came out and finished the job. Be weary of who you can trust when it comes to your MONEY.

My mom them spray our house for bugs. They sprayed a very expensive bag of candy I had recently gotten from Disney world. No way it was and over spray, it was all in the bag and all over the outside. They are not very responsible with other peoples belongings in my experience.

Had them for several years had no problems anytime I called they would come out and spray the inside and outside of my houseThe chemicals they used did not harm my dogs nor did it mess up my flooring.

We started using servall in August of this year. the technician Lee Ann that comes to our house is very thorough and does a great job.Servall is a good company and i would definitely recomend using them if you have any bug or rodent problems.

Fantastic service! They estimated a couple days for the chemicals to eliminate the bug problem but, we saw instant results! Definitely doing the quarterly plan.

Im a bit on the fence. Theyve treated a duplex of mine 5 times for roaches and there are still roaches. The first 2 times the gross tenant was still there, to be fair. But then the entire place was vacant for weeks and they just arent very good with roaches. They also bid a job for termites and were extremely expensive compared to the competition which makes me think termites arent their niche either. I just dont know what to make of these guys!

I have had quarterly maintenance from Servall (Clarksville TN) for a few years now. Over the past 6 months, I have had Nick as my Servall Bug Guy, and just wanted to say how much I appreciate him. He has had to make a few house calls because of the ant problem I have had this Spring/Summer. He is sweet to my dog, works with my hectic schedule, and is really dedicated in his work. Anyway, I always tell him how much I appreciate him, but thought someone else should know too!

I had called this company to come spray my home for fleas because our house was so infested, that we had to go get a hotel overnight because they were eating us alive. When the technician came out, he spoke to us briefly and when he said he would go ahead and get started, my husband said he would be back and he went to the gas station to get a bottle of water. This guy managed to mix the chemicals, spray our whole entire home (which is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice size kitchen and living room) in the time it took my husband to run to the gas station and back. Which was 10 minutes tops. The technician even said he sprayed our living room twice in that amount of time. I was surprised that he was done so quickly. My husband pulled up and the technician had just finished and wanted paid. My husband told him, That was quick and the technician didnt say anything. It makes me concerned that this technician claimed to have sprayed our home thoroughly but I would have thought it would have taken MORE than like 5 minutes of spraying. It took him longer to mix the chemicals then it did to spray our home. 24 hours after the spraying and we are still being bit by fleas. I asked him if we should do anything outside to prevent fleas from getting in our house. He responded with fleas dont have anything to do with the outside. Seriously? Im very frustrated that I had to pay this company 80 dollars and I am still without knowledge of whether or not the flea problem will be taken care of. I guess I will be able to tell more in about a week or two. I dont like gambling with a business and having a technician leaving me with doubts. Guess I will be calling Orkin next time.

This company provided gutters to a business. They placed the gutters over rotted wood AND used too small of anchors. Gutters are having to be replaced a second time with a company in Nashville TN who couldnt believe how horrible of a job was done. Would not recommend their services.

Good company to work with, technician is very nice

This company is not out to do a good job, they are out to get their money. We were originally quoted for a $500 treatment then told it would cost $1,000+ to do an alternate treatment because our crawlspace is encapsulated and apparently can’t be drilled without tearing the plastic lining down.The technicians never once described what the second treatment option entailed, only that they had to purchase the product from another company. We agreed to the price because the treatment needed to be taken care of and we naively assumes they had our best interest at heart. Come to find the TREATMENT consisted of 14 bait stakes around the property that took a total of ten minutes tops to install. So drilling into where the actual infestation was located and distributed the chemical directly which is arguably more labor intensive and time consuming costs $500 but 14 bait stakes that retail at about $10 a stake for professional grade stakes (we did our research) and ten minutes of minimum manual labor costs $1,000? BETTER YET when my husband called to refuse the service he was informed that the number of stakes wasn’t what we were paying for, rather the measurement around the house. In other words, had they used 30 stakes it would have cost the same amount. That is GARBAGE. Additionally, after doing more research, we discovered what we expected (after our previous experience with similar treatment when we purchased the house) that bait stakes take MONTHS to take affect and do not help with any pre-existing infestation. They are more of an insurance policy against future termite infestations.To add insult to injury, the technicians tried to use me against my husband, arguing that I had agreed to the treatment despite the fact that they NEVER ONCE actually told me what the treatment ACTUALLY was. And looking back, they were all VERY careful not to say ANYTHING about the treatment itself until it was done. Only that they had to treat it from the outside. My husband was then told, “what do you care? You won’t be living in the house anyway? You’re paying for our seal of approval.” This company is as shady as it comes.They are salesman and scam artists at best and I absolutely refuse to trust them in the process of turning my home over to a new unsuspecting buyer. We contacted Robarts to perform a new inspection and treatment and they offered the treatment Servall apparently claimed wasn’t possible. They will be treating the problem directly from the outside since the crawlspace is encapsulated. I have to wonder how another company can work around these circumstances when Servall jumped right to the more expensive and less affective option.They may be purchasing product from another company but someone’s pockets are getting lined HEAVILY with that massive upcharge. Not only are these people crooks, but they’re dishonest and I am absolutely disgusted with our entire experience with them.

Terrible experience with their office manager. She was rude and condescending. She made several billing mistakes and blamed me for it. I could go on and on but my suggestion is to simply stay away.

The inspector and Mostly the 2 Guys sent out to take care of our Major Problem Were Wonderful . They worked like 2 Mules and got very dirty . They were so nice and fun to talk to . They are liars and full of scams..Scammed us out of $1200.00, they lied, about the original Billing process, lied about the follow up that was supposedly do for free.. $1200.00 to spray for bed bugs, and they came only 2x, when they said they would spray 4x a year, follow up free..This Pest Control guy is a liar and full of BS..Giving us the run around, lying about follow ups and scheduled appointments..Never again will I do business with this company, Hope they dnt never make another penny!!
