We couldnt have been any happier with this company. I had to call several times and ask questions and the lady answering the phone was always so polite and answered every one. She could have gotten tired of all my questions but she never did. The technician was very polite and showed up when we were told. He led my husband through what he was going to do. Very polite and friendly on the phone when he was finished also. He also locked our doors when he left which we greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend this company. Very fair price also!!

I like this company. The guys that come out are very patient w my household. I have many animals and kids and they take the time to make sure I have everyone put away. I gave a 4 star because sometimes the office ladys have not always been friendly. I feel like a burden when I call & talk to them.

Quarterly Service was to be confirmed in advance due to locked gate (per our agreement) which also prints on service tickets for technicians info. We have inground pool and need to keep gate closed and locked as well as a dog that may be outside. However, technician came without notice and supposedly treated front of house but we were billed for entire perimeter. Office refused to adjust bill because I didnt notify them in a timely manner. As a small business owner, I feel it is unethical to bill a customer for incomplete services. A partial (if that was truly the case) perimeter pest control application makes no sense and to expect a customer to pay for incomplete service or not return to finish is bad business.

I felt I was given good fair price on a termite treatment for my rental property. They also service my other rental properties and have really helped me with my tenants issues also..
