My wife mistakenly told them not to service the inside of the house on one of their visits thinking we didn’t need it. I reached out to Jeff once I found out to see if he could come back and told him I’d gladly pay the service charge again for the revisit. He came the very next day and told me there would be no extra charge. He is very professional and clearly cares about his customers. I’ll never use another bug service as long as I live in Clarksville. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff, the owner of the company, would not return my phone call until after my 30-day guarantee was up. One day after, I miraculously was able to get ahold of him, mind you I have proof that I made attempts to reach him, but Jeff accused me of me lying. He agreed that the only way he would come back out is if I paid him an additional $95 after already paying $125.Take away from the aforementioned is that if you get the one time service, he will not only perform substandard work (I had several exterminators in our neighborhood comment on the ants and we still had ants in our house two weeks after his visit), but he will not answer or return your calls until after the 30-days is up. It appears, even from the previous reviews, if you don’t sign up for the yearly plan, then you offer no value to him.Lastly, he would not come any later 4:00pm. Not a deal breaker, but the two of us both have jobs that work later than 4:00pm. This should have been our first red flag when obtaining a quote.To preach customer satisfaction but make the customer adapt to your schedule is hypocrisy.He does not do business in good faith and I would not recommend him.

Jeff is very professional and personable. He explained everything as he went along. No chemical odor lingering in the house. I appreciated his promptness and returning phone calls in a very timely fashion. Will certainly continue to use The Bug Guys for my extermination needs.
