I used this company for a termite inspection last week and previously for a wasp problem.The prices are excellent, the exterminator i had was knowledgeable and professional, and the woman who answers the phone is professional and kind as well. As far as my wasp problem was concerned, it was resolved when he left. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this local family owned business in the future.

Having a problem with drain flies, I called several places going with Lyons after their guarantee they could rid the problem. No other company offered this. They came out and treated saying we could not run water for 12 hours. We did this even though we are a house of seven, four being children. I was told that after two weeks, if problem remained to call back. The problem remained and we duplicated above process. After two weeks, we still had the bugs. I called and requested my money back, as I was told on my first call this would be the process. I was told they would not refund me but the owner would come out and take a look. The tech had told him he did not see the bugs, however, that was false as he had seen many of them. Live as well as the ones dead on the fly paper and our DIY liquid. Mr. Lyons was not kind on arrival and spoke to me on a very condescending manner. He said treatment was not a one and done process and all he could do was the same treatments we had already went through. The tech had also brought a can of the spray so we could do it ourselves. I explained to Mr. Lyons that I chose his company due to the guarantee and his office should not have said they guaranteed if they did not nor did she say it could be an ongoing process past the two treatments. He said that was the best he could do and for me to call when I figured it out and could have the water off again. This situation and his attitude are very unprofessional. I am out the money and still have the drain flies.

They get a 1 star because I cant give a zero. My husband and I scheduled for them to come out today, but I had to leave for work since it was so late however my brother, who lives in the house and is 20 years old, was home. The man refused to come in. Refused to look around the house to spray, and was incredibly rude. Will not use them for anything. Id rather pay twice as much for Orkin who are polite and want to do their job.

Absolutely love Lyons they have always been here within 15 minutes of what time they say and are very reliable. I recommend them very highly. Mike does a wonderful job.

They come out and do the first treatment and then say theyre going to be back every 30 days (monthly) to do another treatment and dont show up. I have not seen them in 2 months and even when I call they complain about being so busy and dont have enough people. I wouldnt use them again.

Almost run over by a Lyons truck. The driver was driving erratically... speeding, simply stating he was tailgating doesnt begin to describe how close he was following people. When he passed me he was screwing around with his cell phone. Thankfully, the company name was on the side of the truck. Now I know who never to use and who I will warn my friends against using.

They are a small family owned business

I’m honestly so disappointed with this company. Their main excuse they give me for not coming out; “it’s raining, so we’ll come out the next sunny day” and when it isn’t raining, I call and they say that they’re backed up because of the rain. Well it isn’t raining now and I have left multiple messages. I’m honestly just giving these people my money without a service. I call almost everyday when they are open and I receive no response. Now because of their neglect to come out and spray my home, I have a wolf spider infestation and my daughter who is 11 months witnessed one of these spiders first hand when her toy car rolled underneath my tv stand. She reaches under the stand, grabs her car and I hear her have a panic attack, I turn to her, and this massive wolf spider is leaving where she was. WOULD RATE A “0” IF POSSIBLE.

I called and left them a message, during business hours might I add (maybe 20 min after they were suppose to be open). When I received a call back I let them know I had found another company and it was clear the representative (receptionist I presume) was disgusted.-She made a noise (like, how dare me), said nothing else (no, thank you for calling and considering us, no, I hope your issues are resolved, no, goodbye, have a nice day, nothing) and hung up! Now, why would I even consider them, if need be, anytime in the future, let alone refer them to anyone.-Some people should never be in the business of serving others, and she is one of them. She makes the entire company look bad. She doesnt understand she is the first person the customers interacts with and starts to make sounds judgments based on that interaction, whether they want to do business with that company or not.
