They have a good package deal or you can get it once at a time with a 30 day guarantee for ease of mind. I only need them once a year though

I’ve been using their company for about a year now and they got rid of the cockroaches I had extremely fast. The bugs have not returned. This year we suspected we had termites and we did. We are going to go with them for the treatment as well. The pricing they gave us was awesome and far lower than we expected. The people who work here have always been professional, transparent, and on time with their service and appointment making calls.

Theyre coming on July 1st we will see. update: they did inside of house,but it was raining and said they would be back to do outside when it wasnt raining. We paid them the full $70 for a first time spray and they Informed me that it would only be a few days, 3 days went by then 5 then a week so I called and sat on hold for 20 min, but had to leave for work, so I hung up. Then 9 days still no show, then almost 2 weeks. I decided to go with another company, I got ahold of them. They only gave us half they money back. I wasnt very happy.😞

Rarely do I leave reviews but I wanted to send a shout out to Lucas! Recently some mice from the field behind our home decided to move in through our crawl space and found a pvc pipe all the way through to our attic. Lucas took the time to inspect our home thoroughly to find all the gaps and entry ways into our crawl space and explained our treatment plan going forward.He left about 30 minutes ago and the results are still to come but I couldnt help but be pleased with his timeliness and professionalism! Great service! The best part is the easy going contract with no termination fee. Every time I call the company would usually send someone over within days. Prices are also very competitive.

They came and fogged my house. The service guy, Chris Coffey, did an in depth job, paying extra attention to areas that needed it. He then spent plenty of time explaining whats being done, when to go back inside and what to expect.The front office was also very polite, and helpful as well, re-informing me of things each time I talked to her. Price is a little lower than other places, but not so much that it makes me think they would cut corners. In fact they went into much more detail than I believe others would have.Im setting up for them to do a quarterly spray.They can even take care of recluse and widows. Not everyone can.

I had this company come out to take care of rodents. This was the third pest control company to come out, the other two companies were terrible (critter and servall). The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful about the services they offered. I went with a one time service for $70. The technician, Lucas, showed up right on time for the appointment. To say I was impressed is an understatement. He asked all the right questions and was able to locate the entry points of the mice. He set some traps down and with in 5 days all the mice were gone. Something two other companies couldn’t do. He was very professional and knowledgeable about rodents and I told him he should open up his own company, he’s that good. This company is amazing. I had a mice issue from the corn being cut down behind my house. Lucas came out and was great. He was able to locate how the mice were getting in and recommended ways to fix the issue. He used some poison and got rid all of my mice with in 4 days. I cant praise this company and Lucas enough. He is well trained and was lucky I had him to come out.

You dont get this with Robards, because they are extremely affordable and so helpful. Lane has always been my technician, but I am sure the rest of the crew is just as great. I had an issue with one of their employees threatening me with rescheduling fees. However, after leaving them a message, an employee got ahold of me and I found out the guy I had been dealing with was a new employee who didnt understand how or when rescheduling fees are used. I was able to arrange to have a technician I know to come out and do my service. Also, the owner got a hold of me and assured me that it was indeed a mistake and they would be taking remedial action to prevent a repeat.

They come out for a fee and spray outside and inside the homes and they tell you if you continue to see pests they will come spray again and you have a 30 day window to call them. What they dont tell you is that once you call them to schedule another spray they no longer pick up the phone for you. Ive called several times to schedule the second spray and they refused to pick up. I believe they intentionally keep customers on a list and tell their receptionist to not pickup when certain numbers call so they dont have to come out and spray again .

I had this company come out and fix my crawl space. I sold my house and the inspector said standing water was an issue. My realtor recommended Nick from this company. He came out, told me what I needed and was almost 6k cheaper then competitors. His workers came out and did 4K worth of work all in one day. The work passed the home inspection with no issues and I was able to close. Only negative, the workers backed a trailer on my grass, since it was closer to the crawl, and it was a mud pit. I highly recommend this company for crawl space work.

Robards Pest Control is also Robards Home Repair Service...By any standard the most unprofessional organization I have ever come across. Buyer beware: after they quote you on a job make sure you ask to explain HOW they charge you. They seem to have a rather strange definition of labor. They will come to your home gather the information on what they need to do the job and go get supplies. This is where the ripoff begins. They traveled from my home and were gone almost 2 1/2 hours. Traveling completely to the other side of town passing 3 other hardware stores...getting caught in traffic...stopping for lunch...stopping for traffic lights...shopping at hardware store...waiting in line at the hardware store...and checking out of the hardware store...and then driving back. YOU ARE CHARGED FOR ALL THAT TIME. All that wasted time you are charged for. All that time at lunch you are charged for. Passing 3 other hardware stores you are charged for. They are complete ripoff.

I had a stubborn seasonal ant problem i couldnt get rid of with store bought sprays or vinegar. (We are a very do it yourself family) But this service was worth the money customer service, he went under my crawl space I was worried they were coming from at no additional charge that other places wouldnt do. Im very happy and relieved my ant problem is gone! I would definitely recommend them.

Its sad that I have to call them to remind them its time to treat my house. I have done this every year for the past three years and guess what I havent heard from them at all this year. I refuse to contact them this year and if I dont hear from them soon I will be finding a new pest control company.

Not sure what chemical they use, but its either not very effective or they dont use enough of it . Ive had to have them come back to spray again because I still had bugs far too often. The people are nice, thats for sure, price is highly reasonable and they are always on time, but their chemical repellant needs some work to be more effective, imo.

I am a customer of Robards. I feel that they go above and beyond what is expected. Anytime that I need them between my services they come. As I read the reviews it surprises me what people said. I know not every company is not perfect. There is always that one that messes up. You cant judge a whole company for that. I am sure if you ever worked with the public you would understand what I am saying.Also the person complaining about the kid with a allergic reaction. I am commenting on that one because me personally has allergic reactions that cause me to go to the ER often. Anyone at any time can all of sudden be allergic to anything. When you are working or living around chemicals you have to be careful. Every bodies are different. My dogs and kids are ok with the spray. I always ate meat now all of sudden I am allergic to it. So what I am understanding maybe I should write a review to down the company that sells meat because I been to the er 5 times. I turned Blue after eating it. It just took a while to figure it out.So my point of this is before you give a bad review on a company please know facts and truth. I never had problems with this company.Also if you are putting a bad review for working there make sure you back it up. Sid you get fired? Did you not do your job? One day I went and paid my bill and it looked like the owner had a party for everyone. Grilling and games. Heck I dont get that with my company.

On first visit i was told i will have all pest controlled house and garden. I choose a quarterly visits so every 3 months someone came and spray my property thinks were taken care off i couldnt see any ants or spiders.. when I was quoted a full service i expected a full Pest control service so when i called up in midl term with mosquitos problem lady on the phone told me that i will be $30 extra i asked how ? i have full service with no extra cost in between sprays and she said nope and told me to take it or leave it... so i left this company with sore feelings i was cheated on and paid for something i didnt have for nearly a year... bad customer service...

ROBARDS does inside and out side work. They did an anti fugal treatment on a house for me as well as moisture proofing a basement. That went well.An out side drainage pipes and catch basins were also installed. The outside work was ok. I hope the outside drain works but that remains to be seen in the next down pour. So far I endorsed them for inside work, also a subcontracting company they use from Clarksville, TN, who does insulationnamed, HYTEC.

Terrible experience! We had an mandatory bed bug spray treatment in my apartment due to bed bugs. I did not want treatment since I got rid of them myself with vacuum, hot steamer and peppermint oil. I was lied to that it was completely harm free and no allergic reaction can occur. Although my son experienced an terrible allergic reaction after coming back home 6 hours later, with huge rashes covering almost his whole body, eye swelling and also testicals swelling on top of having chronic asthma! This Business is handled poorly, since you have to go thru training and be aware of possible reaction customers can experience...I received no warning, paperwork or anything saying allergic reaction are possible, they only lied saying this can never happen. Come on guys these are chemicals you are messing with! Be fair and give people the right to know what can happen doing these treatments! My son Is still suffering from this and its been 2 weeks already....
