I go here regularly for pedicures. The service is always top of the line. Staff is very friendly and takes great care of their customers. I highly recommend this business!

First time visiting this establishment. I did not schedule an appointment. However, they were very attentive, got me right in for a fill. The technician was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job on my nails. They are gorgeous.

Very rude service. The guy doing my toes could not understand English witch made it hard for me to understand him. Unfortunately the owner’s wife took the dipping powder book where I could NOT see the colors. My feet barely touched the water the whole pedicure. I asked for hot water and received cold in my water. Alongside my nails… Tom was complaining about how short and little the nail bed was witch is very rude. Tom said “You’re nail is too short you choose design that won’t fit your nail you need short nail design.” Tom also told me to get up out of the seat and go choose the colors with out a book where I could not see the true testing of the color swatches. I sat in the nail salon for 3 hours with no drink. I was not offered any drinks or even a chance to use the restroom. It’s one thing for Tom to speak in Chinese about me… but extremely disrespectful and rude for him to talk about me in English to another customer. Tom is very unprofessional as an owner this makes me not want to spend a single penny at you’re salon.

We were a walk in. I expected to have to wait as it was full looking. I explained that we had a pageant and previous appointments for hair and nails were scheduled overlapping at other places. We had canceled her nail appointment t to see if they could fit us in. The gentleman took us straight back and had a full set of nails on with a design on each nail. They looked awesome and had her finished up with 30 minutes for a great price. We will be back.

Amazing... had a 3:00 appointment went into salon a little early with Tee he took me right away and got started on my nails. He took his time was professional, precise and took pride in his work. My nails came out amazing. The best they have ever looked in Clarksville. The salon is neat clean and comfortable! I recommend them 100x 100! I will definitely be going back! No more looking for a home salon. I have found one that will definitely getting my business!

Literally the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. My fingers are so sore. I showed the guy that started doing my fill multiple different pictures and to each one he told me no. Finally I said do you do any kind of design? And he said yes. So he keeps going. I had a very pointy stiletto shape and he asked if I wanted them shorter, I said yes. He cut them down to where I wanted and then when he shaped them stiletto this is what I was left with. This is the design he did which I feel I couldve done better at home. They are so thick its insane. There are so many marks and nicks in them before I even left. While he was doing the design an older man came over and looked at my nails and LAUGHED! What the hell?! I asked multiple times what I owed him and how much it would be and no answer. I went to the front and was charged $35! One additional thing, I had one nail broken. He put a fake nail on it and glued the fake nail TO MY FINGER. Now it will not come off my skin and hurts! Now I have two hours to find somewhere to fix my nails before I go to work. Worst experience of my life.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 5 years. I brought my 5 family members that were visiting from out of town to get pedicures and manicures. However, we walked out before we got pedicures and manicures. The owner so very rude! I won’t be returning.

I’ve always loved this place. I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Clarksville, and this one is my favorite. I will not ever go to anywhere else. The prices are good compared to any other ones here in Clarksville. They are nice and friendly to you.

Ive been a couple of times, and the experience was uneventful. The most recent time I stopped in was an absolute disappointment, to say the least.Basic pedicure is what I asked for: the pedicurist begins using the dead skin grater/microplane. She decides to use it on the side of my big toe, more toward the top of the toe and slices my toe right open. She looks at me sheepishly, and then tries to stop the bleeding. Its a big cut so it doesnt stop, so she calls over another employee and I assume they are going to say, were sorry, pedicure is on us and then disinfect/bandage up my toe. No, they bring over this green bottle, and without warning, without asking me whether Im allergic to anything, drop this glue thing into my cut. The woman next to me has right before warned me it would burn, and she enough, it did, a lot. It doesnt stop the bleeding so the pedicurist tries to apply more; I say, no, and she proceeds to try anyway. I repeated myself, no, I do not want that anymore. Finally, she understands and does not try again. The cut is still bleeding, at this point.The rest of the pedicure is mostly uneventful (a guy takes over and is checking his phone instead of doing the rest of the pedicure making it take way longer than it should- awesome), except that, after cutting my toe, causing it to bleed without stopping, when I go up to pay, what do they say? Sorry. Then charge me full price.Cut to a day later- the cut is still bleeding. Because of the placement of the cut, I cant move my big toe without opening the cut even more. It will probably require a stitch to close up. So, yes, my basic pedicure is going to turn into a doctor visit and medical bills.So much for a relaxing pedicure.

Their acrylic and gel nails start coming off after a week. When we came in and asked for a fix and willing to pay for refill for the remaining nails, but not the replacement of the missing nails, they started being extremely rude and combative. Unprofessional place!

Walked right in and received excellent service! My normal nail salon was closed during regular hours with no notice on the door. This will be my new regular nail salon!!!

I enjoy going here. My nails turn out very nice every time. Ive gotton acrylic nails done twice by two diffrent people they were done nicely and lasted forever. Theres one girl whos not very friendly but does great work. Theres a very nice guy he also did good work and was very friendly. I got a pedicure by another man who was a little rough but still felt nice and the painting was good! The nail salon itself is very nice.

I was a first time customer today. Was not impressed and will not return. I wasnt offered anything to drink as they offered a beverage to other guests. Which there were two. They were slow, why I picked this time to go in. I went in for a fill and new color. I was charged $30. I was expecting $20 at the most. They told me I got a manicure as well because she cut back my nails. No hand massage, no cuttimg back cuticles. I said I wasnt aware of this service. I wasnt talked to the whole time I was having my nails done. Only what color I wanted. Terrible service. Didnt feel welcome. OVER PRICED FOR CRAP SERVICE.

I went in and got a basic gel nails. And while she was trimming my cuticles she was ripping too hard. And now ALL my fingers have red sores on them and are swollen. When she ripped my cuticle she applied a green liquid which burned. And now multiple fingers have infections.

This place was awful. I waited 30 minutes for service. The staff was extremely rude.

Worst experience ever. Won’t never go back
