The staff was very friendly! Also very patient and understanding of my needs & budget! They worked so diligently & helped me and made me that they cared for my desires as much as me. And the jewelry is always beautiful. Im very happy with my purchase & the service! Cant wait to get my ring back from getting sized. :)

My first time here and they have left a bad taste. I came to look at gold and when I said that, the “assistant manager” says come look at the sterling silver it’s cheaper. That’s not what I asked to look at, and insinuating that I want something cheaper is rude and disrespectful. I don’t know if it was because I’m black or the way I was dressed but this will be the first and last time I come here. Then when I walked out after telling her this was rude she says “oh my god”. Seems management customer service is lacking.

I so regret getting my ring here. I realize that covid is still going on, but since you reopened and have posted limited hours, maybe you should be open during those limited hours or at least have someone answering the phone to let people know when you plan on showing up for work. My ring has been damaged for months and even though I have an extended warranty, it doesnt matter if youre never open for me to get it fixed.

Unfortunately dont remember their names but there are 2 ladies there, 1 is skinny with blonde hair, the other is a slightly older woman, who are just amazing! I see them there everytime and they are constantly friendly and try to help to the best of their ability even through covid. They made me and my fiance feel welcomed and for bigger purchases like jewelry it is really appreciated!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My fiance and I picked out our wedding rings in less than 15 minutes. Both of us knowing exactly what we wanted ahead of time. Transaction went pretty smoothly. They had to order my fiances ring due to sizing. Informed us that it would take up to 6 weeks to arrive in store. Called the store to ensure it was there, and everyone was clueless. After placing a call to another store to get corporate information, the manager decided to call me back but only after the other store manager contacted him first. Apparently his ring had came in a while ago and they sent it back due to not being able to get in contact with me or my fiance. Which is completely false!!! I never once received a phone call or voicemail. Pretty much what happened was they forgot to order his ring and now that are back peddling to cover their behinds.I recommend going to another store.

We are in there a lot for repairs on my engagement ring. The first year I estimate i was in there 6-8 times, and in the year and a half since, probably 10 times. Matt has been the only one there that has been good to me and my husband. The other staff that have helped us have been condescending and rude, especially the woman that took care of me last, I wish i remembered her name. Hopefully when we move, the new store in our area will have better staff overall. If you are considering going/buying, I wouldnt deal with anyone but him. He is very professional and will do all he can to take care of you. He never gives me problems when I come in to send my ring off. So all in all, +1 star for Matt and +1 star for the way corporate handled my frustration with the problems going on with my ring. If I didnt have to send my ring to the shop 8 weeks out of the year, i would give 3 stars, because it is absolutely beautiful and I love it.

I give the service 1star because you cannot give a negative rating. Sent a watch out for repair in early January, & it was due back in mid-February. Called to check on the status in mid-February & the lady rudely told me I would receive a call or email when it was ready before she hung up on me. Later, received a call from them & was told it was only sent out for an estimate for repair; give it a few more weeks. Service is less than adequate.

I have to pay more money for a different ring bc this ones obviously defective!?!? I will never buy anything from this place again.... i will say the ladies always have helped me just fine its not their rules and theyve always been very sympathetic when i do come in time after time! I absolutely love this store, the only place to buy your jewelry...Its because of Chong Graham! She is absolutely wonderful taking time with you, very kind, helpful in what your needs may be...always considerate...always with a smile! I drove from Bowling Green, Ky because of recently relocating to go see her for an issue that I had with Kay Jewelers at Greenwood Mall where a regional manager in training diagnosed incorrectly my wedding ring and another ring I had brought in to be checked. Ms. Chong along with Manager Michelle Carter assessed my rings and absolutely said there were no issues with my rings. I will truly miss being able to go to Kay at Clarksville, Tn Mall where they know how to treat their customers-very knowledgeable in having care when going back in to have your rings checked to keep them in warranty! What a great team, highly sing praises to Managers Michelle Carter and Chong Graham, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

I’m always so nervous to walk into a jewelry store. Same feeling as going to a car lot to look around you know. Looking at Kays was nothing like I expected! I walked into the store to LOOK and was scared of being pressured into buying something that day. I cave really easy lol. I was greeted by a kind staff, a woman name LeAnne really took the time with us. She cleaned my ring I had been wearing, let me try on a bunch of wedding bands and helped me to pick out the perfect band for my husband. We went back THREE times and she was excellent every single time. She made sure everything was taken care of for us. She never made me feel pressured, she answered all my questions, and she really made the experience for us. We can never thank LeAnne enough. I will always recommend Kay jewelersbecause of the prices, but mostly because of their best asset, LeAnne.

My husband purchased a Neal Lane engagement ring from Kay. At first it looked beautiful. He paid a big chunk for it, then it started looking tarnished. About 3 montha ago the center diamond came out. The prongs barely held it together. I had the ring appraised. They charged 3 times its actual value. Then my son got a ring for hus girlfriend. If he was a day late on making a payment, their bank would call nonstop and harrass. It was horrible. I asked Kim would she please tell them to stop, she claimed she cant do anything about it, which isnt true. She called the bank before when I was in the store. She got her commission. Thats all she cared about. So I paid off the ring and will NEVERS do business there again.Stay away...you will get sweet talked then ripped off!

This place doesnt even deserve one star. My husband purchased a watch and the lifetime battery replacement. When it was time for a new battery we went to the Clarksville store the assistant manager not only told us there was no such thing as a lifetime battery replacement and refused to replace the battery but she also treated us like we were stupid and wasting her time. She is a C*#T and thats putting it nicely. We had to called corporate and have them call her to tell her to replace the battery. The funny thing was we had the paperwork but she claimed she didnt know why they would sale us something that didnt exist. Corporate had to teach her a thing or two about her job.If you need to go to Kays I would go to the store in Hopkinsville, Ky. The people that work there know how to treat their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Stay clear away from this place! I bought an engagement and wedding band for my fiancé from this Kays jewelers in governor square mall. They had me sign up for their credit card telling me that I have two options of payment for the bridal special. First one is 20% down 0% for 12 months or 1.9% for 36 months. After paying for 5 months and not seeing my balance go down much I called to find out my interest rate since there is no way of looking it up on their website. I find out that Ive been paying around 24% apr. Do not use their financing and dont trust what they tell you!

I purchased a $2,000 wedding band set from Kay’s one year ago and went back in to get it resizes because my wife just had a baby and really missed having her wedding ring fit. They wanted to charge me $150.00 to resize the set and acted like it was a mistake to sodder them together because they would have to undo the sodder then resize both then sodder them back. (Btw: they soddered them after the wedding!) I went across the hall of the mall and paid $40.00 for the same exact thing. Funny thing is I was about to buy a $200 bracelet from them for a Christmas gift but took my business elsewhere.

So marks and Morgan lost my wedding ring, my wedding band, and another ring that my husband bought me while all 3 were out being serviced. So in the middle of all that happening there store closed down and I had to go through kays. Kays had no idea what was going on (obviously) because it wasnt there fault this was happening. They have been so kind and understanding during this situation. They without hesitation upgraded me a new ring a significant amount without even blinking an eye. Thankyou to the manager and the staff for helping this horrible situation turn into a better one for me. I can never replace my first wedding set, and Im still really upset.. but yall made it a lot easier for me to deal with so thankyou!

I went in there with my fiancé when he wanted to buy me something for Valentines Day; being that I never asked for jewelry, he wanted to make sure I liked something before he bought it. Our initial experience was fine; he bought three pieces (it was originally supposed to be two but he was feeling lucky that day) and with them came a cleaning/inspection service that was free, to be done every six months, for life.I came back six months later, and that was fine. Six months after that, the guy working there was a bit confused because when looking at the paperwork, there seemed to be only documentation for two of the three pieces-- I gave them everything I had for the three pieces. He consulted with another employee, who cleared it up, apologized, and stated that the first gentleman who helped me out was fairly new. All three pieces were taken back, inspected, and cleaned. When I took the three pieces back at the beginning of this month (August), at first there was more confusion about the lack of documentation related to the pieces; the woman who was helping me called someone else to go through everything. I informed them that the same situation had happened six months prior, and that it was successfully reconciled. The second woman informed me that there was no way that the third piece in question could have been purchased there, as she had worked so long that she was unquestionably familiar with everything that came through the store (whether she was or not, I cannot say). She went through my fiancés purchase history, and lo and behold, the necklace was not there. We were at a terrible impasse. I explained to them that I had witnessed my fiancé pay for all three pieces, and the second woman suggested (I thought rather rudely) that he must have purchased it from somewhere else when I wasnt aware of it. The two of them continued to go back and forth with me, although at that point I understood that they were not able to do anything at that time with that particular piece because there was no proof of purchase for it.My problem was not that they continued to suggest that my fiancé had purchased the piece from somewhere else. Nor was it the arrogance from having worked there that one knew every single piece on display. Not even that I was kept in a pointless debate for thirty minutes longer than necessary. It was the lack of continuity, seemingly careless passivity of the staff that bothered me. The last two times were (relatively) painless, but suddenly there was a problem to which I was unsure of how to handle, as it had not been there before. It was completely unnecessary and could have saved us all a headache had there been proper documentation-- even a note left from previous staff regarding the piece would have been acceptable.I would recommend that anyone in any jewelry store, who either plans on or is offered a similar guarantee as to the one that I had, to ensure that all documentation is present for each session so that there is no miscommunication at any point between staff themselves or between staff members and customers.

They dont even deserve a one star!I bought a costum wedding band to go with my engagement ring-the engagement ring shouldnt have been touched, but it was and they butchered it. My Leo diamond engagement ring came back missing the diamond inside the band and had been replaced with a completely different band-not even round, thin as hell, and the assistant manager told me it was worth more because it was costum. I got the diamond from my original band back into this sorry excuse of a costum job, and then the wedding band came back. NOT what I asked for, they took it on themselves to make changes to it without calling to confirm it. The valuable high quality costum band cracked within weeks of me having it. Sent it back and guess what-yep, cracked again. Nothing says quality like a breaking band. Silver lining--I went to Nashville (green hills mall) and they couldnt believe my set was 1.) a Leo 2.)from Kays. --My stones were off center, spacing is a sad joke, my wedding band is so thin on the bottom its ready to fall apart. I was told from the assistant manager just look at the stones, dont worry about the bands...yeah because I didnt pay the bands to look nice or anything-she needs to be fired. The wonderful assistants at the green hill mall set me up on how to file a claim to get it fixed ..of course itll never be completely fixed-I cant get the memories of my old ring back, but watching karma rain justice on the ones involved in making my ring this way ..itll kinda be worth it.Even Walmart sells rings with round bands. I now have a claim active and I will make the drive to Nashville to get my jewelry from now on. This store took the meaning away from my ring. They mulilated a ring I had while me and my husband were apart-I was stationed in Germany and he was at fort Campbell, I had that ring with me the entire time even through his deployment. They took something away from me Ill never be able to get back...and then they lied and made it out like I was over reacting. The manager blew me off, the assistant manager was the one that was in charge of this hell storm...and now they can experience a little of the hell ive been through. The manager and assistant manager give Kays a bad name! DO NOT go here, make the drive to green hills--itll save you money and heartache.
