Went into the store to surprise my wife with a new wedding set and she helped me look at rings for at least an hour until we found the perfect set. My wedding ring broke and clarksville jewelers not only fixed it but made my ring completely better! They 3D images scanned and reconstructed it!! They were so amazing and they are so caring! I had my fine gold chain necklace fixed here after it got yanked off my neck on accident. The woman helping me was nice. Took a week to get fixed and had a friend pick it up. When I got it back, I noticed where they had fixed it, and it looked like a poorly done job. I didn’t think much of it because you had to look very closely to see it anyway, and it’s a thin gold necklace. It’s only been about three weeks and out of nowhere my necklace is on my bedroom floor and not on my neck! It broke in the same spot that had gotten fixed! I’m very disappointed but am glad I wasn’t out in public where I could’ve lost my necklace! When I read reviews I was expecting better!

Andrew (owner and jeweler) is absolutely fantastic! I lost a very sentimental earring, and he custom made me one that is better than the original! He is patient, has great ideas, and was very fair! Look no further; the personalized customer service here is second to none!

I recently took two rings to have some work done on them and i am very happy with the results. One ring was cutting into my finger after a few days wearing it. The polished and rounded out the area and now i have a comfortable fit. My second had scratched silver and clasp problems and now i have a smooth and beautiful ring that is 65 years old. Call me a happy camper.

Recently, my wife and I came here for my necklace. I’ve had my pendant for 9 years and my chain was very worn and corroded. They fixed me up with a great new chain at a great price and even created a new custom soldered bail for my pendant. They also do engraving, which looks amazing on the back.For my wife, we found a GORGEOUS new wedding band for her. They sized it down to her finger perfectly, and you can’t even tell where it was sized down at. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service!

Definitely the best place to go for your jewelrey needs! The staff is very friendly and very helpful! I needed my ring resized and they were able to get me in and get it done in just a few days! They surprised me saying my ring was ready earlier than expected! Im very very pleased with their service and will definitely be going there everytime I need my jewelery fixed. Their prices are great as well!! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this jeweler. Everyone was nice and friendly during our visit. I had to get my wedding set sized down due to intentional weight loss. When we went to pick it back up I found my ring and I loved how good my rings looked. We did find that they needed to be sized back up 1/2 inch (probably due to inflammation). They did it at no extra charge. I know where Im going next time I need help with any of my jewelry :)

I can’t say enough about Andrew’s work! He promised a custom ring and he delivered above and beyond. He took some ideas and rough sketches and turned it into a dream come true. Prices were great. The work was phenomenal. The customer service was superb. They will forever have my business for all of my jewelry needs. I wish I could give more than five stars.

My mother dropped her wall clock that she got from Germany years ago to this business to be cleaned. They told her it would be 2 weeks and 150.00 to clean. They told her if there was anything wrong with it they would call her before repairing. Well almost 2 months later she gets her clock back and it cost her 350.00 with no explanations. My husband went to pick it up for her today and the clock was dirty. They said that would be extra to clean. Really, this is about the most unprofessional place I have ever gone to. They took advantage of an old lady. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They dont even deserve the one star but I couldnt post this complaint with out giving them it.

I am such a happy customer! I haven’t worn my rings in YEARS, so I took them to Clarksville Jewelers for resizing. In less than 24 hours I had them back! They are buffed and look beautiful. I wish I would have gone to them years ago! The customer service is professional, friendly, and very courteous!

I took two watches to be repaired for my son from his uncle who passed away in March this year. Clarksville Jewelers did an amazing job cleaning them up, replacing batteries, and putting new bands on. They are awesome!

I brought in a family gold pendant to make duplicates for my wife and young daughter. As a typical man I waited until 18 December to decide to get these for Christmas. Clarksville jewelers made exact beautiful replicas with 14k gold and the turn around was less than 3 business days. Would very highly reccomend them and will be coming back for as long as I am here in Tennessee.

Excellent service!The services broadedly range and are very well performed.-Smaller jobs are done faster of course but the more intricate and precise jobs are handled in a reasonable amount of time.- Clock work ranges from the wristwatch/pocket watches up to grandfather clocks. They will clean and repair most of these items.- They have multiple jewelry pieces ranging in $ to fit your pocket book. All are gorgeous; plus they have the in house capability to do all types of alterations (ie repair, sizing, setting changes, engravings, etc).- They have a better selection of personalized items than I have seen in chain stores. These range from trophies, awards, clocks, baking items, presentation pieces, and simple name tags.- I appreciate their customer service too. They know me even the mask. They remember the job I have brought in everytime. There is an excellent system of logging jewelry in with digital photographs and sending you information/quotes upon request. There is no expectation to pay for a quote either.- They have the feel of a small town/family business with the capabilities of large chain stores. As always, have realistic expectations and you get what you pay for. You get your moneys worth with this fine business.

From bob. took my watch in to have it cleaned and a new battery. got it back and it had it stopped and could not pull the stem out. took it back. got it back and had to take it back because the magnefing crystal did not cover the date. got it back.. now I can not change the day of the week. Will not go back there again.

Drew gave us fantastic service. We were moving across town and had inherited a grandfather clock from family. It wasnt working and we didnt want it moved by the movers. Drew took the clock with him, repaired it and stored it a few months until we got settled. We gave him a call to schedule delivery. He not only brought it out just a few days later, but he set it up and showed us how to work it. Professional, knowledgeable and 5 star service. Drew and Clarksville Jewelers has our business for life.

This company came very recommended for the repair of my grandfather clock. I have had two appointments scheduled and both times I have been left waiting for no one to show and no phone call. When I call the next day I am given an excuse as to why they didnt show but no reason for why they didnt call to let me know. I hope to change this rating as I have given them one more chance to make this right.

I love how thoughtful and helpful they were. They helped make Christmas for my fiance. I will always come back for any jewelry needs. They did a superior job cleaning and polishing as well.

It goes a long way to me when a person takes the time to try and make things right. Initially I wrote a scathingly negative review of Clarksville Jewelers (see below), which is why I was shocked when Andrew called me within two hours of my post to discuss what went wrong. That kind of professionalism and courtesy is sorely lacking these days, so it was nice to see it in action. Andrew listened to my complaint, offered a resolution so that it wouldn’t happen in the future, and even offered to clean my watch free of charge. When I picked up my watch, it was Andrew who met me at the counter and, once again, apologized and reassured that there would be better communications with customers in future settings. He even threw in two coupon chips, which I wasn’t expecting at all! A good company isn’t one that’s perfect; rather, it’s one that is willing to listen and care for their customers as best they can. Clarksville Jewelers is such a place, and I will definitely be back!———Horrible experience. They kept my watch for over a year, long before this pandemic started. This would have been fine, except I never received an update throughout that year. I would call them, was told that someone would call me with an update, then nothing. I finally picked up my repaired watch today and it was filthy. I asked about a cleaning, but was told they would only do it for an additional fee. Are you kidding me? You keep my watch for a year, never give a courtesy call with an update as promised, return it completely dirty, then refuse to clean it unless I give you more of my money?! The lady at the front is very sweet and professional who tried her best to help me, but the other workers are rude and don’t seem to care about their customers. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but I’m sorely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, respect, and common courtesy from this shop.

I had my wedding ring put on another setting with the help and expertise of Andrew and Joel. I made an appointment last week to look at bands. The selection was insanely large, there was so many amazing choices. I found the perfect setting for my 2.1 carat round diamond. I found that Clarksville Jeweler’s had not only a plentiful selection, but prices that were hard to beat. I was able to watch him mount my ring, and able to leave wearing my new ring.

Andrew at Clarksville Jewelers was Amazing!!! I wanted to give my wife my grandmothers engagement ring and great grandmothers wedding band as a Christmas gift. The problem was the settings were in pretty rough shape and the diamonds were distributed through the rest of the family..I described my idea to Andrew and he took exactly what I had in my head and made it a reality! The price was very fair and the work and craftsmanship was exemplary! I will never go to anyone else for my jewelry as I will be a customer for life!!!!
