I felt like I had a new ring! I went in to get my ring re-sized, and it was quick. I couldn’t believe how good it looks and now it fits so perfect! I had brought an old pocket watch that my father had for many many years. It wasn’t working and the top spring was missing so it wouldn’t open. At first glance we had figured it would take 4-8 weeks to fix. They had called me the next day saying it was ready! He had not only fixed the spring and got it ticking again, but took care of the glass plate inside as well. Amazing people with a true care of antiques and personal valuables.

I had a very poor experience here. I rarely ever leave reviews, and even more rare is a bad one. I realize how much small businesses thrive on reviews but I think that it is necessary for people to know the risks that they are taking when dropping items off for repair. I dropped my watch off to have the crystal face replaced because I had chipped mine. This watch means a great deal to me and it has been in my family for over 15 years. After 3 days, I was informed that the work was completed... but that the watch no longer works. It doesn’t tick, not even with a new battery and they claim I need a new motor, conveniently they can replace it for only $80. Although I was able to avoid the original $30 for replacing the crystal piece, I am still very disappointed that something that has been in my family for so long managed to be broken in a matter of 72 hours while in their care. The individuals in the store were polite to me, but I am honestly devastated that they broke my watch, citing it as “defective” when it has not had any problems all these years. I now have to find a new repair shop to fix what this shop broke. I would strongly advise individuals to trust another repair shop with their valuable jewelry, especially if it has any sentimental value.

Im gone here twice now. Once to resize my grandmas ring to fit my finger and to fix another ring that had issues with the prongs. Its always a fast turn around and Ive had zero issues with using this place. They are kind and professional. I went to another major jewelry store and it was going to cost me $50 dollars more and I wouldnt get my ring back til a week later. They are affordable and usually a fast turn around to receive your jewelry back. Definitely recommend checking this place out! They also give a military discount. 👌

This review is for the employee on duty at 4:21 pm 05/17/21. the company lost a sale because of its customer service. since we entered the store, his attitude was very strong. We had asked for two rings and my intention was to complete the purchase of one and put the other one separate. I asked for the other employee Loren, this employee deserves a 10 for her excellent treatment, professionalism and knowing the product. If Loren had been, surely we would have bought the two rings. for the employee on the 4:21 pm shift, I suggest that she take a course in sales and public relations. the ring we bought with Lorens help is excellent.

I needed my engagement ring sized down, and every place I went to said they’d ship it out and it would be a couple weeks to get it back. I was hesitant to do this, but luckily I found this place and they did it same day! The staff was incredibly friendly and informative and it could not have gone better!

I went to zales only to find out my warranty was voided. I was recommended to go to jewelry repair service and they were nice and super quick with the work they did. I needed a accent diamond replaced. They got the job dont within 2 hours same day! They are reasonably priced super quick and great quality work! They made my ring look brand new again!

The new girl was so sweet and tried her best that had beautiful dreds and glasses. She was very professional and so kind and you could tell she was ready to learn and very nervous. The other woman who was running it was very unhelpful to the new lady and rude as hell to us. She did not know what she was doing but made it seem like she did then gave us attitude when I asked how long it would take for my ring. Made no eye contact and rolled her eyes.. its to be expected for people to ask questionswhen you take a 4k ring in to get re sized. Not to mention youre in a professional environment and looked like you rolled out of bed which I originally ignored but ill mention that now.

I dropped my jewelry off on a Friday and was told it would be ready Monday I called Monday and was told they should be ready the next day today is Wednesday and still not fixed I called they told me they were very busy so I decided to go to the store nobody inside, so I ask for my jewelry and a refund they told me that they could have them fixed by tomorrow Thursday I passed because Thursday will turn into Sunday

The store is full of nice items, besides the jewelry.You could be able to find a present for almost any occasion.Personal was helpful and friendly. The engraving service is a plus. Fair price and fast delivery. (It took around :30 to be ready).

I took in a watch needing a battery and 2 rings that needed to be sized. The battery was replaced while my fingers were being measured. I asked when the rings would be ready and was told they try to do same day service. Since it was early afternoon, I really wasnt expecting that. But 2 hours later, my rings were ready. The rings fit perfect and looked brand new. Thank you for the quick turn around and excellent customer service.

I was fine with going back across town to purchase it and bring the business back to you to give another crack at it. (Pardon the pun.) After all, accidents happen and usually it’s because of miscommunication between both parties! I get it! (But please know that I never suggested you replace my $12.99 glass decanter with one of your $140 Crystal ones. That wouldn’t have been right.)The point of this is that I could have been your customer in the future if this has been handled better. And I could’ve recommended you to others. I was surprised when you told me you don’t want me as a customer in the future, though I never had the opportunity to really respond any questions/statements over the phone without interruption.Yes I was disappointed today.My family frequents the mall weekly. Outstanding Service!! Took over 30 watches that need batteries, Links removed and other services, they took care of me in about 1 day. Even repaired my Favorite watch which other shops stated that they did not have the tool to remove the back 2 replace the battery!! Very Satisfied!!

My 15 year-old grandson had broken his prescription glasses. When the original optometry clinic stated they couldn’t repair them they did, however, recommend the Jewelry Repair Service Center for welding them back together. Not expecting them back until the end of the day, they called within two hours with the repairs complete! All staff members were extremely kind, understanding, very professional, and my grandson had his glasses for the remainder of his school day! This is the second time we have used JRSC for a challenging request - they have always exceeded expectations going above and beyond with talent and customer service.

The Jewelry Repair Service Center did a fantastic job @ repairing a gold bracelet of mines in less than 24hrs! The bracelet had been accidentally broken in two and as a result I consulted other repair centers in and outside of the Clarksville area. I do not know if the woman that is in there is the owner but she has very poor customer service. She not once smiled and she had a smart attitude with me as soon as she walked up and everything she had to say was with an attitude. I have always worked with the public and I know people have bad days, even if that was the case you leave your problems at the door when you get to work. You do not take it out on your customers. In a small business like this you should have good customer service skills if you want your business to succeed.

Went in for a ring renovation, and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience... I combined my my original wedding ring with my moms, and added a stone... About nine years ago my wife ran over her watch with her car. Checking every jewelry shop in town, all said it had to be sent back to Bulava for repair. They want the watch sent to them along with $65 dollars to provide an estimate. The sand was the important part as it had sentimental value. Just by chance I asked if you could fix the watch? You accepted the challenge and in the days told me you had found the parts to make the repair put it would take a month to get the parts. Jewelry Repair Service meet the challenge and it only cost only $30 dollars. Thank you for a job well done.

Took my wedding set here to be sized up. Everyone was really sweet but when I went to pick up my rings I didn’t notice right then but A diamond had fallen out . When I took my rings in all diamonds were there . So it happened during the sizing process. My husband took them back to the guy who does the sizing and brought it to his attention he looked at them and said it wasn’t missing a diamond. We hadn’t made it out of the mall yet. I noticed the diamond before leaving the mall so the rings weren’t even on my finger 2 minutes. So I walked over to zales and had a lady who worked there look for me and there was in fact not one diamond missing but two. Things can happen during sizing but it’s upsetting when it happens and it’s not made right. So now not only have I put money into buying my rings but money in having them sized and now putting more money into having them sent off to have the 2 diamonds put back in and that’s not cheap. Upsetting because I’ve been going here for years to have my rings sized and never had an issue until now. My husband wasn’t rude in any kind of way.

I went in yesterday, 2/16, to have my watch battery replaced. I was greeted immediately by two lovely young ladies who were quick to help. I have a rather pricey watch, so I am a bit redundant on who I will allow to work on it. The owner did an excellent job at changing my battery, as well as reassuring me that it will continue to work! I will be back, they all did an excellent job!!

Update: I went to pickup my prepaid items that needed to be engraved and it was the owner who were rude on the phone. I also was told by the owner that I shouldnt write negative reviews on a small business owners pages when she was just trying to help and she didnt do anything wrong.How can an owner tell me what to write on MY review? A review is a customers experience and they a have a right to write what their experience was good or bad.However, when I first came in the store about 6 or 7 days ago the employee in there was very courteous and helpful.Initial Post: If I could give no stars, I would.If a business can not provide what you want, then it should be communicated before a customer pays for it.I am extremely dissatisfied with the product I paid for as a gift for my significant other.I would not recommend this business to anyone.Someone was rude to me on the phone. Management should ensure that their employees understand and is trained on providing good customer service to all.I should have read the reviews and paid attention to negative reviews before spending my money at this establishment.A complete waste of my time and money!

We took our ear rings in to be repaired & the repair guy knocked out two diamonds then the assistant manager tried to say it was like that beforehand. They didn’t even repair the basket part like they were supposed to. After being disrespected by both the repair man & the assistant manager they finally fixed our belongings, but they replaced our higher grade diamonds with a lower grade diamond. They are very shady & dishonest. I should’ve went to my normal repair guy on Ft Campbell. If you cherish your jewelry don’t bring it here! Also they wouldn’t even give us a refund!

I’ve been working here for over a year now and have loved every minute of it. The 2 owners are amazing and give so much to their employees, but most of all, give everything they have to their customers. It is true that you cannot make everyone happy. Whether customers are having a bad day or just nothing can make them happy, this is a place where we try anyway. Sometimes, we take a ring in that falls apart on us and we have to take over an hour on that single ring, that single job. Not everything goes perfectly, and working here has shown me how much effort they put into making their customers happy, when they won’t tell you the countless hard work and research sometimes that went into your job that you brought us. This is a place to learn and grow in, not only in your career, but as an individual. Having such a close relationship with the owners is amazing because they treat so many people as they’re their family, and it’s beautiful watching people come in from all parts of the community that have been coming here since they first started to get their jewelry or watches fixed, or to just stop by to say hello. I can honestly say that this is the best job that I’ve ever had, and I never want to part with it. Some day, when the time comes, I know just where I’ll be sending everyone for all their engraving, watch repair, jewelry repair, and all kinds of gifts for every occasion.

We respectfully would not recommend this jewelry repair service. In our opinion, very slow (almost a month to do the work and finished it when told we needed it because we were permanently leaving town), very disorganized (could not find our item to provide an update on three different occasions), and poor quality work (turned a gold item into part gold and silver). Offered no apology or recourse; very take it or leave it attitude. We now have to pay another jewelry repair to complete the work correctly.

I needed a stone repaired in my Michael Kors watch. They didnt have exact stone but tried to fix it. When i went to pick up, they werent satisfied with their job and actually refunded my money! They said they could send it off to Michael Kors for me and they would re-do the entire casing, which is what I ended up doing. It looks perfect! Thank you so much! Will be returning to fix my Fossil watch.
