Please read this review! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! When we moved to our new house, we used Airborne Disposal, a Veteran owned waste management company in Clarksville. We used them for a year or two with zero issues.This company bought the original company out. We started having problems almost immediately with this company. On more than one occasion, they just didn’t pick the trash up in our ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD! Then they took another 2-3 days to come do what they were paid to do with no apologies, no excuse or reason given for their failure. I just assumed it was growing pains, until it happened AGAIN! Again with no reasoning, no excuse, no apology for their failure, and no hurry remedy their failure. Then after two billing cycles of dealing with this company’s utter incompetence, they had the audacity to raise the price of their service which is SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER QUALITY than any other trash service that I have used in my 12 years of living in Clarksville. They bought out this veteran and ran his business into the ground! We need to run them out of our county PERIOD!

Although we have had some missed pickups along the way, they are always responsive when sending feedback. The drivers are wonderful and I was happy to receive a new container today. Thanks you for all you do!

They have always left my trashcan empty and clean. Reliable and always informed of any changes and pick up. I am very happy with the service I get from them

This is Not Clarksville Disposal. In fact they were better as Clarksville disposal and not Waste Connections. They are not open until 5... only open until 4. Consistently misses trash pickup, told us to use whatever can we had to put the extra bags in (since they missed us last week... again) and they were not picked up. This company is as trash as the garbage they sometimes pick up. Literally saw a Stinky Pinky employee walking up a driveway to get a can their customer forgot.... customer service is not difficult.

We used to have Queen City disposal and had no issues. When this company took over, they cancelled our business account without our knowledge for over a month. Every time we spoke with anyone they said they were reinstating it. Finally after they did, they started charging our business account more than triple price every month. I’ve called many times, left messages and so on. No calls back, no answer, and they are still overcharging us monthly. Instead of them charging our commercial account $12 per month as per the standards rates we were told, they are taking $54 monthly. Be wary of this company.

Airborne Disposal sold out to WasteConnect, and I had horrible reviews from others on the new owner service; I am happy I never listen to others because they have been on time, Professional and prompt. My only complaint is the price, but I understand disposal fees through the county and state they must deal with, and it is a for-profit business with employees.

I have used several companies over the last 20 years, and will never have to change services again. Clarksville Disposal is wonderful. We have two pick up drivers Mike C. and David S. who are courteous, on time every time, and can turn those large trucks around on a dime! The dispatch guy Louis must love his job, because he is so happy and helpful, and is a CAN DO kind of guy. He always comes through when we need extra services, and gets a truck to us immediately. Our office lady Hope is fantastic! She is always a call away- and always answers our call, when we have questions about other services, or need to get containers dropped on different sites.

I’m so irritated. I was with airborne disposal and they’ve recently been bought out by waste connections. APPARENTLY they decided to change the pickup schedule this week without sending out any type of notice. So now we will have almost two weeks of food sitting and lingering in our trash cans with absolutely no notice. The least you could have done is still picked up on the original scheduled day and then on the new day so we didn’t have lingering trash. Unbelievable that so much as a notice a week in advance wasn’t given.

Hope Lyons has always been on point with service and her response time when we have had any issues/questions. She is an absolute joy to speak with and is always very polite and professional. I look forward to continuing to work with Hope for our sanitation needs.

Ive worked with Hope for the trash removal at our Hotel. She is very responsive to our needs. Trash removal is good and sometimes early. They are not as quick to fine for things like slightly open side panel doors as is the other big provider. Im glad there is some competition for commercial waste removal.

I have been with this company since 2015 and ever since they acquired the other two companies they havent been the same. They have became more expensive but I was ok with this because service was good, then I had problems with getting pickups and what not I would call and most times it was ok but like I said it got worse I would call and they would say it would be 25bucks for a one time pickup along with what I already pay and always trying to find something to say was the cause but if it was my fault I delt with the no trash pickup even though I payed for it upfront and was being forced to pay another month charge to pick up one time. I have found a cheaper company that has been working well. So I decided to get that company and drop this one but I still have some time left and that when it got really bad. Always a reason they cant pick up and my wife had talked to them and got upset yes but never called back from there dispatch to tell me why so I didnt know to fix the problem, same again this week but I called and talked to the same person in customer service and this person keep cutting me off and finally I got fed up with them telling me it will 25 bucks more I said a few choice words about why that is and this person started raising there voice at me like I was yelling, like I am paying for this service I get to voice if I like this or not yea I raised my voice back even louder because it was frustrating. So they refused to get it unless I pay. I am glad I switch if this how they treat someone when they decide to leave.

I signed up with Airborne when moving here, purposefully avoiding this place because I had heard terrible things. Airborne sold to this company, so I thought I would give it a try. They didnt pick up my trash. I called at 2:45 PM yesterday to let them know they missed it. I was told after being on hold for over 20 minutes that I needed to leave my can out and they would pick up today. I call today when they drive by again and get attitude from some lady saying that I have to wait another day because she didnt put it on the dispatch board until after 3 PM when the trash truck is down the street. She gave me attitude said they would come get it today and once again, did not pick it up. Its not my fault that you made a mistake, the least you could do is fix it immediately. Im riding my paid months out and finding a different company because as I heard from many people, this company is garbage.

When looking for a large dumpster to rent for home renovation Hope was extremely helpful in choosing the right size and helping me to get everything delivered and picked up in a professional and timely manner! Would recommend Waste connections and Hope to anyone!!! Great service!!!

Called and complained multiple times, driver continues to leave the trash cans in the middle of my driveway so I have to park in my neighbors driveway just to clear my way. Customer service doesn’t care either blowing me off saying they’ve left a note on the account. Unprofessional people all of them.

I called two weeks in advance to set up a trash service before moving in. The delivery of the can was late. Trash pickup never came or serviced my area. When I called the first time on supposed trash day, they said it would get serviced. Im sitting here the next day, and it has not been serviced. I called again; they said they would schedule one for the following day. The service is horrible, incompetent, and does not know the value of time.The only thing worth mentioning on a good note is the customer service personnel who answer phones—polite, courteous, and understanding.Everything else is “hot garbage, in a dumpster fire, on planet Raxus Prime. (planet of waste, get cultured)

Hope Lyons at WC is great. Of course you never want to have to call your dumpster provider, but when you do she handles the issue quickly and without need for follow up. I have had awful experiences with waste companies (Waste Management!) and WC is a pleasure to deal with.

Hope Lyons is always the most friendly and POLITE person you could call or email...She has gotten a answer for any of my questions (whether there fault or mine). Would recommend her business to to anyone 👍

Hi - my name is Camille Baz and I work for Gallagher Staging in Nashville TN. Once upon a time we were killing it in the Entertainment Industry with manufacturing the coolest stage sets as well as unique stage rentals. Well then Covid-19 happened and it literally took us to a complete halt the week of March 10th, 2020. With that said we really had to do alot of down sizing from employees to monthly expenses to be able to survive. Well we used to use Waste Management as our Trash company til they raised our monthly charges. I was in complete awe of this. When I tried to get ahold of our rep it was crickets long story short I paid out our entire contract cause I got in touch with this amazing Rep with Waste Connections named Hope Lyons. I honestly cant say enough great things about her. She is always so responsive I email for a pickup and they are here same day if not the next. The dumpsters look almost brand new. The best part of all the rate went down more than half the cost of what Waste Management was. I would and have recommended her and the company Waste Connections to everyone. If you want great waste service this is your gal and company!

Do not recommend, very poor service. Cancelled my service at a building in downtown Clarksville because they would never pick up the trash. This was in March, and as of July it has still not been picked up and is full of trash. I have called repeatedly, and they keep saying they will forward on the message and get it emptied.

I have had service with this company for one week and after 5 calls over the past week to get my trash picked up, I cancelled today. I should have read the reviews prior to setting up service. The ladies that answer the phone are overall friendly but service and reliability seem to be non existent for this company..

Don’t waste your time. Frequently missed trash pickups and upon calling to inform them, you will receive empty promises to find it still won’t be picked up until the following week. Trash pickup times are infrequent some weeks a nice 7am pickup and a month later it’s 5pm. Sandy in customer service is a delightful voice that appears to not be backed by her staff. I have discontinued my service and have been waiting to be reimbursed for the service I was still charged for after calling them twice to pick up their trash can. Save your time and stress levels and pick a different company. Empty promises filled by continued inconsistencies.

Clarksville Disposal aka Waste Connections used to be wonderful. We had them for 11 years. However, recently Queen City took over and they are absolutely terrible.THEY NEVER PICK UP OUR TRASH, and when you call and tell them, they really dont care. As of today, we are cancelling.

I paid for a dumpster to be delivered Thursday, Friday at the latest so I would have it before the weekend. Here it is Saturday, no dumpster and no communication about it despite calling several times and being told “I was on the schedule”

I had them for 4 weeks. They have picked up 1 time. I called in each time it wasnt picked up. The first 3 times it was because the driver couldnt find the address the 4th time the driver could not pick up the trash because of the contents. The customer service was nice and after calling in so many time I got to know them.

I have been using them for trash pick up since 2003. Lately they only pick up the trash about half of the time. I call the office and they still dont pick up the trash. They get paid but dont do the work. I am done with them and will be finding a more reputable business.Clarksville Disposal has been doing much better in the past few months. They have not missed picking up my trash in a while. I dont know what changes that were made but they are appreciated.

I have a new sales rep, Mary Beth Spitler; and could not be happier. Her response to any matter is always prompt, courteous and accurate. My company has been a Clarksville Disposal customer for a few years now and have never had a complaint; but having a wonderful sales rep is just icing on the cake.

We have been very happy with Waste Connections for the past 4 years as a business customer. They have been polite and timely with collection of our 8 yard dumpster and our 20 yard roll off. We had several other companies in previous years and never received the service like we have with WC. We have a representative that we can contact at any time and the support from Steve Slater and his team, has been excellent.

Service is inconsistent and you can never trust what they say. I do not know how they are still in business. If you like experiencing frustration this the company for you.

Terrible Customer service!!! We have called them 3 times to empty our dumpster and they say some one is coming and no ones shows up!😡Any connection you make with them is a waste. I’m sick of junk!!!

My family has been with them in each entity they have been for almost 15yrs. But something has changed in the last year. Never had we had missed pick up. This year weve had to call more than a half dozen times because the trash wasnt picked up. They changed our route from morning which it had been for all those years and then things went to hell. For the cost (which I believe is the most expensive in town) we have stayed due to loyalty and good service. Esp. When my mother was terminally Ill and we forgot to take the cans down for pick up. However the repeated issues are getting to be a problem. With the heat this summer and the delayed pick up we had more maggots than ever having to clean the cans more than usual. At one point we were told they would bring 2 new cans, never happened. I hope the service gets it together, seems Im not the only one who has noticed the change in service.

We moved to Clarksville Tennessee from Southern California six years ago. We have never really known so much about our Garbage Disposal company but we just appreciate the service and when I call with a question getting help. In California you would never get a pleasant response so we just want to say thank you and have a blessed day!

We have been with them over a year and I have to say, we couldnt be happier. Our driver Ben is courteous and prompt every week! Our interactions with the office staff has always been met with wonderful customer service as well. Even on the weeks where we have a Holiday or inclement weather we get prompt notifications of any changes to their schedule and appreciate all yall do!!

I work for a broker who works closely with this Waste Connections office. I receive prompt responses, personal service, and top notch customer care. If any issues should arise, as the inevitably do, the resolve is swift. This is exactly the type of customer service that we need to get the job done! Extremely pleased!

No one ever answers the phone. I’ve tried calling 4 diff times in the last 3 weeks and the recording and music loops repeatedly. On hold 20+ minutes each time. Still have never heard a live human talk yet.

I havent had any problems lately. The first pick- up crew was fantastic. If any thing spilled on to the street they would personally get out and sweep it up. The next set didnt pickup anything just left it and the driver knocked down the speed limit sign and kept going. The crew we have now is good. They sweep up spillage also. Just have all your crews set the cans back far enough to keep them from being knocked over and damaged by passing cars.

We started service with this company 3 weeks ago and have since switched to a different company. Naturally you are going to have an abundance of trash when moving into a new home which we did. I piled it next to the trashcan in hopes it would be picked up. It was not. I left a comment on their website and had an immediate response. Which was actually very nice. The general manager was nice enough to come personally pick up the trash. However, fast forward to today and we still had quite a bit of trash to pick up. I was under the impression that if there was more trash then what was in the bin they would make a separate call to dispatch to have another truck come pick it up. I called the general manager back and we had a difference in opinion on exactly what I needed and they provided. They did not give me what I needed, therefore I couldnt possible give them a higher rating. Within 20 minutes of talking to the general manager and telling him I was switching companies there was someone at my house picking up their trashcan. Also, good luck trying to reach someone on their main line. If you have any issues leave a comment on their website and youll get a call back much quicker then waiting on their customer service line.

Completely incompetent! I paid for 3months and theyve missed 6/7 weeks! Im constantly calling and they say someone will come but no one ever does. My trash is piling up, raccoons have gotten to the extra bags. This is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL STEAL IT!!!

I updated my review largely in part to Christina Evans and Steve Slater addressing my issue promptly and providing me with a justifiable reason for the error in handling of my refund upon canceling service. I was a customer for 10 years and this was only the 2nd issue I have had. Thanks again.

We partner with Waste Connections frequently here. Two years ago, I would have given them one star. A new management group came in and service and communication are night and day. Problems do occasionally arise (as they do in any business) but they are quick to communicate and rectify. Very accountable and trustworthy - keep up the good work!

We went through three different services before finding Waste Connections. These guys outshine all of them. They have always shown up (a problem for the others). Some services werent even willing to come to our house because of our hill. I love their automated calls that always let us know if they have to adjust their schedule due to weather or holidays. Weve been renovating and needed a second can. No problem! And shockingly cheap! Customers for life!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t use them if there are other options. Customer service is awful and not good at resolving issues. 03-14-19 I wanted to come back to my post and amend my rating and opinion. I actually found a company that listens and pays attention to customer satisfaction. Speaking with Mr. Slater and resolving the disconnect between me the consumer and them as a corporation was a very smooth experience. Sometimes it takes reaching the correct person and I feel they definitely made that happen.

Waste connections personnel have provided me with great service. They pick up when they say. If any delays, or Holidays due to existing conditions they’re send you a message notifying you of situation. They are a great company, and very cost effective.

Our pickup was missed on a Tuesday recently. We called and reported it. Without question they responded and picked up the next morning. Great Service!

I had no problems with our trash pickup during the three years we lived there but the trouble started when it was time to move. I contacted the company as soon as I recd the bill for the coming quarter to let them know we were move and to cancel our service on a future date. The lady I spoke with said I would not receive another bill and my cans would be picked up on the date specified. I thought all was good until I noticed they took a payment from my checking account even though we moved and I cancelled our service. It has been over 7 months since that initial call to cancel my service and I still have not received a refund for the money they took out of money account along with a late fee. Every time I call they promise me the check will be in the mail within the week. I have called on 3 different occasions about getting my refund. I called this week and asked to talk to a supervisor, who happened to be at lunch at 2pm, with a promise to return my call. They never called me back. Natalie is the name of the accounting person that supposedly says the check is in the mail when it really is not. I am not getting ready to file a claim with the BBB,

I have been extremely happy with the service.Last year my husband was terminally Ill and there was several times I forgot the trash and they came up to my house and got it. It was great one less thing for me to worry about.

We couldnt be happier with our trash service. After having issues with our service after first moving to Clarksville the company reached out to me and went above and beyond to fix the issue. They also without hesitation help my sons school every year with a fundraiser for improvements. A company helping a local school to me says it all. Company is under new management so my suggestion would be to give them a try!

I tried to give them no stars, but you cant do that lol They are TERRIBLE!!!! There have been months they didnt even dump the dumpster! So when we call and complain and they actually come dump it, they charge us an extra dump fee!?!?!?! Poor customer service! You call the customer service number and they cannot give you your account managers number... all they can do is let your account manager know youre trying to contact him. We have been trying to close our account for MONTHS now and nothing! Our account manager is no longer responding to us, they have stopped coming to dump our dumpster but still sending us a monthly bill. This company is a JOKE! Please save yourself some time and go with Republic. They are wonderful! Great customer service and MUCH CHEAPER!

Weve had nothing but issues for well over a year. My wife and myself have called numerous times about inconsistent drivers, damage to our personal property and yard; as well as several broken trash cans- replaced with broken cans. Most recently weve went over a week now with no trash pick up. Calling daily, different stories every day. Being told five days in a row a new driver would be out.. My trash is still out, two cans, overflowing. And since they often do not pick up on the appropriate days, people may have an extra bag or two out. Those will never end up picked up as well, Im almost certain. As as of now its trash day again, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. I couldnt tell you a single good thing about this company. Being told the manager was informed and yet nothing was done? An entire route was missed and not accounted for until a week later. Not to mention I had to spend 30 min on hold several days in a row just to get a human on the phone. Kudos to the receptionist who remains calm and continues to feed you lies with no follow through. If information was relayed, Id be surprised anyone will be continuing with service. Dispatch also has not returned a single call and does not answer when you choose that option. Its very disappointing to be reassured trash will be picked up for a week and a new truck is sent out, and here we all are. Poor business. I will be reporting to BBB. I requested a refund, we will see how and when that happens.

I have been a commercial customer for several years, and I cant wait until my contract ends. The number of times they have failed to pick up cant be counted. When calling to confront it, they always promise to pick up the next day, but ALWAYS fail. Meanwhile garbage piles up beside the dumpster, then the following week, they refuse to pick up the garbage outside the dumpster that is only there because they failed to pick up the week before. Whatever deal they offer, it is not worth it. Take the next best offer.

Have improved over the last couple of years.Business clients: Call every year and ask for a reduced rate. I saved myself $200/ month by doing so.

The drivers are always courteous. Usually here at same time every Monday. Always receive a call to remind us holidays that result in change of pick up

I recently signed up with Waste Connections for our new business Nashville design Collective in WEHO and dealt with Mary Beth, she and the company have been awesome to deal with. I am new to the area and know the challenges of rubbish removal and recycling, and She and her team made it easy!

I had other services that missed our trash week after week. Then when I would call they would blame me for not putting my can out and stuff. Nope not these guys. They have never missed me without calling first. They always call ahead of holidays to let u know when to set ur can out. Best trash service Ive had yet. Beats the heck out of 101st disposal and queen city.

I have been a customer for the 3 years and have been very pleased with the service, assistance and professionalism of the company and its employees.

Id rate ZERO if I could. ANY other company has to be better than this. Consistent and constant issues with billing, failing to be sent bills, but I could always get cancellation notices! Finally cancelled my service and I STILL have this eye sore garbage can sitting in my yard a month later. Were behind is only an excuse for so long. I am ecstatic with Waste Industries, my new provider.

Definitelly speeding thru my neighborhood while kids are in bus stops. Didnt get the truck number since the driver always flying.

I wish the company was getting better, but my experience is pretty consistent with the other 1 ratings. Sad that the service is so poor. Dont believe anything they say over the phone, although they do say it very nicely!!

Missed most pick-ups since we started. Called every other day and each time said theyd send a truck but no one ever came. Always had bin out night before, they always get my adjacent neighbors but incompetently never get our bin.

Avoid Clarksville Disposal like a plague filled rat. Absolutely no accountability from the staff. Asked to repair a dumpster on multiple occasions with no luck. Tried to cancel because of the atrocious service and they give us the runaround. They won’t answer phone calls, and the one time we had a person on the phone to cancel, they promised a lower rate and larger dumpster. They still haven’t changed the dumpster and didn’t change the price we were quoted on the statements until multiple calls later. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Terrible service. Been waiting on my trash to be picked up over two weeks now. Iv called several times, and they always say “ someone will be there today” and they never come. Very upset and disappointed. My trash is over flowing now and animals have gotten in it.

This the worst of the worst service ever. I cancelled theRecycling service because they barely came to pick it up, that was 4 months ago and I still have that trash can... Usually, every neighbor using their service got pick up but my house seem to be the forgotten one and once you call them besides waiting forever on hold, the famous excuse our drivers have about 600 stops, we are so sorry how the hell this happen when my neighbor next door has the same service?????

Absolutely horrendous trash service. Definitely the worst Ive ever had. They wont pick up a single large broken down cardboard box if it is too big to fit into your trash bin. They often miss days without warning. We will cancel, and I strongly recommend you to look elsewhere for other options.Update - today they threw away our trash can and didnt replace it or leave a note, although we were right inside.

Can I give a zero? IN the year I have live at my house they have failed pick up over 10 times. I call and they give me an excuse I why it happened. Never a discount, never a free month service. always a new excuse. what is an exercise in futility? keeping service at a place that consistently fails to remove your trash but doesnt fix the problem

We dropped another service and switched to Waste Connections. They have been very consistent with trash pickup and are really good about letting us know when holidays or extreme weather will cause delays.

Do NOT use this company. They have to be the worst at what they do and customer service. I am very surprised they are still in business. I dont want to even give them one star, if I could it would be a negative amount of stars. I can very much agree with the other reviews on here. I had to report them to the BBB to even get management to call me back. I work from home, so I can see the street from my office window. We PAY for recycling and one day I watched the trash truck pick up and dump my recycling that I had been saving up for two weeks in with the trash! I was not happy. I have huge doubt that they even recycle anything, but people are paying for it. They never return your calls. They half the time pick up on your scheduled day, trash or recycling. They are a terrible company and after speaking with the manager, I can see where a big part of the problem lies. We also moved back in September 2015, as of a week ago, our old cans are STILL sitting at our old address. They STILL have not picked those up and yes, I have called several times about them. We are changing companies. They are ridiculous!!!

Trash has came since the beginning at 3 pm on fridays. So I put my trash out at 8am Friday. Well today they came at 7am???? I call to see if they can roll back by since there in town still. The customer service rep tells me I can put it back out and maybe if he sees it they might pick it back up? Nothing else from her. Didn’t even try to contact truck. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Dover tn

The employees are nice but their service is far from impressive. I did not have my trash picked up for any apparent reason for an additional week. When I called, the people at Customer Service were polite and said they would resubmit a pickup… IT NEVER HAPPENED. Also, when signing up with this company, a quarterly price was established yet we noticed that quarterly the company would increase our bill by a dollar or two. The price continued to increased until I called. Once I called they would readjust my price to its original price. After a while, this becomes an inconvenience, and when you think about the long run, this company is doing this to a lot of their customers. I would look elsewhere for services.

Trash company has improved tremendously under new management. Great customer service. Would recommend Waste Connections to everyone.

You’d think with all the bad reviews posted on here they would make some changes! As soon as our contract comes to the point where I can, I will go elsewhere ASAP.

Trash services failed to pick up our trash for two weeks in a row. Called to cancel and told them to come get the bin said not a problem...its been 4 weeks with almost 2 month old garbage sitting at the end of our driveway with customer service telling me someone will be there to get it dont worry. I am beyond mad. Hope they will pay my HOA fees if I get fined for having my trash barrel out for too long.

I rarely write bad reviews for companies but over the last 1.5 years we’ve have had an awful experience with their trash pickup service. We never received our bills on time, if we received them at all. They would charge us extra pickup fees even though we never asked for an extra pickup (nor did we need it) but when we called to ask what it was for, they insisted that one of us had called to request it, even though we hadn’t. Finally, I walked out this morning and they had taken my trash can without any notice even though I had already paid our supposed late fee (from not receiving our bill once again) and account balance. That was the last straw, I called and cancelled services and I will be going elsewhere for my trash pickup services. If I could give them 0 stars instead of 1, I would.

I work at a company that manages the relationship between trash haulers like Waste Connections and their larger customers. There have, of course, been instances where I wish we could all snap our fingers and just make trash disappear, but Waste Connections does an amazing job at managing our mutual clients expectations and working to remedy any issues as quickly as she can. To be honest, Jennifer Karns and Waste Connections have probably gone well above and beyond to care for their clients. I certainly enjoy the people that I have worked with at Waste Connections in Matt Grubbs, Greg Kizer and now Jennifer. The team there is diligent in response and as speedy as they can be in solving problems, and doing so in a way that allows us to be frustrated with a situation without WC being defensive or condescending. I recommend them for your commercial, residential and roll off services and they are competitively priced. If you are looking to avoid the giant companies that may seem more impersonal, Waste Connections is worth a slightly higher price to have much better service than others. The only issue we have ever had is that there is often a slightly longer lead time than our clients would prefer between ordering a rolloff and having it hauled and returned. Outside of that one issue, everything else is wonderful.

Absolutely worthless regarding recycling pickup. On at least five occasions this year alone (2015) we have had to call and arrange for a pickup. It is mind boggling that (1) we have to pay for the privilege to recycle (2) if value was based on this payment they should be paying us. Coming from the Pacific Northwest it is really a black eye on the Gateway to the South that this service cost and then is mediocre on its best day. So like 95% of people on my block, probably smarter than me, we will just fill our regular garbage with stuff which could be recycled and the landfill fill up just a little more. Company should be ashamed of labeling itself for being a recycle advocate.

It is hard to believe the terrible service provided by this company. It seems that they skip picking up my trash just as often as they actually pick it up. I have called to complain multiple times and it never seems to get better.

Switched from waste management last year because of bad customer service and to many missed pickups and we have had a great experience with waste connections fair price always on time or we are informed ahead that service is delayed, great customer service and attention to the customer highly reccomend!
