I ordered a 30 yard dumpster on Wednesday. They said they can usually deliver the next day. I called before they closed the next day and they said it would be the following day. Here it is Friday and no dumpster. They said they had a glitch in the system. Horrible service!

Due to the weather conditions my subdivision normal pick up day is skipped and have to wait another week before they can come out. I understand about the weather but as a company they should still be able to schedule a day to come pick up the ones they skipped over. Thats what Stinky Pinky did for a buddy of mine.

They took my brand new radiator my tool box full of tools and aswell as a tool box I bought couple days ago and rufuse to give back my things saying they threw them away so no have to file a civil suit to get reimbursed not even get my things back about 1000$ in objects

My homie worked for them they took his tools and didn’t pay him for his last job there a scam

Bobby Outlaw I appreciate your service. Not once but twice as of today @ 5:03 a.m. you had reversed that truck and picked my garbage up. I thought I missed you guys yesterday but I was awaken by the sound of the dumping. I really appreciate you and your crew of employees. I was struggling to get that can up my hill but as soon as I turned around to walk back to my home.I heard feet running down to get my can. The gentleman was so polite and sweet Every one of your staff speaks and show that tare into their job by caring, speaking, and making sure 💯 satisfaction is given. Great company. Very reliable never missed a pickup. And would pick up everything even if we left large things by the curb.

We have had Bobby Outlaw Disposal for years at the company i work for. Wendell Outlaw has always been very accommodating and extremely nice when i’ve dealt with him. To the person that made the comment about the rolloff only being half full and got charged full price.....you are charged for each time they pick it up not how full/empty it is. They have always treated us fairly and have gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you for your years of service.

Just called them to inquire about getting trash service with them. The guy that called me back was very quick and short with me (rude). I just wanted to know the rates to compare with other services. I will be taking my business else where. Queen City did not have a problem answering my questions

I had them when I lived in Oak Grove and they NEVER missed my house on pickup days! There was a time or two i forgot to roll down my trash barrel and they walked up to grab it theirselves! Very professional!

Skipping pick up days, overcharge you for service the next run.
