I have utilized this vet clinic on multiple occasions with a high standard for my animals. They have continued to produce a standard of care that I have always been happy with. The quality of work here and professionalism that I have experienced with my animals here has been great. From a price point, they are slightly more expensive than previous vet clinics I have utilized in the past. However, I feel they make up for this with the professionalism and quality of care they give my pets.

As always - love Sango Vet! Everyone listens so carefully to concerns, and provides great information. And so tech savvy! Everything can be done online in their app - making appointments, ordering meds, etc. - which is SUPER-convenient.

They’re good if it’s for something routine and you have an appointment. However if an emergency pops up like today for me with my dogs face swollen she’s lethargic and has a fever, they pawn you off to another vet. So yea as long as nothing unexpected happens your good.

Absolutely love this place! Took my leopard gecko in and they were able to help him. Will bring him back for anything in the future.

One of the few vets that sees FERRETS. I drive clear across town just to see this vet. She has taken care of my ferrets, dog and cats. If she does not know something she will admit it and still look for an answer. She has compassion for her patience fur covered and human. She has seen my pets through terminal illnesses and I trust her to tell me when everything has been done that can be done. Now if they would move to my side of town that would be awesome. As for the cost they are on the high end but you get what you pay for and you pay for excellent service and care.

Although we waited a while to get our kitties checked in, the staff was very kind and professional. They took good care of our boys, who were NOT happy to be getting their shots!

They took such great care of my fur baby! The tech take came to the car to get my fur baby was so wonderful and calming since it was our 1st appointment. Everyone is super nice. My dog had ear infection missed by another vet. The prices are very comparable to other vets but it’s the staff that make this clinic top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to take your fur baby to such a caring clinic.Definitely the best vet office in town.

This vet is amazing. My nearly 10 year old dachshund mix was so well cared for and examined at his check-ups and the staff really go above and beyond.He had everything from regular check-ups to major dental surgery and I’m so glad we switched to Sango for my dogs care. We sadly moved from the area but I wanted to thank them for their wonderful care and give a Special thank you to Chuck who went out of his way, literally, to help us out. We are so very grateful! Today was my first visit with SVH. I have to say I will return with any of my reptiles when they need veterinarian help. I have an Iquana who I need to be seen. They did not have any scheduled appointments available, but allowed me to drop him off. Everyone I spoke to from my first phone call to when Rick was brought out to me after he was checked and treated was wonderful, polite and very professional!! Seeing his is an exotic, I was ready to pay a hefty bill. But I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are. With 4 reptiles, it is great to know I have found a veterinarian office who makes me feel comfortable leaving my babies in their hands. Thank you guys so much!

I took my puppy here for her vaccines. It was all done over the phone because of Covid restrictions. The receptionist was very detailed at explaining everything, and asking what all i wanted and gave me an estimate up front. The Doctor called after the visit and explained what was done and the details of her exam. It was very affordable, and I was extremely happy with everything. The clinic is not in the shopping complex, it was a little confusing where the sign was. Will definitely be going again.

Thorough and compassionate. They treat both our large breed mixed breed and new puppy. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and understanding. They offer more services than your animal may need but are conscientious about preventing unforeseen illness.

My dogs Dixie and Gizmo have been seen here for the last few years. Always a pleasant experience. Very good about explaining everything they are doing. And giving upfront pricing and explaining the importance of the different vaccinations for the different dogs needs.

I adopted a dog from the Animal Shelter..it turned out she had heartworms. I was so sad, but Sango Veterinary hospital worked with me to find a solution that I could afford so I could keep her. 6 months later and she is heartworm free! Picture of my pup hanging out at work with me.

Took in a 5 week old kitten we rescued from the streets for a health assessment/check up. We found him covered in flees an hour or so after coming home from Sango Vet and the vet totally missed them. I felt like flees should have been looked for closely knowing he was a stray. If they can miss something as obviously as flees, I’m uncomfortable putting the overall health of my pet in their hands. Will be taking him elsewhere next time for a more thorough assessment.

Took my dog in for his yearly vaccinations and check up. They drew his labs from his neck and chest instead of his cephalic vein in his leg. Not sure why. He ended up with a baseball sized hematoma on his neck and SEVERE bruising on his chest. Very disappointed in how they handled this. Will be definately finding another vet before my other dog is due for her vaccinations.

Incredible staff. They brought our kitty back to health without breaking the bank and made us confident that they were taking good care of her. We left her overnight and were givin periodical updates on her treatment and how she was feeling which really put our minds at ease

Due to human error and negligence in watching my pets I had to bury my baby today. What was something as trivial as a neutering surgery ended my Neptunes life. Maybe I can forgive the botched surgery. However, what i cannot forgive is that my baby bled out internally in your clinic and finally died. Had someone been watching him properly post surgery like they should have been then maybe this could have been prevented. But thanks for not charging me a bill and for the clay plate of my baby. Although I would have paid double the bill had that meant keeping my Neptune alive. Dont take your small mammals here unless you want the same heart wretching phone call I got

You know its a good place for your dog when she will willingly, happily follow the vet into the treatment area without fear. My old girl has no fear of the wonderful Hospital and the people there are so kind. Dr. Whitbeck is great, and I trust them to do whats best for my dog.

Today (Sunday) I brought my rescued shepherd mix in as she appeared in some sort of distress and not acting quite right. The wonderful experience began with the person who answered the phone, who was so polite and understanding and stated I could bring her in. She is a rescue who has a lot of fear when in new situations. Dr. Whitbeck and her assistant (Jordan, I believe) were INCREDIBLE with her. They really took their time, and Lexi warmed up to them like Ive never seen her do at the vet. Their expertise and patience handling her with such care made this the 1st vet visit that didnt traumatize us both. This IS Lexis new vet office! Thank you so much!!!!

We brought in our mini Doxie Dottie a few weeks ago due to multiple seizures and even though there was nothing they could do once we had gotten her in, I will tell you I have never experienced such kind and caring people at a vet in all my life! As soon as I walked in they took her straight back, Not only did they not rush me saying my goodbyes I was able to stay as long as I wanted. We received a sympathy card with everyone’s signatures and sweet condolences, I was amazed, I tell everyone our experience and that we will never go anywhere else! I was really impressed at the quality of care we received during a well care checkup. We wanted to establish as patients with a new veterinarian and Im glad we chose this practice! Everyone was kind and understanding to any concerns we had. We were provided educational information about feedings and appropriate vaccinations. Dr. Whitbeck reviewed an informational packet I had been given by a breeder to verify everything printed was accurate and safe. Its really nice when you go somewhere and everyone involved loves on your pet and treats them like they are their own. The office is beautiful and modern, we were very impressed when we initially walked in. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for veterinary care.

We are new to the area and were very happy with our first visit. To give you some background I have border collies, one of which is a retired sports dogs that has had multiple knee surgeries. So we have been to many vet clinics over the past 12 years. This clinic is small and personable. I appreciated that they had a section in the waiting room for the kids to play in. The vet had a great bedside manner. I went in assuming we would need X-rays for my dogs injury, but the vet diagnosed him without the X-rays. She even said we could do X-rays, but she thought they would be a waste of money. I really appreciated that she wasnt wasting my money, and has secured us as clients. My only heads up I would give potential clients with non cat friendly dogs is they do have two sweet office cats. My kids loved playing with them, but I needed to be mindful of my dog since he would eat a cat if given the chance. It was really no issue just a heads up to those with non cat friendly dogs. Great clinic.

Worst vet in the area rude and careless for my cats sake I have found a wonderful vet actually I will never step foot in your clinic again you should be ashamed at how you speak to clients who pay lots of money for careless mistakes you made! Move on with your attacks on all your customers! My cat had allergies not dental disease and you missed it, diagnosed by a vet allergist.So all that money spent for her procedure was a loss because of you, you and your staff who cant seem to write things down. I cannot say enough good things about Sango Vet, the whole staff is GREAT ! Including JasperWe recently had to let our 18 year old cat go to the rainbow bridge. Sango vet was so compassionate and caring during the whole process. The Doctor explained the process with us before hand, and was very compassionate for all of it.They even took care of getting her cremated for us and sent a very sweet card with their condolences. We are new to the area and this meant a lot to us.

I brought my sick pup in on a Sunday for urgent care since our regular vet is closed. We had him stay overnight and they took wonderful care of him making sure to get his health back up as quickly as possible. Very helpful and understanding staff. Very knowledgeable doctors. I took my exotic there for an injury because they were the only vet that said they saw turtles when I called around. I honestly expected with the size and type of vet along with them seeing an exproce for it to be very expensive, but their prices were very reasonable. I was very happy and my turtle is doing great.

Great veterinary hospital! I woke up on a Sunday to find my boxers face and neck extremely swollen. Her regular clinic was closed, so I found this clinic through a friend (its one of few open on Sundays). I called as soon as it opened and they scheduled me for an appointment within a hour and a half (and told me to bring her sooner if her breathing symptoms changed). Once we arrived, the vet technician brought her back within minutes. After the vet examined her, it was decided that she needed surgery the same day for an I&D and a mass biopsy despite the vet already having a full day of other patients. She explained everything to us in detail. My boxer had surgery and was ready to go home 4 hours later (which I think is amazing for a same day appointment). When we picked her up, she again explained everything and answered all our questions. On top of the surgery, they trimmed her nails and found a few other things we need to address. I will definitely be switching to this clinic for both my boxers routine care. The receptionist, vet technician, and vet were all amazing.

We have 3 kittens of different ages. Brought our first one there because he was injured, they took amazing care of him. Brought in my second cat with shelter cough and they took care of her right away. Bringing my third newest baby in a few weeks for vaccinations. They always get us in quickly, and treat my kitties like their own. Prices are very reasonable, Im sure you can find someplace cheaper, but you wont get the quality of care, and the price wont be that much different. They are also very thorough! Everytime I have a question, and I call they take the time to get a proper answer, and provide me with an informed answer. When I bring my cats in they answer all my questions as well. I really love this veterinary office!

This place is incredible! The entire staff is welcome and warm. My pup never freaks out when we get inside. Probably because their office feels homey, instead of cold and sterile. Extremely clean environment. The staff is very friendly. I used this hospital to vet and neuter a foster dog of mine. I was called as soon as he was out of surgery. He healed with no complications. They were great about working with me and the rescue to get him what he needed in terms of care. I was very pleased with their services and would recommend them to others.

Sr Amanda was awesome!!! She spent an hour with my dog. Who suffers terrible anxiety and she was so patient with her. I would recommend her to anyone. Compassion for her job most definitely.

My sweet rabbit died from a misdiagnosis from this vet. They gave her upper respiratory medicine but she was bleeding from her brain, so not very close at all. Very nice people and reasonable prices but not knowledgeable on animals other than cats or dogs apparently.

The staff and the facility are fantastic.The staff really cares and I think that makes this place the best. Only critique is the location, not necessarily from me but it is a little of my located. Well worth checking into if you are looking for a veterinarian.

This is a beautiful facility. The veterinarian seemed caring and nice. I truly appreciated them being open on Sunday while others are closed. The wait time was quite long but I know there were several emergencies. My one gripe is that when my cat was in the back for blood work, I heard her crying out 3 times followed by someone telling her to shut up. This seemed to me an incompassionate and unprofessional response to any patient. Since my precious girl died the following morning, those ended up being her final words so this weighs heavy on my already broken heart.

Nice, friendly employees. Had me and my dog Kilo in and out in 5 maybe 7 minutes. Had to get his rabies shot, with no appointment they had no problem getting me in and out. Very grateful for their prompt and courteous attitude and service.

Definitely will be returning as the kitten needs more shots.Update: That little stray almost died on us due to a urinary blockage that started Saturday night. So glad they have Sunday emergency hours. We brought him in and they were able to drain him out. We were told it was going to be expensive and gave us a quote. We signed and ended up paying less because they felt they didnt have to hold him for the extra days. Very kind and kept contacting us about him while he was there and also a few times to check in on him. We are now getting a puppy and you best believe we are bringing her there.

AMAZING!!!!! Took my critical dog to this vet. Had to transfer him from and emergency vet in Nashville and these people are better than any other vet Ive ever been to and Ive had animals my whole life. They took him and cared for him as if he was there own. I honestly think they treated him just like he was their family pet. He is staying again tonight and they have made arrangements so they could check on him at any time throughout the night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you have any pets that need regular vet care or critical vet care this is without a doubt the place to go.

If youre looking for kind, caring and affordable, look no further. Sango vet is an hour away from us and we still drove to have our dog seen in an emergency. WE THANK GOD for this amazing clinic. Our dog was shot and had to have his leg amputated. Not only did they see us first thing in the morning, but they were genuine and helpful and caring. They offer military and first responder discounts as well. Once again, thank you sango for making one of the worst situations so much better. We got to save our boy and he is happy and healthy and home for the Holidays where he belongs.

They were very professional and took care of my cat Gus like he was their own fur baby. They also helped me get the price down on the tooth extraction for him, went from about 900 to 700.

They are nice, but very high priced...you cant just walk in and get flee and tick medication that they started him on....you have to make appt. At 70.00 plus 90.00 for flee medication.But if you have the money they will see you....she did offer a 1 month supply and I could make an appt but because they didnt record his weight,age,and if was male or female when they saw him last they couldnt...

When I took my schnauzer here hed been having regular seizures. We were considering putting him to sleep but the Dr. stayed until wed made a firm decision. We decided to give him a second chance and with their help we still have him today a year later. They closed at 3? We were there until 6pm and the Dr didnt rush us. I love this clinic and they now care for all my pets.

This was the only vet I could find that was open on a Sunday! Most caring, honest and affordable vet around! Even though its a 25 minute drive away I wouldnt trust my new puppy with any other vet! If you love your animal go here!!!!

Dr. Whitbeck has been treating my animals since we moved here, and she is incredibly caring, She really invests time and imparts knowledge for your fur babies, and for you. She treated my cat until the very end and made that last experience with him as easy as I could have hoped for. Her staff was super supportive and kind. They are all truly amazing.

My cat was recently misdiagnosed at this clinic and almost lost his life. He was hospitalized at a different clinic and is much better now.However, it makes me angry that they were paid about $600 for a misdiagnosis. Never again.Plus, I went out of my way to come to this clinic because of prior (good) care with my dog about a year 1/2 ago. Too bad the place has changed.*Update: Thank you to Dr Whitbeck for calling me and clarifying what went wrong and apologizing for the other Dr who treated my cat.

If you are new down here or are just looking for a great place to take your pet, this is the place! Our puppy was neutered here and recovered fully and quickly and it was cheap! Also the same puppy got parvo :( but this clinic got him in in a moments notice. Called at 0730 had him getting treated by 0800. They test very quickly and make sure the animals and you are all comfortable. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. The staff is also very friendly and everyone treats you and your pets with the utmost respect.

My husband and I recently came to this vet because our cat was ill and we needed some blood work done to figure out what exactly was wrong. During the process, they were extremely accommodating and understanding of our financial needs. They gave us time to ask questions and gave us plenty of options. Unfortunately the next day we ended up having our cat put down. The situation was heartbreaking but this office made it so easy and smooth for us that it really eased the grieving pain. They also sent a card from the office staff expressing their sympathy for our loss. Truely one of a kind!

This vet hospital has the horrible customer service. If you request prescription approval you order online( because it is way cheaper to buy online than the hospital) they dont do it right away. First time it took 10 days. And second time they dont do. Only asked twice due to my medical condition that is not allowed to drive there. Other than that my dog was got shots there. But they just want money. Horrible. Moving to a different one.

Lets face it, when you are going to the vet, chances are its not set for a happy occasion. Weve had multiple experiences at Sango Vet Hospital over a variety of different appointment reasons, the hardest of course, putting a beloved family member to rest. They couldnt have been more accommodating or professional about the whole thing. Its hard enough that our family of four was all there to lay our rescued dog to rest, but someone has to have their emotions in check to keep the process moving (as sad and horrible of a thing that it is to say). They were not pushy, or trying to get us to move quicker than our emotions would allow.Moving on! They are a great, knowledgable staff of animal lovers that give your fur and/or feathered, bald, scaled, baby the attention that is needed. Love this place!

The staff adhered to our big bun, along with my girlfriend (who can get pretty emo when it comes to our pets) The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean the facility was kept; If someone told me the glass were snozzberries, I wouldnt hesitate to give it a lick and confirm.(super troopers ref which is also a willy wonka reference)Without any doubt, the staff had deep love for animals and would stop at nothing to ensure any procedure done was of quality (in our case they stayed well over 2 hours over the closing time to make sure our rabbit was okay) the owners, also being one of the veterinarians, Jennifer, took care of our baby and made an incredible duo! both of their qualities along with the staff under them really pulled the place together. Their individual character in itself was inspiring! The owner had thought of everything outside and in of that place to create a sanitary and safe world for all animals.Pets and animals unfortunate enough to visit this place are, well, very fortunate to visit this place! This is the BEST most compassionate vet I have ever visited. I had to say goodbye to my 16yr old dog and as PAINFUL as it was they made it as comfortable and easy as they could. I cant thank them enough.

Employees were very polite and professional. They seemed to really care about my pet throughout the entire experience. Great place to get your pet spayed

Watched the video on the work they did on Franky they are unbelievably the best Drs.Ive seen do the surgery and not give up on Franky. Where I live in VA. I took a 8 week.old kitten that had maggots on its tail from something that had ripped it, and the Weastend Animal clinic here in Va.said we have to put in down bc they couldnt help it. I was astonished bc it was not that bad. Watching the work you all did with Franky is truly heart touchy of how much love and humanity your staff has for injured animals. God bless your staff... 💕

Great folks. I go here for the foster animals I take care off. I despise the location but if you live out that way Im sure its perfect.

My labrador Taz absolutely loved the staff. They have a very knowledgeable and caring staff. I would recommend their care of any fur baby.
