Sarah was working in the copy center and was extremely helpful and friendly. She waited on five different customers at once, making sure we all got exactly what we needed and minimizing the wait time. She was also attentive to other customers in the store needed assistance from other employees.
Trevor was the best employee by far. I came in last minute to get some business cards for the next day, as well as a laminated poster for the next day. He handled my situation with care and speed, making sure I was taken care of properly, and in a timely manner. He said he had picked this shift up, as they are short workers. With only 2 employees in this area, they both did a fantastic job taking care of customers and both deserve recognition for it.
The Manager, Joe Hilton, has been the personification of a responsible, dedicated manager. We had issues with our special order arriving broken and then later problems with our billing. None of this was Joes fault, or the fault of his store, but he worked diligently to resolve the problem. He was customer focused and was a pleasure to do business with. His actions have made us customers for life. When we need office supplies, his Office Depot is our go-to place to buy the supplies.
This place is always clean and friendly. I use mainly for the print shop very affordable copies and tech friendly. They have access to email and you can bring your external drive to get copies a host of others options in the print center, FedEx and USPS first class mail. Its located in the heart of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. The associate today was very friendly and a true multi Tasker. She waited on everyone and didnt miss a beat. You cant pay for priceless service and someone who knows what they are doing. She held it down.

Hi everyone, so my experience at the Clarksville, Tn location was great.Almost as soon as I walked in the door one of the managers (Michael) asked me if I needed help finding something because it was clear that I did. I needed two items and Michael listened to my extremely vague description and showed me options that fit almost immediately on arrivival in the isle. The process was smooth and didnt waste my time and the answers I recieved from Michael were direct and informative. Ive shopped here one other time for resume paper and had a similiar type of experience so this customer service is consistent in my eyes. Thanks for reading everyone!2021 EDIT. So Bryce is an extremely knowledgable employee. I had a specific problem with finding a calendar and he let me know that they carried academic calendars that started the coming month so it instantly solved my problem. Bryce also informed me i could have my COVID vaccine card laminated for free at this location. Really great experience.
I went this morning and the young girl that works in the back, was so nice and patient, she helped me copy a email off my phone, didn’t know what her name was ..... But she is so awesome !! Could not believe how intelligent she was ... I hope she continues to be great!!
Recycling program is a scam. They only give you points on ink cartridges, and then resells them for $30 or $40!

Tried to buy a desk for our daughter for virtual schooling. 80% of floor models are sold out... And you cant buy the display model?!?!? So... WHY ARE THEY ON DISPLAY??? Staff unable to check other store or warehouse inventories for sure... What a waste of time! 🤬
Most boring store Ive visited in a while. Was looking for a special printers ink. They did not have it. But the store is very quiet. Not really much in there to boast about.

Yes I get it it’s an office supply store. You can find almost anything that you want here regarding office convenient. Stop sending me spam emails I gave my email address to collect receipts not advertisements I buy what I need and that’s it I don’t care what kind of Sale it is. Marginally expensive but convenient because you can find almost anything there.
General manager was absolutely fantastic I forgot his name but he was extremely helpful and polite!!!! He helped me find what I needed very quick! Best customer service ever!!!!!!!
I saw a couple of staff members wandering around, but they avoided the customers. I asked to have an office chair assembled and was told I could do it myself. I explained that I was perfectly willing to pay $12 to have them do it. This made the staff member huffy; I have no idea why this would be. I prefer the Dickson, TN store. the staff is great: very helpful and friendly.
The PC diagnostic not only revealed the problem with my laptop but provided a free solution to the issue. Christina, the tech, was courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive. Office Depot will now have my business over Best Buy when dealing with computers.
My wife was having a stressful day and with all thats going on she didnt want to have to deal with people. From the time she got to this store the people worked to get all the customers in and out even someone even took the product to her car for her. Thanks for working to put the customers first in this time of stress for everyone.
I have nothing against Office Depot as a chain but this particular branch was FILTHY. There was dirt all over certain products (the little bit of stuff they had in stock), the toilets were all clogged and covered in feces and urine, and the shelves were very disorganized. The staff was okay. I wont go to this location again because of how disgusting it was inside.

I came here specifically to get a 400pg book printed and spiral bound. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to complete the job in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for printing, copying, getting presentations made, ect.
Purchased business cards, 100 cards for $10. Designed, printed and cut in about 15 minutes. 100% satisfied.
They have prepared for school far too early but they have a huge assortment of items and a pretty well organized shop
This place seems like it is always ready to close down. For the size of retail space there is very little product. With signs all over the place that read Clearance I had to ask if they were closing. An associate told me that they do more sales online.
They selectively choose who they will price match. Shouldnt advertise price matching if they choose who online you will price match and who you wont! Found my toner item online for $43 that they sell for $138. First employee said theyve price matched that online company before...but then manager over-rode that decision and said he wouldnt price match once he saw the price! I was in a bind and needed the cartridge immediately and couldnt wait for the 2 day shipping from the online place...but Im not getting screwed like that in the future...if someone else can sell the item for $43 and make a profit, then they can as well.
No help told to go online went online talked a prrson online told to use automated order system. Going to office max 28 miles down the road no problem told me they would make them while I wait. Should give office depot zero stars.

My review is based on one experience, but it is the only impression I have. Zero assistance from printing and copying desk, and I was passed over when I waited in line again to request assistance for the second time. Looking for somewhere else to have some assistance with making copies on different paper than regular printer paper.
Had what i needed, got checked out quickly.
It sucked period. Had to pay $22 for a daily planner that i could buy at Walmart for $5 if they werent sold out.
Ordered a tote online, wrong tote given to us in Hopkinsville, KY, called manager. He contacted Clarksville, TN store, they said they had 3 in stock. Drive to C-Ville to pick up, same one that we had. I showed 3 employees differences between both from online store site. They said what we ordered is what we received, I even showed them measurement. They said it was a corporate issue. They gave me the difference in price. Just BS, they didnt care. Its like theyre just doing a job, customer complaints and concerns are not their problem.
